Abstract

This research focused on Sufism of ‘Abdul Wahab al-Sya’rani and studied about the education components which covers: the aspects of purpose and teaching material, the aspects of teacher and students, the aspects of method and strategy in Sufism Education, as well as the relevance of Sufism education by as-Sya’rani with the development of character building. The objectives of this research are: a) To describe what the objectives and teaching materials in Sufism by as-Sya’rani are; b) To describe how the position of the teacher and students in Sufism education by as-Sya’rani is; c) To describe what the method in Sufism education by as-Sya’rani is; d) To describe how relevant the Sufism by as-Sya’rani with the development of character building is. This qualitative research uses hermeneutic approach. The analysis method used in this research is content analysis with the descriptive features.  The writer uses the hermeneutic approach because he efforts to describe the facts gained from text containing as-Sya’rani’s thoughts on Sufism education and performs the perception towards the sense of texts in effort to be possibly close to understand  the idea of as-Sya’rani’s Sufism education.

Abstract

Education is a rehumanisme, that was oriented to form individuals who able to understand the reality itself and the surrounding communities. The aim of education is to create significant social change in the life of mankind. One of the contents of the national education goals is to appreciate the reality of humanity and the potential that owned learners (human). Islam in its victorius was a center of the study of various discipline. It was proved by the emergence of Muslim scientists. But over time, the Islamic intellectualism began to decline along with cultural understanding and taqlid, whereas al-Qur`an have many signaled to examines all disciplines, not limited to the religious sciences. It can be seen from the verses of al-Qur`an that ordered to examine the verses kauniyah. Thus Islamic comprehensive assessment is a paradigm of Humanist Islamic Education or in other words, humanize human accordance with the primary task of man as a khalifah on earth.Abstrak:Pendidikan merupakan pemanusiaan kembali manusia (humanisasi) yang berorientasi pada bentuknya individu yang mampu memahami realitas dirinya dan masyarakat sekitarnya serta bertujuan untuk menciptakan perubahan sosial secara signifikan dalam kehidupan umat manusia. Salah satu isi dari tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah menghargai realitas kemanusiaan dan berbagai potensi yang dimilki peserta didik (manusia). Islam pada masa kejayaannya menjadi pusat kajian berbagai disiplin ilmu, hal ini terbukti dengan bermunculannya para ilmuwan muslim. Tetapi seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, intelektualisme Islam itu mulai redup seiring dengan pemahaman dan budaya taqlid, padahal al-Qur`an banyak memberikan isyarat agar mengkaji semua disiplin ilmu, tidak terbatas ilmu-ilmu agama saja. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari ayat-ayat al-Qur`an yang memerintahkan untuk mengkaji ayat-ayat kauniyah. Dengan demikian Pengkajian Islam secara komprehenshif baik ilmu agama maupun umum adalah sebagai Paradigma Pendidikan Islam Humanis atau dengan kata lain memanusiakan manusia sesuai dengan tugas utama manusia sebagai khalifah di muka bumi.

Abstract

This research explain about education character of students based on religion at junior high school of walisongo pecangaan jepara in central java.The research used descriptive qualitative approach. The purpose of research was to know an event at junior high school of walisongo pecangaan jepara in central java in the context of education character of students based on religion.The collection of data via observation, the objective of the interview and documentation. The data analysis used data on non statistics. Our research findings: first, the value of tolerance attitude to the religious, even all she great political pressure to implement values students based character of religions such as; istighoasah-mujahadah, the dhuha pray at the decline fixed ostentatiously and began to pray, the pray dzuhur together; second, the value of care about the environment , this means that , of students in their backs on this and move to action always tried to prevent that damage the natural environment in and around this area, and develop efforts to fix of the nature of those which have occurred; reports of damage or injuries; Third, value tawadhu, it means, students show humility to something exalted; fourth, value respectful deference, it means , a gesture of respect to parents occurred in pay attention and affection, muslims and obey when ruled, keep spoken in talks, do not denied, and demonstrate the attitude of polite when there is behind him; fifth, value discipline, it means, the act of students indicate which behaviors orderly and adherent to various provisions and regulations in their surroundings; those six, value honest, all students to make himself as a man who can diprcaya in run all regulation specified; seventh , value socially responsible, it means, students be and act have always wanted to provided assistance in others and poor people; eighth , value spirit nationality, it means, a way of thinking, act and insightful who puts the national interest and country.

Abstract

Humans as inheritors of the earth regulate life and everything. With their intellects and skills, they can make the earth a place to carry out various daily activities. As the caliphs, they get the trust that must be implemented on the earth. In this study, the authors would adopt the cornerstone principles of leadership education in general and in view of the Quran. Principles of leadership in general education studied were those of integrative and cooperative capacity, rationality and objectivity, adaptability and flexibility, delegation, pragmatism, and exemplary. On average, the principles of educational leadership in the perspective of the Qur'an are the principle of tawhid, deliberation, fairy, freedom, upright, commanding the good and forbidding the evil, and a good example. From these two principles of educational leadership, they include the education for a leader who according to the morality of the Qur'an (1) is tolerant, (2) likes to do deliberation in decision-making, (3) is fair in terms of law, (4) gives freedom, (5) can be trusted, (6) is always doing good, and (7) gives good examples. An educational leader as stated in the Qur'an is the one who upholds Islamic values and leadership principles.

Abstract

Children are one of the nation’s development assets that is believed to change the level of welfare of people’s lives. Therefore, the fulfillment of children’s rights is part of human rights that must be guaranteed and fulfilled by parents, society, and the state. Fulfillment of children’s need is important because it can affect the growth and development of children. The main problem in this study is how to fulfill the rights of children by parents? The aim is to describe the efforts made by parents in fulfilling the rights of children who work in sand mining. This type of research is classified as qualitative, with a sociological research approach. The theory used is functional structural theory. This theory interprets society as a structure with parts that are always related and influence each other. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there were four efforts made by parents in fulfilling children’s rights, namely: fulfillment of the right to life, fulfillment of growth and development rights, fulfillment of protection rights, and fulfillment of children’s participation rights. So that with these efforts, some children can carry out their basic rights.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the condition of public services in Indonesia and describe digital-based pilot public services in Pleret Kapanewon Pleret District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province (DIY) in order to create government institutions and management systems in building good governance. This research method uses literature review. Data obtained from the Daily Analysis Opinion column, January 25 2023 Edition published by PT. Media Warta Kencana entitled "Our Public Services Are Still Bad" written by Edward Silaban, an Assistant Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) and Alumni of the Postgraduate History Science University of North Sumatra, and other most accurate online news. The results obtained were that there were 46.42% or 272 agencies classified as green zoned (good), 42.66% or 250 agencies classified as yellow zoned (from bad to good), and 10.92% or 64 agencies classified as red zoned. (bad) (Edward Silaban, 2023). Therefore, in order to improve the quality of public service delivery, it is necessary to carry out reforms in public service systems, processes and procedures so that the people served feel satisfaction with the public services provided by service officers or the government.

Abstract

Prinsip Islam tentang kebijakan fiskal dan anggaran belanja bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat yang didasarkan atas distribusi kekayaan berimbang dengan menempatkan nilai-nilai material dan spiritual pada tingkat yang sama. Kebijakan fiskal dianggap sebagai alat untuk mengatur dan mengawasi prilaku manusia yang dipengaruhi melalui insentif yang disediakan dengan meningkatkan pemasukan pemerintah yang diharapkan sesuai dengan prinsip dan nilai-nilai Islam karena tujuan pokok agama Islam. Konsep anggaran yang berlaku di masa sekarang adalah konsep anggaran berimbang dalam pengertian pengeluaran dan penerimaaan negara adalah sama. Karena itu, pada masa awal pemerintahan Islam jarang terjadi defisit anggaran, karena pemerintah melakukan kebijakan pengeluaran berdasarkan pemasukan.

Abstract

Salah satu lembaga kesehatan di Jepara kota yakni Klinik Masyitoh. Permasalahan mitra pada aspek manajemen, dan proses layanan yang manual. Beberapa informasi dan layanan pendaftaran pemeriksaan selama ini masih manual dilakukan dengan cara pasien datang langsung ke lokasi Klinik. Maka melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi pada mitra klinik Masyithoh dalam memperbaiki manajemen lembaga dan memberikan inovasi terkait pelayanan di klinik melalui media website. Metode pengabdian ini sosialisasi, pelatihan dengan model kegiatan workshop, ceramah, dan diskusi. Selanjutnya tahap pendampingan dengan metode tutorial, dan praktek. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode diskusi dan angket. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi capacity building manajemen, strategi pengembangan layanan melalui optimalisasi website, dan turorial penggunaan website. Hasilnya pengetahuan mitra terkait manajemen lembaga meningkat 80%. Mitra terampil menggunakan website dan update informasi dalam website meningkat sampai 75%. Maka peningkatan kualitas layanan di Klinik Masyitoh terwujud, dan adanya inovasi layanan infomasi serta pendaftaran secara online, mudah diakses, dan terintegrasi dengan media sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the role of the madrasah principal in developing a religious culture in madrasah, explain the factors that support and hinder in developing a religious culture, knowing the results of its development through the role of the madrasah principal. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The location is at MTs. Negeri 2 Jepara. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis is reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that; 1) The role of the madrasah head in developing a religious culture through 4 strategies: habituation, exemplary, value internalization, and partnership. 2). Supporting factors, including: a). strong leadership b). Highly committed teachers and staff, c). Curriculum integrated with religious values and religious activities d). An environment that supports religious practices e). Parental participation. Inhibiting factors, including: low commitment and understanding of teachers, students, and parents about the importance of religious culture; lack of resources/supporting facilities; demands of a dense curriculum; the influence of secular environment outside Madrasah; Non-involvement or lack of support from parents. 3) The development is in the form of: a). Dhuha prayers every day at break time, at 09.40 WIB in the mosque and accompanied by the teacher on duty; b.) Praying and tadarus al-Qurán; c). Jama'ah dhuhur prayer; d). Istighotsah / prayer together; e). PHBI.
