Abstract

The problem in this study is about the application of the work environment in improving the performance of the employees of the Karawang Regency DPRD Secretariat, where the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the work environment in improving employee performance at the Karawang DPRD Secretariat. In answering these problems, researchers used qualitative research. The primary data in this article is from interviews with employees of the Karawang DPRD Secretariat, while the secondary data in this article comes from data on employee performance appraisal reports and employee promotion reports. In this study, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, which consisted of key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. The results of the study of this article can be concluded that the work environment at the Karawang DPRD Secretariat is quite good,as seen from the employees who work optimally based on the good employee performance appraisal report and 9 (nine) employees who have been promoted.

Abstract

The Karawang District Court is a general judicial environment under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia as the executor of independent judicial powers to administer justice in upholding Law and Justice, the Karawang District Court as the "front guard" (Voorj post) of the Supreme Court, has the duty and authorityreceive, examine, decide and settle cases that are entered at the first level. This study aims to find out and analyze how the work discipline of Karawang District Court employees, find out and analyze how the performance of Karawang District Court employees, and to find out how the implementation of work discipline to improve employee performance in the Karawang District Court Office Class 1 B. The type of research used by the author namely descriptive qualitative research. This study uses 2 kinds of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation or direct observation, documentation, and interviews and the data analysis technique is using triangulation of data sources. The data is processed properly so that it becomes a tool of information that can be concluded. The results of the research and discussion show that the implementation of employee work discipline is good in terms of employee work targets and employee performance appraisals achieved, although it is inseparable from several shortcomings. In the future, it is hoped that the application of work discipline to Karawang District Court employees will be further improved in order to maximize employee performance so that organizational or agency goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Karawang Regency which is famous for its Industrial City turns out to have a lot of natural potentials that are not known by the wider community, even the native people of Karawang. One of the villages in South Karawang actually has so much natural potential that is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana. To support the income level of the community. One of them is through the introduction ofdigital marketing, where one of the biggest obstacles at this time is that digital promotion has not been carried out properly and correctly by the community so it is necessary to socialize the introduction of digital promotion.SMEs engaged in the production of Sanggabuana Coffee are digitized so that they can help SMEs to improve product quality and help SMEs understand the importance of digital marketing so that later they can reach a wider market. It is not surprising that the digitization program for MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village, Kec. Tegalwaru Regency. Karawang received a good positive response from the local community because it really helped the community, especially MSME actors. It is hoped that MSME actors can understand digital marketing so that later the marketing reach will not only be limited to Mekarbuana village but will extend outside the region in order to boost the economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on the innovative behavior of the management of the student organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Buana Perjuangan University, which still has the task of increasing the ability of its administrators to be able to support national scale academic achievements that can be obtained by student organizations of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, this research is aimed at organizational management of the Faculty of Economics and Business from the period 2021 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative descriptive verification. The total population in this study is all administrators of student organizations for the period 2022-2023. Faculty of economics and business, Buana University. Karawang struggle, amounting to 85 students. This study used the Slovin formula in determining the research sample with a total of 70. Based on the results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded as follows: the knowledge sharing category in student organizations is at a good level and innovative behavior has a good category. The influence of Knowledge sharing which is an activity in the circulation of information within the organization has a good effect on the innovative behavior of student organizations of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Buana Perjuangan University, in this case knowledge sharing is an important activity in organizations that includes aspects of human resource development in the organization. with the emergence of innovative behaviors from student organization administrators in organizational progress and the progress of Buana Perjuangan University.

Abstract

One of the villages in South Karawang, which is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana, has a very high natural tourism potential, with a distance between the village and the city center of around 45.30 km. The demographic location which is quite far from the City Center coupled with post-pandemic conditions means that people's income is still below average and has even decreased. Financial management is one of the main problems in MSMEs because many ignore the importance of financial literacy.This is in line with the results of the National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2019 which shows that both in terms of understanding and use of financial products/services, people in rural areas are still quite behind compared to the rest of the population. who live in the city area. This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management. The method used in this research is quantitative research. Based on the results of research with the help of SPSS version 26, it is known that the R square is 0.373. Which means bthat the variable financial literacy affects financial management 37.3% and the remaining 62.7 is influenced by other factors. The results of the calculation of the t test show that t count is greater than t table (4.084 > 2.048) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial literacy and financial management in MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction of contract employees at Perum Peruri Karawang. This study involved contract employees from various work units. Research using descriptive qualitative research. There are five dimensions of Afandi's theory which are the focus of research, namely the dimensions of Work, Wages/Salary, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision. The collection technique was carried out through three stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that contract employees were satisfied with the work indicators, salary indicators, supervisor indicators, and co-workers indicators. However, employees are dissatisfied with the promotion indicators, because the company has not given contract employees another chance to become permanent employees at Perum Peruri for the last five years or so. For promotion indicators, it is suggested that the company make regulations for the period of time for the transfer of work status that are clearly applicable in the company.

Abstract

Polsek Tempuran merupakan wadah bagi masyarakat untuk membuat laporan dan aduan terkait tindak pindana, pencurian, pemukulan, hingga permohonan perlindungan. Pengaduan dan pelaporan dari masyarakat akan diterima dan diproses lebih lanjut oleh pihak kepolisian sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku, untuk tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan oleh peneliti, yaitu pertama untuk mengetahui kurangnya tenaga kerja pada Unit Sium Polsek Tempuran Karawang; kedua untuk mengetahui kurangnya kinerja dalam pemahaman komputasi digitalisasi pada Unit Sium Polsek Tempuran Karawang; ketiga untuk mengetahui intensitas beban kerja yang ditanggung oleh tenaga kerja yang ada di Unit Sium Polsek Tempuran Karawang, metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu suatu metode analisis data yang menentukan, menafsirkan, serta mengklasifikasikan data-data atau informasi juga dibantu dengan metode penelitian library research yaitu melakukan kajian yang mendalam melalui jurnal, buku, dan media sosial. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh peneliti diantaranya pertama tugas rutin salah satu unit dialihkan ke unit Sium karena minimnya anggota Polsek Tempuran dan yang kedua dengan jumlah dua anggota Unit Sium yang sangat tidak memungkinkan untuk efektif dan efisiensinya penyelesaian laporan dan penginputan data dengan cepat dan tepat waktu. Maka dari itu peneliti memberikan saran solusi akan permasalahan tersebut yang pertama harus menambahkan jumlah anggota, tenaga kerja, atau pegawai baru dibagian unit Sium tersebut dan yang kedua dengan taraf standar terutama dapat mengurangi intensitas kelelahan yang dialami anggota lainnya sehingga peneliti dapat mengetahui dan memberikan penjelasan akan keefektifan dan efisiensi waktu pada pengerjaan laporan maupun input data tersebut.

Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi menujukan adanya fluktuasi kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh pengembangan karir dan kompetensi. Kurangnya keterampilan terlihat dari ketidakmampuan karyawan memenuhi tuntutan pekerjaan yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Mahkota Bandung Teknik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 63 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kompetensi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,4% dan 44,7%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 79,6%, sementara 20,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan karir yang diarahkan melalui pelatihan dan promosi, serta peningkatan kompetensi karyawan dalam mendukung produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan investasi pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia demi mencapai tujuan organisasi secara optimal.

Abstract

Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga ketertiban umum, namun kinerja yang optimal masih menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profesionalisme dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, kuantitatif dan verifikatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Data diperoleh dari 82 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Profesionalisme memiliki skor 3.800 dengan rata-rata 316,67, dalam rentang skala 278,8–344,4 dengan kategori “Baik”. Kecerdasan emosional memiliki skor 3.686 dengan rata-rata 307,17, pada rentang skala 278,8–344,4 dalam kategori “Baik”. Kinerja Pegawai memiliki skor 3.708 dengan rata-rata 309, dalam rentang skala 278,8–344,4 daengan kategori “Baik”. Secara parsial profesionalisme  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,022, < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,332 > t-tabel 1,664. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung 6,108 > t tabel 1,664. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan nilai F-hitung 59,762 > F-tabel 3,11. Koefisien determinasi Besarnya pengaruh Profesionalisme dan Kecerdasan Emosional pada Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 60,2%. Sedangkan 39,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak di teliti.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Blanakan adalah sekolah Negeri tingkat SMA satu-satunya yang ada di kecamatan Blanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Blanakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh dan metode regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 guru, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, serta kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki skor 2.273 dengan rata-rata 206,63, dalam rentang skala 170-210 dengan kategori “baik”. Budaya organisasi memperoleh skor 2.959 dengan rata-rata 211,35  dalam rentang skala 210-250 dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Kinerja guru memiliki skor 2.314 dengan rata-rata 210,36  dalam rentang skala 210-250 dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,012 dan t-hitung 2,601 > t-tabel 1,677. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan t-hitung 4,048 > t-tabel 1,677. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan F-hitung 21,855 > F-tabel 3,19. Koefisien determinasi besarnya pengaruh Motivasi kerja dan Budaya Organisasi pada kinerja guru sebesar 48,2%. Sedangkan 51,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.   Kata kunci: Motivasi kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Guru.
