Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fear of negative evaluation dengan mental toughness kepada atlet tenis lapangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu atlet tenis lapangan yang aktif mengikuti pertandingan yang berada di Kalimantan Selatan sebanyak 60 subyek. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala mental toughness dengan skala fear of negative evaluation. Tehnik Analisa yang digunakan menggunakan uji asumsi yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan linearitas, serta uji hipotesis. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang negatif serta signifikan antara fear of negative evaluation dengan mental toughness pada atlet tenis lapangan dengan koefisien (r) sebesar -991 yang menandakan kekuatan hubungan yaitu sangat kuat, dengan nilai (Sig.) sebesar 0,000. Hasil yang negatif memili makna semakin tinggi fear of negative evaluation maka semakin rendah mental toughness yang dimiliki atlet, begitu pula sebaliknya. Semakin rendah fear of negative evaluation maka semakin tinggi mental toughness yang dimiliki atlet.

The structure of the developmental guidance and counseling program consists of four components, namely: First, basic guidance services (guidance curiculum), which is the core of the developmental guidance model. This component is designed to assist all students in developing basic skills or competencies in effective life and behavior. Second, responsive service aims to intervene in student problems or concerns that arise immediately and are felt at that time. Third, individual planning system (individual planning), aims to guide all students to learn to plan, monitor, and manage education and career plans. Fourth, equipped with a system support component, this component provides support for the guidance staff in organizing the three components of guidance as well as other school personnel in implementing educational programs in schools.Keywords: Developmental counseling guidance model, play activities, meaningful experience strategies

Fear of missing out (FOMO) is a phenomenon in which individuals feelafraid of being left behind, anxious and nervous if you haven't checked social media accounts, obsessed with other people's activities, causing an uncontrollable desire to stay connected to the activities of other people on social media. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and fear of missing out (FOMO) in adolescent social media users. This research method uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. Sampling in this study used a non-prabability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The subjects of this study were adolescent social media users with an age range of 18-21 years in the city of Banjarmasin as many as 347 subjects. The scale used in this study is the self-control scale and the fear of missing out (FOMO) scale, with a scaling model that is a Likert scale. The analysis used is Pearson's product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between self-control and fear of missing out (FOMO) with a coefficient (r) of -729 with a value (Sig.) of 0.000. Through the results of data processing with statistical tests, it can be said that the researcher's hypothesis in this study is acceptable because the results obtained indicate a significant negative relationship between self-control and fear of missing out (FOMO) in adolescent social media users.

Stunting is a condition of failure to develop in children which can affect brain development, physical growth, and intelligence in children. This reseach aims to describe parenting styles for stunting toddlers in the Pekauman Health Center. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this reseach were 2 pairs of parents as the main informants and 1 nutrition worker (TPG) at the Pekauman Health Center as a significant other. The result of stunting can occur because of negligent parenting in health practices, feeding, sanitation, interactions between parents and children, practices of preparing, processing and serving food to children, as well as paying attention to the growth and development of toddlers so that impact on the nutritional status of children under five according to BB/U and TB/U.

When interacting socially, not all teenage girls will feel safe, because in reality there are still many teenage girls who feel anxious and uncomfortable when dealing directly with their surroundings and thus experience social anxiety. One of the factors that influences it is body dissatisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of body dissatisfaction on social anxiety in adolescent girls. High levels of body dissatisfaction can lead to serious consequences, such as eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, social anxiety can limit social participation and affect interpersonal relationships. Sampling used the Nonprobability Sampling technique with the Incidental Sampling method. This research involved 347 teenage girls aged 12-21 years. The measuring instruments used in this research were the body dissatisfaction scale (29 items, α = 0.964) and the social anxiety scale (26 items, α = 0.922). The research results show that there is a significant influence of body dissatisfaction on social anxiety in female adolescents (p = 0.000 < 0.05) with an influence size of R square = 45.4% and the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive with a value of r = 0.674. This means that if body dissatisfaction increases, social anxiety will also increase and vice versa, if body dissatisfaction decreases, social anxiety will also decrease.

Masa peralihan remaja ke dewasa awal dianggap krusial yang menandai pengembangan nilai, identitas, dan menghadapi tekanan sosial. Quarter life crisis, fenomena emosional pada dewasa awal, mencuat sebagai dampak perbandingan sosial intens melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap quarter life crisis pada dewasa awal di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek penelitian dewasa awal di Banjarmasin Utara (n=344). Data dikumpulkan melalui skala Quarter Life Crisis dan skala Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap quarter life crisis (p < 0,05), dengan R square sebesar 4,1%. Terdapat pula hubungan positif signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan peningkatan quarter life crisis (r = 0,203). Sebanyak 70% subjek berada pada kategori quarter life crisis sedang, 17% tinggi, dan 14% rendah. Temuan ini sejalan dengan tren penggunaan media sosial yang dominan, khususnya Instagram dan Whatsapp

Student engagement memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dan prestasi akademik peserta didik di sekolah. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi student engagement yaitu faktor eksternal dan internal salah satunya adalah teacher support. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teacher support terhadap Student engagement di SMAN X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 246 siswa yang di ambil dengan memakai teknik proportioned stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala oleh Fredricks dan Blumenfeld dan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Chen. Analisis data yang dilakukan memakai analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Teacher Support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Student Engagement. Adapun kontribusi dari pengaruh dari Teacher Support terhadap Student Engagement di SMAN X diperoleh hasil sebesar 92,1%. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Teacher Support dengan Student Engagement siswa di SMAN X. Kata kunci: sekolah, student engagement, teacher support

Kesehatan mental siswa di sekolah merupakan bagian penting guna mewujudkan kesejahteraan siswa. Siswa yang sejahtera disekolah akan mampu berperan aktif dalam menunjang optimalisasi potensinya. Namun berbagai hambatan disekolah cenderung menyebabkan siswa menjadi inferior. Pelecehan seksual merupakan salah satu tiga masalah besar pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mengenai pengetahuan dan sikap siswa terhadap pelecehan seksual di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan angket. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMP disalah satu sekolah menengah di Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 248 orang. Analisis data menggunakan deskripsi statistik sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 93,95% siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi mengenai pelecehan seksual dan mereka setuju untuk bersikap peduli dan penting untuk edukasi dalam pencegahan pelecehan seksual di sekolah.

In addition to being a national health issue, stunting is a worldwide health concern because it lowers productivity, inhibits IQ, and causes disease in human resources. The purpose of this activity is to enhance cadres' proficiency in processing MP-ASI using the traditional knowledge of kelakai leaves in Samuda village, Belawang District, Barito Kuala Regency, as well as their knowledge base about stunting and MP-ASI. The KPM Cadres (Human Development Cadres), Posyandu Cadres, TPK (Family Assistance Team), and village food cadets are the targets of this community service project. The initial step in this activity's methodology is creating an MP-ASI Formula Book using Kelakai (Stenochlaena palustris (Burm.f.) Bedd. Second, the practice of directly preparing meals and educating people about health and nutrition The information is delivered through interactive lecture and discussion methods as well as simulations. This community service was carried out over two meetings. The location for this service activity is at the Samuda Village Hall. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge after the training activity was held, namely that the level of understanding increased significantly from 0% to 100% in two aspects of knowledge, namely MP-ASI criteria and family medicinal plants that stimulate appetite. The results of the analysis of different tests showed that there was a difference in the mean knowledge scores of participants before and after being given the training (p = 0.000). Conclusion: The application of nutritional literacy with the help of formula books and job sheets has been proven to be able to increase cadres' knowledge and skills and effectively foster innovation in making MP-ASI formulas as potential family-based family nutrition boosters

Abstract Today's women are able to have dual roles in life, being housewives and working mothers. The experiences that working mothers experience in carrying out their work at home and at work cause stress which has an impact on their well-being. Low ability to cope with stress can result in prolonged stress which causes fatigue or burnout. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-care and coping with stress in working mothers. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a correlational design. The scale used is the coping stress variable scale, Ways of Coping of Stress created by Lazarus and Folkman (1986) which has been adapted by Fidia Oktarisa and Zulmi Yusra (2017), and the self-care scale namely Exersice of Self-Care Agency which was produced by Kearney and Fleischer (1979). The number of samples used was 100 respondents with the criteria being working mothers and having at least two children. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive relationship between self-care and coping with stress in working mothers. This shows that the higher the self-care, the higher the stress coping for working mothers. Keywords: coping stress, self-care, working mothers
