Abstract

Agile Project Management (APM) offers a flexible and adaptive approach to managing projects, making it particularly relevant for the dynamic environment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study explores the adaptation of APM for small-scale projects within the MSME sector through qualitative analysis. Data were collected from five informants actively involved in project management and analyzed using N-VIVO software. The findings highlight that APM can enhance adaptability, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction. However, challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and lack of expertise were identified. Strategies, including incremental adoption, training, and external consultancy, were proposed to overcome these barriers. This research contributes to the understanding of Agile's applicability in MSMEs, offering practical insights for practitioners and policymakers to foster innovation and competitiveness in the sector.

Abstract

Technology companies compete in a fast‐moving, innovation-driven landscape where retaining highly skilled employees is a strategic imperative. Although a growing body of studies addresses this challenge, the literature is dispersed across disciplines and geographies, obscuring prevailing themes and research gaps. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 375 peer-reviewed articles (2000-2024) indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection to map the intellectual structure and temporal evolution of research on talent retention strategies in technology companies. Using VOSviewer, we generated keyword co-occurrence, author co-citation, and country collaboration networks, along with density and overlay visualizations. Results show that human resource management, talent management, and employee retention form the field’s foundational core, while emergent themes—innovation, leadership, diversity, and employer branding—have gained prominence since 2020, signaling a shift toward more holistic, employee-centric approaches. Author analysis identifies three influential clusters: methodological rigor (e.g., Ringle, Hair), strategic HRM (e.g., Collings, Cappelli), and cross-cultural HRM (e.g., Budhwar, Warner). Geographically, the United States dominates scholarly output and collaborations, but international linkages remain limited, suggesting opportunities for broader global engagement. The study highlights research gaps in data-driven HR analytics, cross-regional comparisons, and interdisciplinary integration. Findings offer scholars a consolidated research agenda and guide practitioners toward evidence-based, culturally responsive retention strategies that align with evolving workforce expectations.

Abstract

This study does an extensive bibliometric analysis to delineate the research environment about the modernization of human resource (HR) operational paradigms and the increasing deficiencies in digital service delivery.  The an‍aly‍sis utilizes Scopus-i‍ndexe‍d d‍ata and employs VOSviewer and Bibliome‍trix R to inve‍stigate publication trends, topic clusters, inte‌ll‌ectual s‍tructures, author and in‌stitutional co‍llaboratio‍n networks, and patterns of international co-authorship.‌  The‍ fin‌dings indicate two primary stud‌y domains: a well-established corpus of socioeconomic a‍nd macroeconomic literature, and a swiftly growing sec‌tor centered on HRM, digital information systems, and wor‌kforce deve‌lop‍ment. Keyword co-occurrence and density maps reveal a distinct theme transition from population and economic studies to digital human resource management and training-related subjects. Simultaneously, national and institutional networks recognize China and the Russian Federation as prominent centers for collaboration.  The research enhances the theoretical synthesis of socioeconomic and human resource modernization viewpoints while providing pragmatic insights for firms seeking to bolster digital HR competencies.  The constraints and prospects for subsequent research are also examined.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the intricate relationship between employee advocacy and brand loyalty, providing insights into how internal stakeholder engagement impacts consumer perceptions and brand success. Utilizing a systematic review of academic literature from more than past two decades, the study highlights the pivotal role of employees as brand ambassadors and the subsequent effect on customer trust and loyalty. Through an examination of key studies, including works by Aaker (2011) and Chaudhuri & Holbrook (2001), the research underscores the significance of aligning employee experiences with external brand promises to enhance brand equity. The findings suggest that effective employee advocacy programs are crucial for fostering brand loyalty, particularly in environments where competition and consumer expectations are continuously evolving. Strategic implications are discussed, emphasizing the need for organizations to adapt their employee advocacy efforts in response to dynamic market conditions and evolving technological landscapes.

Abstract

This study looks into how initiatives for digital transformation, the expansion of the e-commerce industry, innovation, and the adoption of fintech affect entrepreneurial ventures in the fintech and e-commerce sectors, and how those ventures then affect the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. A survey-based quantitative analysis was carried out to gather information from 293 MSMEs operating in different regions and industry sectors throughout Indonesia. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was used in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the correlations between important variables. The findings show a strong positive correlation between fintech acceptance, innovation, e-commerce sector growth, entrepreneurial endeavors, and digital transformation projects. Additionally, it was discovered that entrepreneurial endeavors and economic performance were favorably correlated. These results highlight how important digital entrepreneurship is to Indonesia's economic development and innovation, especially in the MSME sector. Policymakers, industry stakeholders, and MSMEs looking to harness digital technology and encourage entrepreneurship to improve economic performance would find the study's insights to be highly beneficial.
