Abstract

In the last decade, all countries have been shocked by the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic which has had a crucial impact in all aspects so that various policies have been implemented, one of which is the social restriction system. Since the outbreak of covid-19, the Tourism Industry has also experienced paralysis, where all tourist destinations must be temporarily closed for an unpredictable time, to anticipate the transmission of the coronavirus or covid-19, especially since the enactment of the PSBB, various tourist attractions in Indonesia have been closed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the special tourism sector in Farmhouse tourism objects. This research method uses descriptive analysis, where primary data is obtained directly based on the results of interviews and observations at tourist objects. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through notes and publications as well as literature studies. The results showed that Covid-19 had an impact on the tourism sector, especially on Farmhouse tourism objects, this was indicated by a decrease in the number of tourist visits which decreased 80% during weekdays and 60% during weekends compared to the previous year.;

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Comparison of Permanent Employees with Employees Outsourcing the Cleanliness Section viewed from Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The research hypothesis is that there are differences between Permanent and Outsourcing Employees seen from Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Research is a quantitative study using a comparative / difference approach. Data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data processing using one way ANOVA and Independent Sample t-test and descriptive analysis data using the average technique. The results showed that there were differences in terms of Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment between Permanent Employees and Outsourcing Employees, where the Permanent Employee Organizational Commitment variable had a higher value than the Outsourcing Officer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership and bonus compensation both simultaneously and partially on earnings management in insurance sector issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2017-2019. The type of research used is verification research or hypothesis testing research. By using the census method and unbalanced panel data, there were 68 observation companies that met the population criteria. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the capital market reference center on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis model is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Institutional ownership has a negative effect on earnings management. (2) bonus compensation has a negative effect on earnings management, and (3) Institutional ownership and bonus compensation simultaneously have an effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of influencer marketing to improve organizational performance and its impact on consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a descriptive verification approach, a sample of 131 SME owners using incidental techniques. Data analysis used SEM with Amos software version 22. The primary data of this study was obtained from a questionnaire. While secondary data obtained through notes and publications as well as literature study.The results showed that the role of influencers had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and purchasing decisions, and the role of influencers had a positive effect on organizational performance through mediation of purchasing decisions. This study is proposed to determine the aspects of the role of influencer marketing related to organizational performance in SMEs in the city of Bandung and also emphasizes aspects of competitive competence that have an impact on performance, especially in SMEs.

Abstract

Efforts to increase literacy are needed to combat hoaxes, one of which is by providing education to prevent hoaxes through radio media. LPPL Radio Swara Perintis Sukabumi is a broadcasting institution under the auspices of Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Sukabumi. The purpose of this study is to understand the efforts of Diskominfo Kota Sukabumi in tackling hoaxes through LPPL, to understand how the role of LPPL in meeting information needs and increasing public literacy power as an effort to overcome the spread of hoaxes in Sukabumi City, and to find out the community's evaluation of the role of LPPL. This study uses qualitative methods, with data collection methods through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that Diskominfo Kota Sukabumi and LPPL cooperate in dealing with hoaxes through various joint programs. In meeting the information needs in Sukabumi City as an effort to overcome hoaxes, LPPL comes with a variety of informative and educational broadcast programs and pays attention to the planning process to broadcasting that focuses on truth and accuracy. LPPL Radio Swara Perintis Sukabumi is also considered to have carried out its role in improving community media literacy well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. XYZ Bandung perusahaan Developer & Contractor, serta pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan dimoderasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi penyusunan anggaran sebagai variabel independen, kinerja manajerial sebagai variabel dependen dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di PT. XYZ yang terlibat dalam proses penyusunan anggaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Moderated Regression Analysis pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial di PT. XYZ. Selain itu moderasi interaksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, artinya komitmen organisasi dapat memoderasi yaitu memperkuat hubungan antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal adalah komunikasi yang melibatkan dua orang atau lebih. Komunikasi yang tercipta dalam menjalankan kepemimpinan tergantung pada level kepemimpinan yang meliputi level atas, level menengah, dan level bawah. Pada level tertinggi tugas pemimpin adalah mengambil keputusan berdasarkan masukan dari berbagai pihak terutama bawahan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan, pada tim ini peran komunikasi sangat nyata. Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja merupakan salah satu Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja kerja tim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 855 orang sedangkan sampelnya adalah 100 orang yang merupakan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) terhadap Prestasi Kerja Tim (Variabel Y) sebesar 58,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terkait dengan persistensi Return on Assets bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang mengalami pasang surut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dana pihak ketiga terhadap profitabilitas pada bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI, 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kredit bermasalah terhadap profitabilitas pada bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI dan, 3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dana pihak ketiga dan kredit bermasalah terhadap profitabilitas pada bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2014-2017. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 1) Dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, 2) Kredit bermasalah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan 3) Dana pihak ketiga dan kredit bermasalah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Terhadap Minat Baca Anggota Perpustakaan.Grand theory yang digunakan adalah Bauran Promosi dari Kotler and Amstrong. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh simultan bauran promosi, yang terdiri dari Periklanan, Penjualan Personal, Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Langsung dan Publisitas terhadap Minat Baca Anggota Perpustakaan Universitas Widyatama. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan Verifikatif. Penelitian ini mengkaji Pengaruh bauran promosi, yang terdiri dari Periklanan, Penjualan Personal, Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Langsung dan Publisitas terhadap Minat Baca Anggota Perpustakaan Universitas Widyatama dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan data deskriptif analisis menggunakan teknik rata-rata.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel Periklanan, Penjualan Personal, Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Langsung dan Publisitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Baca Anggota Perpustakaan Universitas Widyatama. Secara simultan masing-masing sub variabel bauran promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan Minat Baca Anggota Perpustakaan. Variabel yang paling dominan dalam Minat Baca Anggota Perpustakaan Universitas Widyatama yaitu Penjualan Personal.  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Effect of Promotion Mix on Reading Interest of Members of the Library. Grand theory used is Promotion Mix from Kotler and Armstrong. The research hypothesis is that there is a simultaneous influence of the promotion mix, which consists of Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing and Public Relation towards Reading Interests of Widyatama University Library Members. The study was conducted using descriptive and verification methods. This study examined the effect of promotional mix, which consisted of Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing and Public Relation on Reading Interests of Widyatama University Library Members using multiple regression techniques. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Processing data using multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis data using the average technique. The results showed partially the variable Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing and Public Relation significantly influence the Reading Interest of Widyatama University Library Members. Simultaneously each promotional mix sub variable has a significant influence on Library Member Reading Interest. The most dominant variable in the Reading Interest of Widyatama University Library Members is Personal Selling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on patient satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using a sample of 68 respondents. The respondents in this study were patients who visited for treatment or health consultations to the 3R Primary Clinic. The data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of statistical testing, the following results were obtained: Service quality has a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Quality of service and price Simultaneously using the F test is known to have a positive and significant effect on outpatient satisfaction at the 3R Pratama Clinic in Sukabumi City,
