Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah merupakan pelaksanaan dari pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni budaya secara langsung kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk memberikan ketrampilan dalam optimalisasi digital marketing dan pembuatan flayer digital kepada Paguyuban Kesenian Sunda Ranggon Uyut. Kegitan diawali dengan pemberian edukasi dan juga pelatihan pembuatan flayer digital. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini pemilik Paguyuban Kesenian Ranggon Uyut memahami bagaimana cara mengoptimalisasikan Digital Marketing dan menggunakan flayer digital untuk memasarkan produknya sekaligus melestarikan kebudayaan khususnya kebudayaan Sunda.

Abstract

Companies can still compete in the market if in issuing products tailored to the needs and desires of consumers, then communicating the advantages of the product to consumers. A consumer in making a decision to purchase a product can be influenced by several factors, including the quality of the product and the promotions carried out by the company. Referring to this fact, the researcher is interested in conducting research on "The Influence of Product Quality and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN". The problems studied in this study are: (1) Is there any influence of product quality on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN ? (2) Is there any effect of promotion on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN ? (3) Is there any influence between product quality and promotion simultaneously on the purchasing decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN? The methods used in data collection are the questionnaire method (questionnaire) and the documentation method. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable,namely product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). By using the SPSS program, it can be obtained Fcount of 12,449 > Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 5%, so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between product quality and promotion on the purchasing decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC . CIMENYAN. The conclusion of the research is that there is a positive influence between product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN. The magnitude of the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions can be seen from the coefficient of determination, which is 0.316. This means that partially the product quality factor influences the purchasing decision by 31.6%. While the coefficient of determination for the promotion variable is 0.128. This means that partially the promotion factor has an effect on purchasing decisions by 12.8%. Based on these results, researchers provide suggestions that producers must be able to maintain product quality so that the resulting product remains an option for consumers. In addition, companies must further improve promotional programs so that promotional activities are carried out more effectively, because promotions function to influence consumer attitudes and preferences in choosing products, as well as to motivate consumers to take positive action, namely making purchase decisions on the products offered.

Abstract

Topik yang akan dibahas mengenai kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen melalui variabel kepuasan konsumen yang merupakan variabel mediating. Tujuannya agar mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk serta kualitas pelayanan pada kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumennya serta seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan konsumen pada loyalitas konsumennya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan datanya. Populasinya yakni konsumen dari depot air minum isi ulang putra kembar dengan teknik sampling adalah random sampling sehingga terdapat responden yang akan dijadikan sebagai sampel. Datanya yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis memakai analisis jalur (Path Analysis) melalui software statistik yaitu SPSS. Hasilnya yakni kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan konsumen. Dan kepuasan konsumen tidak mempengaruhi positif pada loyalitas konsumen. Kesimpulannya kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan agar kepuasan konsumen meningkat serta akan bisa meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Maka, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan dan memberikan pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen serta melayani konsumennya dengan maksimal serta memuaskan supaya bisa mempertahankan konsumen dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan.

Abstract

Background – In service sector, there is always a possibility for customers to selectively choose their desired service that will meet their satisfaction. Organizations are thus required to identify the factors that determine customer satisfaction. Aim – This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of customer value on the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at the library of Widyatama University, Bandung, Indonesia. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – Using quantitative approach, this study distributed 800 questionnaires to respondents, and receive 713 questionnaires that can be used for further analysis. The data analysis is carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS. Findings – This study shows that customer value has no effect on satisfaction, meaning that customer value does not play a role in mediating the relationship between service quality and satisfaction. Only two variables based on dimensions of Service Quality Analysis (SERVQUAL) have an effect on other variables, namely assurance and empathy. Conclusion - Customer value and satisfaction for library users at Widyatama University are two different things that have no relationship or connection at all. The service quality variable that affects customer value is assurance, while the variable that affects satisfaction is empathy. Research implication – There are two things that must be considered by the library manager, namely the assurance perceived by library users, and the empathy that the library’s managers and staff must have, especially as the providers of library service. Limitations – This research was only conducted in one university library, so the results about the condition of the library or services cannot be generalized. It also only utilizes the two-dimensional model of SERVQUAL, thus future research are required to address and develop this topic.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of recruitment, selection, and motivation on employee performance at AKPAR NHI Bandung, a college of hospitality and tourism in Bandung, Indonesia. A sample of 62 respondents, consisting of 20 academic staff and 42 administrative staff, was selected to participate in the study. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The findings revealed that both recruitment and selection had a significant positive impact on employee performance. Effective recruitment practices, such as attracting and selecting qualified candidates, were found to be crucial in driving employee performance. Similarly, aligning candidates' qualifications with job requirements through a well-designed selection process positively influenced employee performance. However, no significant relationship was found between motivation and employee performance. These results underscore the importance of implementing effective recruitment and selection strategies to enhance employee performance. Organizations should focus on attracting and selecting highly qualified individuals while ensuring a good fit between candidates and job requirements. Efforts should also be made to foster employee motivation through recognition, career development, and a supportive work environment. The study contributes to the understanding of human resource management practices and their impact on employee performance in the hospitality and tourism industry. The findings highlight the need for strategic human resource management approaches that optimize recruitment and selection processes and address employee motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, digital marketing and location on purchasing decisions at Café Coffee Cirenggot. This study uses a type of quantitative research with accidental sampling technique of 80 respondents. The instrument test used is validity and reliability test, and multiple regression analysis in the form of hypothesis testing and F test and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. Results: Based on the results of data analysis or hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that Digital Marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Price and Location are rejected because they have no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Café Coffe Cirenggot.

Abstract

This study examines the intricate dynamics of the Use of Social Media (USM), Brand Image (BI), Consumer Reviews (CR), and Purchasing Decisions (PD) within the context of PT Silga Perkasa. Through a path analysis, we investigate both direct and indirect effects to understand the relationships between these variables. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between social media usage and consumer reviews, with subsequent impacts on purchasing decisions. Additionally, a direct and significant link is observed between brand image and purchasing decisions. However, the mediation role of consumer reviews between brand image and purchasing decisions is found to be non-significant in this specific setting. These findings provide valuable insights for businesses, emphasizing the strategic importance of leveraging social media for positive consumer reviews and the direct influence of a positive brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This service aims to increase awareness about building mental health and anti-bullying among students at the MA Al-Masthuriyah school, Sukabumi Regency, and also to provide a deeper understanding of the psychological impact of bullying. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that school residents can become more responsive and proactive in preventing and overcoming cases of bullying. In this way, a safe and supportive learning environment can be created, allowing each individual to grow and develop optimally without fear of intimidation or unpleasant treatment. This service activity was carried out involving second grade students from the Department of Science, Social Sciences and Religion, reaching fifty people. This counseling is delivered in the form of interactive learning sessions with material covering, mental health, the importance of recognizing bullying, and preventing bullying; as well as in the form of playing guess the picture. Evaluation was carried out by distributing participant satisfaction questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the counseling towards a superior generation, building mental health and anti-bullying among high school students in Sukabumi Regency provides significant benefits for the students of MA Al-Masthuriyah school. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of Mental Health and Anti-Bullying. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the materials and counseling methods

Abstract

In Indonesia, social media has become one of the most popular platforms among young people. However, the high use of social media is not balanced with awareness of the negative impacts it can have, one of which is hoaxes. Hoaxes, disinformation and misinformation are often discussed in the digital world and on media internet, and it can be said that the spread of hoaxes in Indonesia is influenced by low digital literacy. Many people are not yet fully aware of the impact of media on various life contexts. Responding to this phenomenon, a team from the Indonesian Wiyata Management Institute and Ma'soem University held community service regarding social media literacy training related to hoax prevention for high school students in Sukabumi Regency. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and awareness regarding the impact of social media, especially to provide awareness of the importance of social media. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Comparison of Permanent Employees with Employees Outsourcing the Cleanliness Section viewed from Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The research hypothesis is that there are differences between Permanent and Outsourcing Employees seen from Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Research is a quantitative study using a comparative / difference approach. Data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data processing using one way ANOVA and Independent Sample t-test and descriptive analysis data using the average technique. The results showed that there were differences in terms of Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment between Permanent Employees and Outsourcing Employees, where the Permanent Employee Organizational Commitment variable had a higher value than the Outsourcing Officer
