Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of motivation, discipline and confidence on academic achievement. The research method used is quantitative research method with type of kausal relationship research or reciprocal relationship. The research samples taken were all students of Management Study Program of Institut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia batch 2016, 2017, 2018. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The instrument quality testing techniques include validity test and reliability test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and classical assumption test such as normality test, multicolinearity test and heterosesticity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: (1) Motivation variables partially positively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (2) Discipline variables negatively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (3) Self Confidence variables partially positively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (4) Motivation, Discipline and Self Confidence simultaneously or together have a positive and significant influence on Academic Achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see and analyze how a retail business maintains its business, including maintaining customer loyalty. The research was conducted at a retail store in Sukabumi. Methods of data collection is done through observation and interviews with resources in the store. The results showed that: 1) retail stores in maintaining their business utilize various promo modules and involve the active role of all resources in the store; 2) retail stores provide all the best to consumers, through an attitude that prioritizes 5S, and strives to meet every consumer need, so as to maintain consumer trust and loyalty; 3) the ability to promote and good service makes retail stores can compete with competitors and can maintain their business.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah menghadirkan berbagai tantangan khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM. Pergeseran cara melakukan pemasaran offline ke online nampaknya memaksa UMKM untuk dapat mengikuti perubahan tersebut. Saat ini, berdasarkan data Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM baru sekitar delapan juta pelaku usaha atau 13% dari seluruh UMKM yang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam bisnisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh Bakmi Tando 07 dan apa kendala yang dihadapi saat menerapkan digital marketing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi terhadap pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan digital marketing dilakukan dengan memposting produk di media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan status Whatsaap. Selain itu juga membangun kemitraan dengan Go-Food, Grab-Food, dan Shopee-Food untuk menambah platform pemasaran produk secara digital dan kemudahan dalam pesan-antar makanan. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan digital marketing adalah koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, keterlambatan dalam pengiriman, serta masalah internal karena kurangnya SDM akibat pesanan yang banyak karena promosi di media sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan lansia di Satuan Pelayanan Rehabilitasi Sosial Lanjut Usia (SPRSLU) Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Responden berjumlah 52 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diisi oleh lansia dengan dibantu oleh pendamping penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan lansia di SPRSLU Sukabumi. Pihak SPRSLU Sukabumi harus mampu mengelola sarana dan prasarana dan melengkapi sarana prasarana penunjang demi terwujudnya tingkat kepuasan dan kesejahteraan para lansia. Pihak SPRSLU Sukabumi juga harus tetap menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, salah satunya dengan cara mengikutkan para pramulansia dalam pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi para pramulansia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decision to purchase Welltraf t-shirts in Cianjur. The research approach uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Informants or respondents amounted to 32 people. Research data obtained through the collection of questionnaires. The results showed that all dimensions of purchasing decisions, namely product choice, brand choice, dealer choice, time and number of purchases, and payment methods received very high responses from the respondents. Welltraf t-shirt sellers must pay attention to all these dimensions, maintain the uniqueness and quality of the product, as well as the best service from the salesperson.

Abstract

Industri pakaian sebagai bagian dari industri kreatif menempati posisi kedua setelah kuliner dalam kontribusinya terhadap Pendapatan Domestik Bruto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan pembelian konsumen pada salah satu toko pakaian di Sukabumi yaitu Kittyshop. Variabel yang diuji yaitu suasana toko, lokasi, dan media sosial, bagaimana ia dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-asosiatif. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 100 orang responden. Data dianalisis melalui uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel suasana toko dan media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Suasana toko yang baik dapat menimbulkan efek emosional sehingga meningkatkan minat dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Media sosial memiliki kelebihan dalam menjangkau konsumen, termasuk apabila lokasi toko tidak terlalu strategis, sehingga toko dapat dikenal dengan dibantu oleh optimalisasi media sosial.

Abstract

Companies can still compete in the market if in issuing products tailored to the needs and desires of consumers, then communicating the advantages of the product to consumers. A consumer in making a decision to purchase a product can be influenced by several factors, including the quality of the product and the promotions carried out by the company. Referring to this fact, the researcher is interested in conducting research on "The Influence of Product Quality and Promotion on the Purchase Decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN". The problems studied in this study are: (1) Is there any influence of product quality on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN ? (2) Is there any effect of promotion on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN ? (3) Is there any influence between product quality and promotion simultaneously on the purchasing decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN? The methods used in data collection are the questionnaire method (questionnaire) and the documentation method. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable,namely product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). By using the SPSS program, it can be obtained Fcount of 12,449 > Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 5%, so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between product quality and promotion on the purchasing decision of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC . CIMENYAN. The conclusion of the research is that there is a positive influence between product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of "CITRA SARI" cowhide crackers in CIBURIAL VILLAGE, KEC. CIMENYAN. The magnitude of the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions can be seen from the coefficient of determination, which is 0.316. This means that partially the product quality factor influences the purchasing decision by 31.6%. While the coefficient of determination for the promotion variable is 0.128. This means that partially the promotion factor has an effect on purchasing decisions by 12.8%. Based on these results, researchers provide suggestions that producers must be able to maintain product quality so that the resulting product remains an option for consumers. In addition, companies must further improve promotional programs so that promotional activities are carried out more effectively, because promotions function to influence consumer attitudes and preferences in choosing products, as well as to motivate consumers to take positive action, namely making purchase decisions on the products offered.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, digital marketing and location on purchasing decisions at Café Coffee Cirenggot. This study uses a type of quantitative research with accidental sampling technique of 80 respondents. The instrument test used is validity and reliability test, and multiple regression analysis in the form of hypothesis testing and F test and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. Results: Based on the results of data analysis or hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that Digital Marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Price and Location are rejected because they have no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Café Coffe Cirenggot.
