Abstract

This research is motivated by the low average PBV of sector companies’ transportation and logistics compared to other sectors over the last 5 years. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Investment Opportunity Set, Modal Structure, and Profitability on Sector Company Value Transportation and Logistics Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2021 partially and simultaneously. The results of this research show that the investment Opportunity Set proved to have a significant negative effect on company value in the sector of transportation and logistics which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021. Based on the results of data analysis value statistics amounting to -2.811539 with a probability value of 0.0147 < 0.05. The capital structure is proven not to influence stomach values in the sector of transportation and logistics which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021. Based on the results of data analysis value statistics amounting to -0.337478 with a probability value of 0.7411 > 0.05. Proven profitability significant negative effect on company value in the sector of transportation and logistics which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021. Based on the results of data analysis obtained tstatistics of -2.326885 with a probability value of large 0.0368 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand image, brand love dan word of mouth terhadap purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam goreng Kentucy Fried Chicken (KFC) di Kota Padang. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan membuktikan peran word of mouth sebagai penguat hubungan antara brand image dan brand love dengan purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam KFC di Kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 80 orang konsumen yang memiliki pengalaman membeli dan mengonsumsi ayam goreng KFC di Kota Padang. Proses pengambilan sampel di lakukan secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji T-statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan word of mouth memperkuat hubungan antara brand image dengan purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam goreng KFC di Kota Padang. Sedangkan dalam pengujian efek tidak langsung juga ditemukan word of mouth memediasi hubungan antara brand love dengan purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam goreng KFC di Kota Padang.

Abstract

This research has the desire to prove the role of financial performance in strengthening the relationship between the role of the board of commissioners of liquidity and CSR. Research was conducted on consumer sector companies in the Indonesian capital market. The research was carried out from 2017 – 2021. The data analysis method used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The process of statistical testing is done with the help of STATA. The result of founding independent commissioners' roles and liquidity has a positive effect on CSR disclosure, besides that company performance which functions as a moderating variable also has a positive effect on company performance. In testing the moderating effect it was found that the company's performance weakened the relationship between liquidity and CSR, while the second test found that the company's performance strengthened the board of commissioners' relationship with CSR disclosure in consumers of good companies in the Indonesian Stock Market, Theoretically, our research will contribute to the development of the concept of green accounting and governance, which of course will encourage increased corporate reputation, besides that practically our research results can be used as a policy reference for public companies in Indonesia in increasing the implementation of environmental, social and environmental responsibility values governance.

Abstract

The role of the Internet of Things (IoT) is increasingly important in supporting the automation of regular processes and operational decision making in Supply Chain Management (SCM). The implementation of IoT technology with extensive wireless sensor networks (WSN) allows direct access to the sensor center and sensing capabilities of devices connected to the internet. This technology collects large amounts of data through wide area data communication networks. Networks that can respond dynamically in SCM to changes triggered by IoT-based infrastructure. The increasing use of technology raises challenges related to integration failures and data privacy issues. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative which presents a systematic review of improving business performance through IoT integration in SCM. This study is expected to provide insights and solutions related to improving business performance through IoT integration in SCM. IoT is the right choice to be integrated into SCM with its various advantages and disadvantages, IoT is one of the best choices in work activities and data integration processes and all processes in the supply chain so that it will ultimately have an impact on improving business performance and efficiency. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of innovation and digital business literacy on the competitive advantage of home-based culinary SMEs registered by GoFood in Padang City. This type of research is an associative descriptive study. The population in this study are home-based culinary SMEs registered by GoFood in Padang City. The sample used was 75 SMEs using proportional non random sampling. The type of data in this study is primary data. Data processing uses SPSS22. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed by descriptive analysis. This study uses multiple regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, it is known that innovation has a significant effect on the competitive advantage of home-based culinary MSME actors registered with GoFood in Padang City with a value of Sig 0.011<0.05, digital business literacy has a significant effect on the competitive advantage of home-based culinary MSME actors registered with GoFood in Padang City with Sig 0.002< 0.05, innovation and digital business literacy have a significant effect on the competitive advantage of home-based culinary SMEs registered by GoFood in Padang City with Sig 0.024 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in bankruptcy prediction results between the Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski models, and find out the most accurate model in predicting bankruptcy in clothing and luxury goods subsector companies included in the consumer cyclical sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. This research is a type of comparative quantitative research. The population in the study included all clothing and luxury goods subsector companies listed on the IDX in that year, with purposive sampling technique used to determine the sample so that 19 companies were obtained as research objects. The data analysis technique used is a nonparametric statistical test, namely the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, with the help of SPSS version 26 software, as well as an accuracy level test to compare the accuracy of the Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski models. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the prediction results of the two models, and the Zmijewski model was proven to have the highest level of accuracy, which amounted to 89,47%, with a type I error rate of 10,53% and a type II error of 0%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: 1) The effect of company value information in this case the price book value (PBV) on stock prices, 2) The effect of dividend policy in this case the dividend payout ratio (DPR) on stock prices, 3) The effect of capital structure in terms of This is a debt to equity ratio (DER) to stock prices. This type of research is classified as research that is causative. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008 to 2010. The sample selection is by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study include secondary data. Data collection techniques with documentation techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Company value had no effect on stock prices, where the significance value was 0.031 <0.05 and the value of t count> t table was 2.214> 1.995 but the negative β value was -0.028 (H1 was rejected). 2) Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on stock prices, where the significance value is 0.034 <0.05 and the value of t arithmetic> t table is 2.171> 1.995 and a positive β value of 0.032 (H2 is accepted). 3) Capital structure has a significant negative effect on stock prices, where the significance value is 0.006 <0.05 and the value of t arithmetic> t table is 2.861> 1.995 and the negative β value is -0.040 (H3 accepted).

Abstract

This research set out to answer the following questions: 1) the relationship between students' digital literacy and their desire to learn and their final grades, 2) the precise impact that digital literacy has on the academic achievement of these pupils, and 3) the precise impact that learning motivation has on the academic achievement of the candidates.  A causal associative design and quantitative approach were employed to carry out the investigation in this study. The 117 students making up the XI social studies class at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang served as the study's population. We used a proportionate random selection technique to pick 91 people to take part in the survey. The multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 software. According to the results: 1) The academic performance of students in the eleventh grade at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang is significantly affected by their level of digital literacy as well as their enthusiasm to learn. 2) These students' digital literacy greatly enhances their academic achievement, and 3) Their level of motivation to learn has a positive and substantial effect on their academic performance. According to the report, a whopping 47.7 percent of the learning outcomes of IPS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang class XI students are impact by digital literacy and learning motivation.
