Abstract

The development of children's potential in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in the era of globalization is currently facing big challenges. In especial, the challenge of the entry of global culture or foreign culture into Indonesia that is not in accordance with the value system and culture of the Indonesian nation which carries full value, norms, customary ethics and local culture as well as other values and principles, This causes an impact on Indonesian education and culture and is feared that it will erode and threaten the existence of Sundanese culture as a local cultural part of the Indonesian nation's culture, in order to always exist and be strong, we need a way to maintain it. One of the solution is by synergize and integrating Sundanese culture in early childhood education, which is considered the Golden Age, a phase that determines the future of children. is through Sundanese culture in the form of Sundanese cultural philosophies or values and pupuh, is hoped that in addition to being able to be a way to conserve the local wisdom of Sundanese culture and as a filter from the negative impact of foreign cultures, it can also develop the potential of early childhood. other than that the opinion of experts also shows that the values and philosophies contained in Sundanese culture are in accordance with the principles of the national educational goals.

Abstract

Perkuliahan Online pada tingkat perguruan akibat pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak dan hambatan bagi mahasiswa dan dosen, khususnya berkaitan dengan penurunan kualitas pembelajaran, maka dari itu diperlukan motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggi serta kinerja mengajar dosen yang baik agar mahasiswa lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan kinerja mengajar dosen terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa pada perkuliahan online. Jenis penelitian menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Halim Sanusi – PUI Bandung, dengan sampel sebesar 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket/kuesioner secara online berupa format google form sebagai sumber data primernya dan teknis analisis datanya menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) secara simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan kinerja mengajar dosen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa pada perkuliahan online, selanjutnya motivasi belajar mahasiswa secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa pada perkuliahan online, serta kinerja mengajar dosen secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa pada perkuliahan online.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the experience of interpersonal communication between parents and children 8-10 years old, to understanding the impact of playing online games and the impact on their achievement at the schools in Bandung. The type of this research used is a qualitative descriptive study, and data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results showed that parents were not able to have good interpersonal communication with their children, they tend to be aggressive and reactive, to deal with online game addiction that happened to their son, they look confused and don't know how to deal with this problem, so that they can only scold their children and forbid them to play online games, without being able to communicate effectively with them. Furthermore, playing online games has a negative impact on children, among others, the negative psychological, physical and behavioral impact for them, such as they are forgetting the time, not focused and don't listen to the parents, then forget about the environment because the are too fun playing games on their cellphone alone, emotional if they lose playing games, sleep late and forgot to eat. they don't want to listen to parents suggestions and orders also, and their school performance has decreased Keywords: Communication1, Interpersonal2, Games Online3, Performance4

Abstract

Ownership of a sports club by celebrities is actually nothing new. In foreign countries, the business of owning a sports club like this is not only carried out by businessmen or large companies but also by celebrities. They consider that business in the sports sector is a promising form of investment. This study uses a qualitative approach, trying to understand and interpret the meaning of an interaction event between human behavior in situations according to the perspective of the researcher himself. In conclusion, the FC failed to construct identity. This failure can be said to be due to the unpreparedness of Rans Nusantara FC in facing the tough football competition. Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan internet sebagai bagian dari revolusi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, berdampak pada meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial. Hal tersebut juga menghasilkan perubahan penggunaan media komunikasi dari masyarakat dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi. Salah satu media sosial yang memiliki pengguna yang besar di Indonesia adalah Twitter. Twitter seringkali digunakan sebagai ruang publik baru (public sphere) bagi masyarakat untuk menyatakan pendapat atau opininya terhadap berbagai isu dan fenomena aktual yang sedang terjadi. Salah satunya adalah opini yang disampaikan para suporter sepakbola pengguna twitter terhadap tewasnya ratusan suporter sepakbola pada kejadian yang dikenal dengan Tragedi Stadion Kanjuruhan pada 1 Oktober 2022. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana opini publik yang berkembang dikalangan suporter sepakbola yang menggunakan media sosial twitter berkenaan dengan tragedi Stadion Kanjuruhan di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian berupa metode kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian etnografi virtual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opini publik di media sosial, terutama di Twitter, dalam konteks tragedi Stadion Kanjuruhan cenderung polarisasi, di mana terdapat perbedaan pandangan antara suporter sepakbola Indonesia dan pihak keamanan terkait peristiwa tersebut. Selanjutnya media sosial khususnya Twitter juga memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk opini publik terkait tragedi Stadion Kanjuruhan, media sosial menjadi wadah bagi suara-suara masyarakat untuk mengungkapkan pandangan mereka, namun juga dapat memperkuat emosi, konflik, dan polarisasi dalam opini publik. Terakhir, emosi memainkan peran signifikan dalam membentuk opini publik di media sosial terkait tragedi Stadion Kanjuruhan, emosi seperti kemarahan, frustrasi, dan ketidakpuasan dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana opini publik terbentuk dan tersebar di media sosial.

Abstract

The development of internet technology in the digital era, has opened up new opportunities for companies both large scale and small and medium scale or MSMEs in marketing or selling their products to reach customers. One of the latest trends that combine aspects of social media, e-commerce, and direct interaction with consumers is the phenomenon of direct selling through live streaming content on the TikTok, which is carried out by online store account owners to offer their products or services. The researcher intends to find out and analyze how direct selling in the digital era on live streaming content from online stores on TikTok social media and how online stores utilize TikTok for direct selling marketing purposes. This research used qualitative research and using content analysis as the method. The research results showed that the types of products or services offered is fashion, beauty, food and consulting services; the number of viewers in live streaming content varies, from tens of thousands of viewers; the direct interaction aspect between the seller and the audience in direct selling on TikTok is very important; the marketing strategies used are varied; as well as the importance of product quality, product planning and stock management in direct selling practices via live streaming on TikTok. Furthermore, the direct selling process with TikTok social media on live streaming content consists of several stages, namely the product preparation stage, broadcast promotion, conducting live broadcasts, interacting directly with the audience as potential buyers, the product purchase transaction process, the product delivery process by the seller or online store as well as product assessments from buyers (testimonials).

Abstract

Online media and social media as new media in the digital era, are connected and support each other, providing easier and wider access and information for their audiences. Currently, the popularity of social media is increasing, used by audiences to communicate, interact, and obtain and share information. Social media is used by online media owners to reach a wider audience, Simamaung.com is one of the online media which used Twitter social media to provide news and information about Persib Bandung Football to supporters, namely Bobotoh. But, currently there are so many sources of information originating from online media, so media trust has become important for supporters as an audience to choose the right source of information to follow and trust. This research aims to carry out descriptive and correlational analysis and correlational analysis about the correlational between media trust and fulfilling Bobotoh Persib's information needs for Simamaung.com In twitter. Used survey research methods with purposive sampling techniques to Bobotoh Persib who follow the official Twitter account Simamaung.com, by conducting descriptive and correlational data analysis using the SPSS program. The descriptive analysis results showed that media trust and fulfilling the information needs from Bobotoh Persib on the Twitter of Simamaung.com is very high. And then the correlational analysis results showed that there is a significant positive correlational between media trust and fulfilling the information needs of Bobotoh Persib on the Twitter of Simamaung.com. This study also showed, if the media trust is high, so then fulfilling the information needs of Bobotoh Persib on Twitter of Simamaung.com will also be high too. Abstract

This study focuses on how supporter community media become opinion leaders on Twitter. The objective is to analyze the social media activities of Persib Bandung's supporter community media on Twitter as opinion leaders; to describe the interaction and communication patterns that occur; to identify, analyze, and understand the role of Persib Bandung's supporter community media as opinion leaders on Twitter; and to analyze how these media shape and influence public opinion among Persib supporters using Twitter. A qualitative approach, utilizing virtual ethnography and content analysis, was employed to collect data through observing the virtual community on Twitter. The findings reveal that Viking Persib Club, Viking Frontline, and Simamaung play significant roles in shaping opinions among Bobotoh, Persib supporters. Viking Persib Club engages in direct interaction, information dissemination, and organizes various activities and campaigns that strengthen community solidarity. Viking Frontline stands out with its deep criticism of club-related issues, while Simamaung provides news, information, and in-depth analysis of club performance and policies. The interaction and communication patterns between the community media and their followers demonstrate that social media functions not only as a communication tool but also as a platform for building relationships, solidarity, and supporter identity. Supporters actively participate in discussions about various aspects of the club, not only responding to shared content but also regularly expressing their views. Furthermore, the supporter community media act as opinion leaders on Twitter, successfully shaping and influencing public opinion among supporters. Simamaung, in particular, not only provides information but also builds opinions and influences the actions of Persib supporters through its Twitter activities. The process of shaping public opinion on Twitter occurs through active roles in information dissemination, social action mobilization, and meaningful discussions about issues related to Persib Bandung. This research is expected to provide insights for community media managers and relevant stakeholders on effective communication strategies to influence and manage public opinion on digital platforms. Additionally, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of interaction and communication among football supporter communities in the digital era. Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi interpersonal yang dijalankan oleh ibu bekerja, khususnya dosen perempuan, dalam mengelola pengasuhan anak di tengah tantangan era digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, studi ini mengeksplorasi pola komunikasi, bentuk interaksi, serta tantangan dan solusi yang dihadapi oleh ibu dalam praktik digital parenting. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi interpersonal yakni afektif, informatif, dan dialogis, dijalankan secara adaptif melalui medium digital dan tatap muka, disesuaikan dengan usia dan kebutuhan anak. Di sisi lain, keterbatasan waktu, kekhawatiran terhadap paparan konten negatif, serta peran pengasuh yang tidak selalu sejalan menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini menawarkan kontribusi teoretis dalam penguatan literatur komunikasi keluarga dan parenting digital, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi ibu bekerja dalam menjalankan peran ganda. Artikel ini relevan bagi bidang kajian komunikasi interpersonal, gender dan keluarga, serta studi media digital dan anak.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi berperan penting dalam membentuk generasi profesional yang kompeten. Salah satu indikator keberhasilannya adalah motivasi belajar mahasiswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kredibilitas dosen. Kredibilitas dosen mencerminkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap keahlian, integritas, dan kemampuan komunikasi dosen dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara kredibilitas dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Komunikasi Universitas Halim Sanusi. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2022 yang berjumlah 34 orang, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner disebarkan kepada seluruh anggota populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas dosen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa, dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (< 0.05), nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.301, dan nilai R sebesar 0.612. Sementara itu, nilai R² sebesar 0.375 mengindikasikan bahwa 37,5% variasi motivasi belajar mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kredibilitas dosen. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi kredibilitas dosen, yang mencakup aspek kompetensi, kepercayaan, dan daya tarik, maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar mahasiswa.
