Abstract

Satgas Suku Dinas Sumber Daya Air dalam melakukan perbaikan drainase masih terkendala kurang efektif dalam menjalankan tugas karena tidak memiliki alat bantu yang signifikan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan serta dalam mengurangi risiko kelelahan dalam bekerja. Ketika memperbaiki drainase ke dalam perkampungan yang memiliki jalur sempit sehingga tidak bisa dimasuki kendaraan seperti mobil dan membawa U-Ditch drainase secara manual dengan cara dipanggul ke dalam pemukiman yang ingin diperbaiki salurannya.Quality Function Deployment (QFD) salah satu metode perancangan alat bantu yang dibutuhkan guna untuk meminimalisir risiko kelelahan kerja pada satgas Suku Dinas Sumber Daya Air Kecamatan Cakung. Dengan harapan satgas dapat lebih efisien dalam bekerja dan lebih optimal dalam melaksanakannya. Dari keseluruhan persentase pada rasa sangat sakit dan rasa tidak sakit memiliki perbedaan yang cukup signifikan, dengan ini hasil dari perancangan alat bantu troli dapat dikatakan bisa memperbaiki risiko kelelahan bekerja pada saat memperbaiki drainase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai perancangan alat bantu troli untuk mengurangi risiko kelelahan kerja satgas suku dinas sumber daya air dengan desain 3 spesifikasi alat bantu persegi panjang, memakai bahan material besi, tidak ada sudut tajam, alat berukuran 141 x 70 cm, berat kurang dari 20 kg, berwarna silver, mudah dipindahkan, tidak mudah rusak, dapat digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Quality Function Deployment dan House of Quality sangat membantu peneliti dalam menjawab atas permasalahan yang ada di Suku Dinas Sumber Daya Air khususnya wilayah Kecamatan Cakung.

Abstract

Bullwhip effect mewakili peningkatan variabilitas permintaan yang bergerak dari hilir ke hulu dalam supply chain, yang menyebabkan over stock dan peningkatan biaya. Kesalahan interpertasi data dan distorsi arus informasi menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya bullwhip effect. Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak bullwhip effect terhadap supply chain dua eselon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat bullwhip effect yang terjadi di supply chain industri makanan dengan produk biskuit. Penerapan vendor managed inventory (VMI) digunakan sebagai pengatur dalam melakukan distribusi, jadi produk yang dikirim bisa lebih terkontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa VMI mampu menurunkan nilai bullwhip effect dari 1,109 menjadi 0,535 pada level manufactur serta mengurangi over stock, dan biaya penyimpanan.

Abstract

The Kanban system is an information system approach that jointly controls the amount of material in each production process. In preparing raw materials for the biscuit production process, it turns out that there are still often differences when shipping raw materials from inventory to production which results in a buildup of raw materials in production. One way to overcome the problem of differences in raw material delivery is to design a Kanban system in the production process. The purpose of this study is to reduce the difference in raw materials that occur by designing Kanban in the biscuit production process and measuring the effectiveness of Kanban in the biscuit raw material demand process. The results of Kanban design obtained 3 processes in the form of production planning design, pull Kanban design, and production Kanban design. Measurement of the effectiveness of Kanban is carried out after the implementation of Kanban, and results are obtained where before the delivery of Kanban there is a difference in the process of shipping raw materials, where for raw materials that often experience differences, namely BFLO18 with an average difference of 16% per month, then BGUL07 with an average difference of 24% per month and BFAT13 with an average difference of 29% per month. After implementation using the Kanban system, the difference in raw material delivery is 0%, or it can be said that there is no difference. When the Kanban system has begun to be implemented continuously, training will be carried out to provide an understanding of the work process of the Kanban system created and the preparation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) on the implementation of the Kanban system.

Abstract

Saptaindra Sejati merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pertambangan batu bara. Plant Rebuild Center yang didirikan PT. Saptaindra Sejati juga tidak terlepas dari masalah yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas mesin/peralatan. Hal ini dapat terlihat melalui frekuensi kerusakan yang terjadi pada mesin/peralatan. Akibat lain yang ditimbulkan kerusakan mesin/peralatan yaitu dalam hal kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dimana produk yang tidak sesuai dengan standar kualitas akan diolah kembali. Oleh karena itulah diperlukan langkah-langkah yang efektif dan efisien dalam pemeliharaan mesin/peralatan untuk dapat menanggulangi dan mencegah masalah tersebut. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi produksi perusahaan. Tidak tepatnya penanganan dan pemeliharaan mesin/peralatan tidak hanya menyebabkan masalah kerusakan saja tetapi juga kerugian lain yang disebut dengan six big losses. Salah satu tujuan TPM adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dengan cara meningkatkan fungsi dan kinerja mesin/peralatan yang digunakan dan mengeliminasi six big losses yang terdapat pada mesin/peralatan. Objek yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah mesin test bench yang berada di line Powertrain Section. Tahapan pertama dalam usaha peningkatan efisiensi produksi pada perusahaan ini adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran six big losses dan dari faktor six big losses tersebut dicari faktor terbesar yang mengakibatkan rendahnya efisiensi mesin test bench. Pencapaian nilai OEE mesin test bench selama periode tahun 2021-2022 hanya sebesar 38.12%. Dengan nilai faktor availability sebesar 63.6%, performance sebesar 63.7%, dan quality sebesar 94.1%.

Abstract

Cipta Kreasi Prima Mandiri is a company operating in the manufacturing sector which produces glass products. The increasingly competitive level of competition currently requires a company to process all its resources optimally and make improvements intensively and efficiently. However, in reality PT. Cipta Kreasi Prima Mandiri still produces 45,727 units of defective products every year and there is waste during production, such as non-value added activities. Based on the problems above, improvements need to be made to overcome them. In this research, the first step taken was to create a Value Stream Mapping and determine the CTQ standards for the company. Based on the calculation of the process capability index, the result was 0.76. Calculating the company's DPO value, the value obtained is 0.0024. Calculating the DPMO value, the value obtained is 2445. After these calculations, the company's sigma level value is known to be 3.99. The results of this research were that the process capability assessment criteria were obtained with the glass manufacturing process capability still being low. After it was discovered that this capability was still low, an analysis step was carried out which obtained the results that defective products were mostly caused by human factors. Therefore, corrective steps are needed that are in accordance with the company's problems to improve product quality and achieve a sigma value of 4.5 in the next year.

Abstract

CV. Java Clean adalah sebuah perusahaan jasa vacuum sedot debu dan tungau, yang merupakan bisnis jasa pembersih soft furniture. Dalam kesehariannya Java Clean dihadapkan dengan beberapa masalah, operator masih menggunakan pegangan bagian belakang di jok motor bawaan dari pabrik. Dimana pegangan belakang di jok motor bawaan pabrik ini sering merusak sepaket alat vacuum cleaner, selain itu tas vacuum cleaner juga sering mengalami goresan sampai tersayat oleh pegangan bagian belakang besi jok motor dan saat mengendarai posisi duduk terasa sempit atau tidak nyaman bagi operator. Maka dari itu penelitian akan melakukan perancangan alat bantu pengangkut vacuum cleaner dengan mengunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD), diawali dengan pembentukan matriks House Of Quality (HOQ) yang memperlihatkan struktur yang menyerupai sebuah rumah kunci. Membangun House Of Quality (HOQ) difokuskan pada kebutuhan konsumen sehingga proses desain dan pengembangannya lebih sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan oleh konsumen untuk perancangan alat yang menghubungkan dengan karakteristik teknik. Dari hasil uji coba yang dilakukan kepada pengguna didapatkan rancangan desain terbaik adalah desain nomor 3. Dimana keunggulannya adalah spesifikasinya tidak mudah berkarat, braket sejajar dengan jok motor, sedikit lebih panjang ke belakang, dan bahan material yang kuat menggunakan besi as bulat stainless, warna produk chrome, panjang braket 57 cm, lebar depan 30 cm, lebar belakang 25 cm, plat strip 5 mm, bahan material braket besi pipa bulat stainless, as bosh, karet mounting, maksimal beban braket 80 kg, pembuatan braket dengan cara pengelasan dan dipress. Braket yang telah dirancang membuat pengguna menjadi lebih mudah dan nyaman serta braket tidak mudah berkarat, tas dan mesin vacuum cleaner tidak mudah rusak.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the musical instrument manufacturing industry, such as: pianos, etc. One of the supporting components produced by PT XYZ is the bench leg product (legs on a piano bench) where many defective products were still found in January 2024 to March 2024. There were types of deck defects with a total of 1493 defects, 557 bubble defects. pcs, cutter mark defects were 332 pcs, and grooves were 172. Therefore, this research aims to determine the main causes of defects and provide suggestions for improvements to minimize the occurrence of defects. This can be done by carrying out quality control using the seven tools method and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research after data processing and analysis showed that in the Pareto diagram the highest defect was found, namely decoction with a percentage of 60% and became the focus of improvement, and in the P-Chart analysis it was found that the bench leg line production process was still not controlled. After being identified using a fishbone chart, 16 potential causes of deck defects were obtained, followed by FMEA analysis, the results of the Pareto diagram from FMEA showed the largest RPN value with a score of 432, namely FM 4 (Placement of finished good products using shelves and products stacked on top of other products). By finding the root of the problem, a suggestion for improvement that can be made is to replace the shelf for placing the finished good product using a box that is equipped with felt on the surface of the box and sides of the box to minimize collisions, and there is no accumulation of product on top of the product. Abstract

The Bullwhip Effect occurs due to demand information distortion from the retail level up to suppliers, ultimately resulting in inefficiencies and losses within the supply chain. The purpose of this paper is to present a bibliometric literature review related to the Bullwhip Effect as a key issue in supply chain management. Article data were collected from the Google Scholar database spanning from 1997 to 2025, yielding a total of 1,000 articles. A significant portion of the research originates from Indonesia, with findings indicating that most articles are indexed in SINTA 4, while no Scopus-indexed publications were found between 2015 and 2025. Reference management was conducted using the Publish or Perish and Mendeley software tools. The bibliometric analysis was carried out in five stages: (1) Initial keyword selection, (2) Initial search results, (3) Filtering of search results, (4) Compilation of preliminary statistics, and (5) Data analysis. The three most frequently co-occurring keywords with “Bullwhip Effect” were supply chain, impact, and model. Further data classification was performed using VOSviewer software, which was employed to identify the most frequently cited publishers and to map research opportunities related to supply chain studies, particularly those aimed at mitigating the Bullwhip Effect.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector play a vital role in supporting local economic growth, job creation, and the preservation of traditional culinary practices. However, issues related to occupational health and safety, particularly muscle fatigue caused by non-ergonomic working postures, remain inadequately addressed. This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at Belfii MSME, South Tangerang, involving 15 respondents. Data were collected through interviews, direct observations, questionnaires, and posture assessment using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Findings revealed that most workers experienced muscle fatigue in the waist, back, legs, and arms. REBA assessment indicated very high-risk levels, particularly during activities of lifting and lowering materials in the raw material warehouse, with a score of 14, requiring immediate corrective actions. Ergonomic interventions were implemented through awareness sessions and demonstrations on proper working postures, including squatting techniques when lifting materials, the use of worktables to minimize bending, and maintaining upright postures while lowering loads. Post-intervention evaluations showed reduced musculoskeletal complaints and increased worker awareness of ergonomics. The application of ergonomic principles was proven effective in minimizing physical strain, improving comfort, and enhancing productivity. This program recommends designing simple work aids, reorganizing workstations, and providing regular ergonomic training for sustainable improvements.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out at D’Bantar Bamboo Craft, Banjarnegara, aiming to improve the understanding and skills of bamboo SMEs in implementing an integrated value chain approach. The activity was driven by Banjarnegara’s abundant bamboo resources, which remain underutilized due to traditional business management, low production efficiency, and limited marketing strategies. The method employed a participatory approach through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), including lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, and field mentoring. Understanding levels were measured before and after the program using a questionnaire. Results show an increase in average understanding scores from 1.71 (low) to 2.82 (moderate to high), representing a 65% improvement. Most participants shifted from low to high categories, indicating the program’s effectiveness in enhancing knowledge and awareness of value chain management. This activity contributes significantly to improving the competitiveness of bamboo SMEs and serves as a foundation for further mentoring programs.
