Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja perawat dengan organiational citizenship behaviour (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening pada RSUD Dr R Soedarsono Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di RSUD Dr R Soedarsono Pasuruan dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah, simple random sampling sejumlah 57 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap OCB; 2) Ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour OCB; 3) Ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja; 4) Ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja; 5) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung OCB terhadap kinerja; 6) tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja melalui OCB; 7) tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja melalui OCB.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether English speeches channel improve the students’ listening comprehension at eleven grade in SMAN 1 Gowa. This research used quantitative method in type of pre-experimental research. The data was collected through pre-test, treatment and post-test. The population were the students of SMAN 1 Gowa and the sample were the X MIPA 4 in SMAN 1 Gowa. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique.The research findings showed that the students’ scoring achievement before and after using English Speeches Channel was significantly different. The students’ pre-test mean score in terms of accuracy (Answering properly and correctly) was 63, 33 to be 80, 00 in post-test with 26, 46% improvement. Then, the mean score in terms of listening in specific information was 64, 44 to be 80, 28 in post-test with 24, 58% improvement. The t-test analysis showed that Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05. It means that there was a significant difference of students listening comprehension before and after using English Speeches Channel. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that English Speeches Channel was effective to improve students’ listening comprehension at the ten Grade of SMAN 1 Gowa in the Academic Year 2022/2023.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1) Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku bullying di sekolah 2) Dampak perilaku bullying terhadap prestasi akademik subyek NFA , 3) bentuk intervensi yang tepat untuk menangani dan meningkatkan prestasi akademik subyek NFA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus klinis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan analisis kualitatif dari Model Miles & Hubermen, yaitu reduksi data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya adalah 1) Faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku bullying di terhadap subyek NFA karena adanya ketimpangan kekuasaan dan pengaruh teman sebaya 2) Dampak dari perilaku bullying terhadap prestasi akademik subyeki NFA yang menjadi korban bully mengakibatkan rendahnya motivasi berprestasi subyek NFA 3) Intervensi yang digunakan yakni peneliti menerapkan konseling individu dengan pendekatan SFBC. Setelah melaksankan intervensi subyek NFA mampu meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi secara perlahan.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting is still quite high. Unbalanced food intake and a history of recurrent infectious diseases are direct causes of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the characteristics of stunted toddlers in urban and rural areas. This type of research is analytic with a cross-sectional study approach, the sample is all stunted toddlers aged 24-59 months in urban and rural areas, the sample is taken using purposive sampling method as many as 72 toddlers. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of parents, age of MP-ASI (p = 0.020), history of infectious diseases (p = 0.038), and socioeconomic status there were significant differences in stunting toddlers in urban and rural areas, while there was no significant difference between history Exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.813), energy intake (p = 0.057), and protein intake (p = 0.386) in stunting toddlers in urban and rural areas. Suggested the need for increased knowledge of mothers.

Abstract

Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, hal ini memudahkan manusia dalam memperoleh, dan berbagi informasi. Salah satu media yang sampai saat ini menjadi salah satu media sosial yang digemari oleh masyarakat adalah YouTube. Salah satunya adalah munculnya video-video konten yang dibuat dengan pendekatan jurnalistik. Salah satu konten yang dibuat dengan pendekatan jurnalistik adalah konten yang dibawakan oleh Najwa Sihab yaitu “Narasi”. Sesuai dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis isi konten narasi youtube narasi Najwa Sihab yang trending pada tahun 2021. Maka jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah data yang dikumpulkan berbentuk kata-kata, gambar, bukan angka-angka. Kalaupun ada angka-angka, sifatnya hanya sebagai penunjang. Data yang diperoleh meliputi transkripsi, catatan lapangan, foto, dokumentasi dan lain-lain. Sesuai dengan skema Teun A. Van Dijk dalam analisis teks ini struktur makro cerita terdiri dari topik yang membahas seperti, entertainment, sport, story, newsroom dll. Superstruktur konten yang disajikan oleh narasi memiliki struktur yang kompleks yang terdiri dari opening, konflik, anti klimaks, dan ending. Pada struktur mikro, konten yang disajikan narasi Tv juga memenuhi komponen seperti adanya detil, latar, sintaksis, grafis dan komponen lainnya.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of risk-based performance audit on improving corporate governance through a systematic literature analysis. Efficient corporate governance is a very important foundation for the sustainability and performance of companies in the ever-changing business environment. Performance audit as a monitoring tool has evolved by adopting a risk-based approach to enhance its effectiveness and relevance. Literature references indicate that risk-based audit in performance audit has significant potential in strengthening corporate governance. The mechanisms of influence revealed include increased attention to strategic risks, strengthening internal control systems, increasing accountability and transparency, and supporting better decision-making. However, this study also notes shortcomings in existing studies, especially related to the lack of comprehensive empirical quantitative research and variations in how variables are measured. Therefore, this study not only synthesizes the existing understanding on this topic but also directs future research and provides practical implications for companies to maximize the role of risk-based performance audit in strengthening their governance framework.

Abstract

Forensic audit is an investigative approach integrating accounting, auditing, and legal expertise to uncover fraudulent practices within business entities and public sectors. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of forensic audits in identifying and exposing manipulation in the subsidised fuel distribution system conducted by PT PatraNiaga, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero). Through literature review and case analysis methods, the study finds that forensic auditing successfully revealed various fraudulent schemes, including nozzle data fabrication, double recording in distribution systems, and concealment of fuel logistics flow. Key audit techniques such as document tracing, ERP logistics audit trails, investigative interviews, and data mining played a crucial role in uncovering these irregularities. The audit findings demonstrate that structural weaknesses in distribution systems, poor internal controls, and the lack of integrated digital monitoring systems significantly contributed to the occurrence of fraud. Recommendations include strengthening investigative audit units, revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fuel distribution, reactivating whistleblower systems, and integrating real-time monitoring technologies. This study affirms that forensic audit serves not only as a detection tool but also as a systemic reform catalyst in the governance of national energy distribution.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has influenced learning activities, including through the Flipped Classroom model, where students study independently at home and class time is used for discussion and collaboration. Teacher understanding and readiness are critical to its success. This study aims to analyze the level of understanding among elementary, junior, and senior high school teachers in South and West Sulawesi regarding the concept, challenges, and classroom implementation of the Flipped Classroom model. A descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach was applied, involving 49 randomly selected teachers. Data were analyzed using the Rasch model to identify the distribution and trends of teacher understanding. The results show that teacher understanding of the Flipped Classroom model is generally high and evenly distributed across demographic groups. These findings provide insight into designing more effective learning strategies across educational levels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana model pembelajaran lingkungan hidup di sekolah alam dapat membentuk generasi yang peduli terhadap lingkungan. Melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai strategi pembelajaran yang unik, seperti pembelajaran langsung di alam, proyek berbasis lingkungan, dan penanaman nilai-nilai keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman langsung, partisipasi aktif, dan penanaman nilai-nilai yang kuat secara bersama-sama berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa. Sekolah alam tidak hanya membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan tentang lingkungan, tetapi juga menumbuhkan empati, rasa tanggung jawab, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang aktif dalam mengatasi tantangan lingkungan di masa depan.
