Abstract

The Indonesian capital market is facing a digital era that brings various challenges as well as opportunities to increase public investment interest. Technological transformation, especially through digital platforms, has provided wider and more practical access for the public to invest. However, public participation is still low due to various factors such as lack of financial literacy, limited number of issuers and investment products, and the prevalence of unhealthy practices such as gorengan shares. This study uses a qualitative approach with analysis of relevant literature, and aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the actual conditions of the Indonesian capital market, the structural challenges faced, and potential strategies to encourage the growth of domestic investors. The results of the study show that with the support of inclusive policies, collaboration between stakeholders, and optimal use of digital technology, the Indonesian capital market has the potential to become one of the main pillars of inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Instilling anti-violence values is important to be done from an early age. This study aims to analyze educators' strategies in instilling anti-violence values in early childhood in Al-Kautsar Kindergarten, Samarinda. This research uses a qualitative method of case study research, through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research involved 2 educators and 10 students. The results of the study showed that educators applied three main strategies: audio-visual media in the form of educational videos, storytelling methods using picture storybooks, and positive habituation that was applied repeatedly. These three strategies are effective in building children's character to avoid violent behavior, both verbal and physical.  Educators act as facilitators, guides, and role models who create a conducive learning environment and provide examples of positive behavior. These strategies not only increase children's awareness of anti-violence values but also form sustainable positive habits in daily life. Educators' strategies are important in instilling anti-violence values in children and it is hoped that this research can be a reference in instilling anti-violence values in early childhood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya peran guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan bahasa anak tunagrahita usia 7-8 tahun, mengingat keterbatasan kognitif yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berbahasa mereka. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif dan ekspresif anak tunagrahita. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap empat anak tunagrahita. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan yang terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai motivator, fasilitator, evaluator, dan orang tua kedua berperan penting dalam peningkatan kemampuan bahasa anak. Implikasi dari hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya strategi pengajaran yang konsisten dan dukungan emosional, serta kolaborasi dengan orangtua untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan bahasa anak tunagrahita.

Abstract

This research discusses the important role of human capital as a strategic partner in the organizational transformation process. In an increasingly complex and dynamic era, organizations are required to adapt quickly through significant changes, both in terms of technology, structure, and culture. Successful organizational transformation depends not only on strategy and technology, but also on the potential and competence of existing human resources. Human capital plays a central role in designing and implementing change, as well as being a key element in achieving the organization's long-term goals. As a strategic partner, human capital helps in formulating policies, strengthening the culture of innovation, and creating synergies that support the sustainability of the organization. This research also identifies the challenges faced in maximizing the role of human capital during the transformation process and offers solutions to mitigate these barriers. With the right approach, human capital can be a very valuable asset in creating a resilient and sustainable organization.

Abstract

Abstract :  At this time there are many laundries operating in the community. Competition is quite large in the laundry industry, offering relatively the same services with differences in service and laundry processing time. Intan Laundry wants to provide the best service for its customers, but in the current conditions there has been a significant decline in demand and increasing complaints about the end result of laundry services. For this reason, a web-based service information system is needed to increase loyalty using the E-CRM method which can manage laundry online. This E-CRM application design system was built to make it easier to promote laundry services more efficiently and to be able to extend this laundry to customers to be able to manage and get more customers by placing orders online.Keywords: Customer Relationship Management; laundry; loyalty; online; clothingAbstrak : Pada saat ini sudah banyak laundry yang beroperasi di kalangan masyarakat. Persaingan cukup besar di industri laundry, menawarkan jasa relatif sama dengan  perbedaan pada pelayanan dan waktu pengerjaan laundry. Intan Laundry ingin memberikan pelayananan yang terbaik bagi customernya, namun dalam kondisi sekarang ini terjadinya penurunan permintaan yang cukup besar dan meningkatnya keluhan terhadap hasil akhir jasa laundry. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi pelayanan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dengan menggunakan metode E-CRM ini yang dapat mengelola laundry secara online. Sistem rancangan aplikasi E-CRM ini dibangun untuk mempermudah  mempromosikan jasa laundry dengan lebih efisien serta dapat memperluas laundry ini kepada pelanggan untuk dapat mengelola serta mendapatkan pelanggan yang lebih banyak dengan melakukan pemesanan secara online.Kata kunci :  Customer Relationship Management; laundry; loyalitas; online, pakaian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan MLM Konvensional dan MLM Syari’ah serta apa saja jenisnya dan seperti apa contohnya. Adapun penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif hanya menggambarkan secara umum mengenai suatu topik. Hingga penelitian dilakukan, dikemukakan bahwa MLM (Multi Level Marketing) atau dapat disebut juga sebagai pendistribusian bertingkat adalah suatu taktik distribusi yang dimana pekerja yang memasarkan produk mendapatkan kompensasi bukan hanya dari perdagangan yang mereka hasilkan saja, namun mereka juga bisa mendapatkan penghasilan dari tenaga rekrut yang berperan sebagai sales. Dalam MLM tenaga rekrut biasa disebut sebagai anggota “downline”. MLM Syari’ah lebih memfokuskan terhadap pemasaran produk sedangkan MLM Konvensional lebih memfokuskan terhadap penarikan anggota.
