Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers article 20 paragraph (b) mandates that to carry out their professional duties, teachers are obliged to continuously improve and develop academic qualifications and competencies in accordance with the development of science, technology, and art (Undang‐undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005). The existence of this law is expected to provide the right opportunity to improve its professionalism through training, writing scientific papers, Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) and Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants used in this study were the teachers who were members of the Kelompok Kerja Guru Cluster 2, Duduksampeyan Regency, Gresik Regency who implemented the 2013 curriculum. The technique of taking research informants conducted in this study was using non probability sampling. Non-probability sampling techniques used in this study were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Kelompok Kerja Guru are also forums or places that can be used to foster and enhance the professionalism of elementary school teachers (Depdiknas, 1997: 46). KKG has benefits including as a place to accommodate and solve problems faced by teachers in teaching and learning activities, discussions, examples of teaching, demonstration of the use and manufacture of teaching aids (Alwi, 2009). Based on the discussion of research findings about the role of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) in implementing learning to improve the performance of elementary school teachers, there can be some conclusions that the role of the Kelompok Kerja Guru in carrying out the stages of lesson study activities has been effective because the KKG can provide understanding, guidance, goals, and benefits of lesson study.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the implementation of green accounting and environmental performance toward the economic performance that measured by return on equity. Focus of this research based on the basic and the chemical industries that listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2016-2018. This research do because of negative impact for environment causes of the business process of Industries such as environment pollution that can cause the organism around that industri feel the impact. The sampling method of this research with purposive sampling and the type of data used secondary data in every annual report of this sektor. The results of this research in this sektor showed by the green accounting has not effect for the economic performance but the environmental performance has an partial effect of economic performance.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan akuntansi hijau dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja ekonomi yang diukur dengan return on equity. Fokus penelitian ini didasarkan pada industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 2016-2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan yang menyebabkan proses bisnis Industri seperti pencemaran lingkungan yang dapat menyebabkan organisme di sekitar industri merasakan dampaknya. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling dan jenis data yang digunakan data sekunder di setiap laporan tahunan sektor ini. Hasil penelitian di sektor ini ditunjukkan oleh akuntansi hijau tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ekonomi tetapi kinerja lingkungan memiliki efek parsial kinerja ekonomi.

AbstractBuild the role of an effective internal auditors can not be separated from the application of good corporate governance in the company overall. The principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) such as fairness, independency, transparency, accountability, and responsibility in an effort to improve professionalism and the welfare of shareholders without ignoring stakeholder interest. Each report weaknesses in internal control or risk control effectiveness of the bank should be immediately followed up by the board of commissioners, board of directors, and executive officers related.

Abstract

The research aims to examne the budgeting that applied in the public sector. The sample used was one of the public schools there in Surabaya. In this research, the type of data used is primary data which is obtained directly from informants and supported by secondary data in the from of budget reports and school budget realization. The data analysis technique used is the reduction and validity test of the data obtained through field research, interviews and documentation studies. That the making and realization of budgets on 5 Surabaya education schools have been running. Will do well by obeying the rules set by the governor of east Java.

Abstract

Awal tahun 2020 hampir semua negara di Dunia termasuk Indonesia mengalami dampak adanya pandemic virus Covid-19 yang telah memakan banyak korban jiwa. Berdasarkan rekomendasi Weatlth and Health Organization (WHO),Westafel atau sarana cuci tangan bisa menjadi salah satu cara menghambat penyebaran virus Covid-19. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan kebutuhan pembuatan westafel meningkat. Pada kawasan Labschool Unesa menunjang program untuk memutus ratai Covit 19 dengan cara membuat westafel  sebagai sarana tempat cuci tangan disetiap sekolah. Program ini bertujuan supaya peserta didik terhindar dari virus yang membahayakan. Siswa Labschool Ketintang dan  siswa Labschool Lidah perlu dilindungi dari virus covid 19. Pengadaan westafel akan memberi dampak prilaku bersih sebelum masuk ruangan kelas. Siswa dapat melakukan cuci tangan di westafel dengan sabun dan air yang mengalir. Hal ini dapat menjadi upaya dalam menerapkan protoker kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables contained in fundamental and technical analysis of stock prices. Variables used include Earning Per Share, Return On Assets, Book Value Per Share, Price to Book Value, Past Share Prices, Dup and Ddown. Sample selection uses saturated samples by using all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that simultaneously all variables affect the stock price. Partially Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Past Share Prices, and Ddown have a significant effect on stock prices, while Return On Assets, Book Value Per Share, and Dup have no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of efficiency ratios, non-perfoming loans, and profitability on the capital adequacy ratio in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia 2014-2018. This research is a quantitative study with secondary data from financial reports. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique use in this study so that there are 14 samples of Islamic commercial banks during the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results obtained by two dependent variables, the efficiency ratio and non-performing loans have an influence on the capital adequacy ratio. Meanwhile, profitability partially has no effect on the capital adequacy ratio.
