Abstract

Exploring Moderating Role of Organizational Learning in Enhancing Adaptability to Change Through Resilience and Digital Capabilities. Objective: To determine the effect of final year student resilience and digital capabilities on adaptability to change for technology advancement which is moderated by organizational learning. Method: This research was done using a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population were final-year students from various faculties at a public university, the sample tehnique was random sampling and the number of selected samples was 300 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data from research participants. The data were analyzed using moderate regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS. Findings: Resilience has a positive and significant effect on adaptability to change, digital capabilities have a positive and significant effect on adaptability to change. Organizational learning moderates the influence of resilience on adaptability to change. Furthermore, the organizational learning also moderates the effect of digital capabilities on adaptability to change. Conclusion: These findings imply that HEI prioritize programs that bolster students' resilience and digital skills to improve adaptability to change. Abstract

Industri fashion mengalami transformasi fundamental dengan integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam berbagai aspek, mulai dari desain, produksi, hingga pemasaran. AI telah merevolusi cara industri ini beroperasi dengan memungkinkan personalisasi tren, prediksi permintaan pasar, serta optimalisasi rantai pasok secara lebih efisien dan akurat. Teknologi berbasis machine learning, computer vision, dan natural language processing berperan dalam menganalisis data konsumen, mengembangkan desain otomatis, serta meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan melalui sistem rekomendasi berbasis AI. Selain itu, AI berkontribusi dalam pengurangan limbah produksi melalui optimalisasi penggunaan bahan baku dan prediksi tren mode yang lebih presisi, sehingga meningkatkan aspek keberlanjutan industri fashion. Penelitian ini meninjau penerapan AI dalam industri fashion dengan fokus pada berbagai teknologi inovatif yang digunakan dalam pengembangan desain fashion, e-commerce, serta manajemen rantai pasok. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam implementasi AI, termasuk biaya investasi tinggi, ketergantungan pada data berkualitas, serta isu etika terkait bias algoritma dan dampak terhadap tenaga kerja manusia. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan tersebut, penerapan AI menawarkan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat inovasi desain, dan memperkuat daya saing industri fashion di tingkat global. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi AI, industri fashion diharapkan dapat lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar global. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan bagi akademisi dan praktisi industri fashion dalam memahami potensi serta implikasi jangka panjang dari adopsi AI, sekaligus mendorong penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai integrasi teknologi ini dalam berbagai aspek industri fashion.

Abstract

In the development of technology, the specialization in New and Renewable Energy (NRE) is increasing, this is supported by the infrastructure of using NRE as a need for transportation of electric cars, electric bicycles, electric vehicle charging stations, home electricity needs, and the fulfillment of industrial needs. The electrical basis of the system is DC electricity where it is more efficient because there is no need to convert to AC electricity. In this study, it supports the transition and full use of DC electrical energy with an ATS system with various sources and equipped with a variable output of DC voltage used. The test results showed that the solar panels performed optimally at a voltage of 13.4 V and a current of 0.8 A, while the wind turbine had a fluctuating performance with a voltage between 7.2 V to 14.2 V and a current of 0.21 A to 0.5 A. Picohydro had a stable voltage in the range of 11.4 V to 13.2 V, but the current was low due to limited water flow. PSUs, as a backup power source, show stable performance with voltages between 14.3 V to 14.5 V and currents of 1.05 A to 1.3 A. MIMO ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) systems are proven to be able to prioritize resource priorities to maintain power stability.

Abstract

Technology is developing very rapidly in the current era, there will be several impacts that will result from the development of technology. Electronic equipment control can be done remotely in real time using the IoT system. The problem faced is the concern when leaving home. Because when leaving the house, homeowners sometimes often forget about electronic devices whether they are turned off or still on. IoT can be utilized at home as a smart home system by connecting an electronic device to an android application. This IoT-based smart home system uses an ESP8266 microcontroller which is used to connect between hardware and software that is controlled through the Blynk application. Blynk application is used as an interface that functions to provide input and produce output. This system consists of four sensors, namely the MQ2 sensor to detect gas leaks in the kitchen, the DHT11 sensor to determine the level of humidity and temperature in the bedroom, the PIR sensor to detect human movement at the front entrance, the ULTRASONIC sensor as a detector of the water level in the water reservoir and using three relays as a connector for lights and other electronic components. And using the Blynk application as a control system on the ESP8266 microcontroller.

Abstract

Prospective entrepreneurs are an important part of developing business independence for students. Student business product innovation is a major force in shaping the ability to develop an interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has an important role in improving the economy. Therefore the entrepreneurship education provided in the course aims to foster student entrepreneurial intentions. This study aims to analyze student business independence by utilizing information technology, product innovation and entrepreneurial interest at PGRI Adi Buana University The number of samples in this study were 340 students. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire method. The data collected was analyzed by structural equation modeling using the AMOS 23 application.

Abstract

This Arduino-based automatic metal and non-metal waste sorting tool is designed to sort waste, making it easier to recycle waste. The main components of this tool include Arduino (as a tool control system), proximity sensor (as a metal scrap detector), servo motor (as a driver to isolate metal scrap) and LCD to display the type of metal scrap. In terms of waste sorting, the Proximity sensor will detect waste. If the waste is detected as metal waste, the servo motor will rotate to the right and direct the waste to a special metal waste bin. The LCD screen will display the type of metal waste. If the proximity sensor does not detect non-metal waste, the servo motor will rotate to the left and direct the non-metal waste to a special non-metal waste bin. This type of waste sorter is very helpful in reducing waste because it can be processed according to the type of waste.

Abstract

The research aims to design an automatic cooling jacket based on the Internet of Things (smart jacket) that can be used when riding motorbikes, including online motorcycle taxis. The methods used in this research include user needs analysis, system design, prototypes, and fan speed performance testing. In the user needs analysis stage, a survey was conducted among motorcyclists to identify problems faced when riding in hot weather conditions. Next, a system design consisting of a temperature sensor and an IoT communication module was carried out. After designing the system, an automatic cooling jacket prototype was developed. This prototype is equipped with a temperature sensor that will detect the rider's body temperature level, and an IoT communication module to allow users to control the jacket via an application on a smartphone. The results of this research show that an IoT-based automatic cooling jacket can effectively reduce the body temperature of motorcyclists when riding in hot weather. In speed performance testing, this jacket succeeded in reducing the rider's body temperature efficiently. This research is expected to contribute to the development of wearable technology that can increase comfort and safety for motorcyclists. Apart from that, this research can also be the basis for developing IoT-based automatic cooling jacket products that can be mass-produced and sold on the market.

Sprout cultivation is one of the practical and economical methods to obtain a type of food rich in nutrients. However, the success of sprout cultivation requires proper control of soil moisture and water pH in the cultivation environment. Watering begins when the moisture of the mung bean plant reaches the specified parameters with a soil moisture of 67 and a pH value of + 9. This tool aims to make manual work easier to automate, a benefit in watering sprout plants. This tool uses a water ph sensor and a soil moisture sensor or soil moisture sensor that functions as a soil moisture detector that will send commands to the Arduino uno to turn on the relay so that the water pump can automatically water according to the needs of the soil. The creation of this final project is carried out by designing, making and implementing system components which include Arduino uno as a controller, relay to turn on the water pump and turn off the water pump, LCD (linquit Crystal Display) to display the soil moisture value and water ph value. The results of the research value prove that the tools to be made can function properly and can be developed as expected.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, especially in the fields of Electronics and Informatics, is expected to enhance room or home security systems, particularly home door security systems. Many door security technologies have been developed to prevent and ensure the comfort of homeowners when they leave their homes. Some commonly used door security systems include CCTV cameras, fingerprint sensors, voice sensors, and RFID. However, with technological advancements, these security systems have shown vulnerabilities, such as frequent errors in fingerprint and voice sensors. Based on this, to create a more secure and innovative home door security system, the authors developed a security system with face detection and a remote warning notification system using Telegram. The researchers created a door security system using the ESP 32-CAM for face detection and as a controller for the Internet of Things (IoT) system. Additionally, a manual system using a keypad for password input was also created. The results of this study include the accuracy and speed of face recognition and the speed of sending security system warning information through the Telegram application.
