Abstract

Salah satu upaya dalam menciptakan mata rantai perekonomian adalah melalui kegiatan agrowisata yang dijadikan sebuah bisnis agar memiliki dampak ekonomi langsung pada usaha tani dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Agro wisata merupakan perpaduan antara pertanian dan pariwisata yang dikombinasikan, sehingga menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan. Kondisi wilayah pertanian yang memiliki potensi dapat menunjang perencanaan desa sebagai kawasan agrowisata yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan nilai serta pendapatan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Program terobosan Edible Garden City bagi pengembangan Agrowisata ini akan sangat berdampak positif dan sekaligus sebagai salah satu daya tarik wisata potensial di wilayah Agrowisata Kemuning Lor. Permasalahan yang dihadapi di Kelompok PKK Desa Kemuning Lor Calon Mitra PIM yaitu (1) Penurunan Luas Lahan dan Produktivitas Pertanian. (2) Kurangnya peran inovatif dari masyarakat terhadap Agrowisata Kemuning Lor. Adapun Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan (1) Pemanfaatan lahan sempit di sekitar rumah, teras rumah dan rooftop yang dapat digunakan sebagai lahan bercocok tanam; (2) Penekanan aksi budaya diversifikasi pangan sebagai alternatif pengganti komoditas pangan pokok; (3) Pengembangan daya tarik agrowisata. Rintisan dari  Edible Garden City  ini melalui beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari perencanaan program, sosialisasi pada masyarakat, membangun komunitas, mengadakan pelatihan pada masyarakat, serta dilanjutkan pada tahap monitoring dan evalusi

Abstract

Kabupaten Jember memiliki potensi pengembangan pariwisata olahraga minat khusus. Salah satu olahraga yang memiliki potensi tersebut adalah Shorinji Kempo. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pariwisata olahraga minat khusus dan menangkap potensi pengembangan pariwisata olahraga minat khusus pada komunitas Shorinji Kempo Mangli Jember. Metide yang dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, diskusi, dan praktik pembuatan paket wisata. Materi yang telah diberikan memberikan pengetahuan baru bagi peserta, bahwa olahraga Kempo memiliki nilai tambah dengan hadirnya pariwisata minat khusus. Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of indigenous village communities in Jember Regency in managing tourism potential through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, developing tourism packages, and strengthening tourism awareness movements. The main problems faced by indigenous village communities are suboptimal management of culture-based tourism potential, a lack of tourism product innovation, and weak digital marketing capabilities. This activity was implemented through a participatory approach involving traditional leaders, tourism actors, village officials, and youth groups. The results of the mentoring showed an increase in community knowledge about tourism business models, the creation of local culture-based tourism packages, and increased awareness of the importance of tourism services and environmental preservation. Thus, this activity contributes to strengthening the community economy and preserving local wisdom values ​​in Jember Regency

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key factor in the sustainable management of tourist destinations, especially in responding to environmental, social, and economic challenges in the modern tourism era. However, the use of digital technology in destination management still faces various obstacles, such as digital literacy gaps and coordination between stakeholders. This research aims to analyze sustainable tourism destination management strategies in the digital era by emphasizing the role of digital technology and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using digital SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors, as well as stakeholder mapping to understand the role and relationships between actors in destination management. The results of the study show that digitalization contributes significantly to strengthening sustainable destination branding, increasing tourists' access to information, and forming more responsible visiting behaviors. However, limited digital literacy, uneven technological infrastructure, and the risk of access inequality are still the main challenges in the implementation of digital strategies. The discussion emphasized that digitalization plays a strategic role as a strategic infrastructure in sustainable destination governance and requires inclusive policy support and strong multi-stakeholder collaboration. This research provides theoretical implications by expanding the sustainable tourism framework through the integration of the digital dimension, as well as practical implications for destination managers and policymakers in formulating adaptive sustainable tourism management strategies in the digital age.
