Abstract

Desa Banjarsari terletak di Kabupaten Pacitan yang berada di daerah pinggiran hutan dengan vegetasi tanaman bunga, buah dan kayu yang berlimpah. Namun, sebagian besar masih berupa lahan kosong yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan oleh keterbatasan keterampilan dan informasi potensi dan pasar. Maka dari itu perlu diadakannya pelatihan keterampilan yang dikemudian hari dapat dikembangkan untuk berwirausaha dan mampu digunakan untuk bersaing di era globalisasi, contohnya pelatihan pada bidang budidaya lebah klanceng. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat budidaya lebah klanceng adalah teori dan praktek. Pada metode teori pelatihan budidaya lebah klaceng dilaksanakan secara daring melalui webinar sehingga memudahkan peserta untuk memahami proses pembelajaran budidaya yang benar dan edukasi yang terarah seperti: pengertian lebah klanceng dan jenis-jenisnya, strata lebah, sarang lebah, siklus dan reproduksi, habitat lebah klanceng, budidaya lebah klanceng, pemeliharaan, dan pemanenan. Pada metode praktik peserta mampu melakukan simulasi dan menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajari dalam teori sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk dari budidaya lebah klanceng yang nantinya dapat menambah passive income bagi masyarakat Desa Banjarsari.

Abstract

Air conditioning (AC) merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang kenyamanan penumpang transportasi kereta api. Sistem pengkondisi udara berkaitan erat dengan besaran termal berupa temperatur dan kelembapan yang memiliki standar khusus untuk tingkat kenyamanan penumpang. Nilai temperatur dan kelembapan diketahui dengan pengukuran yang menghasilkan nilai akurat atau terkalibrasi mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri 175 tahun 2015 yang dirujuk dari standar UIC 533 al. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, alat ukur temperatur dan kelembapan kurang efisien karena pengambilan data hanya berasal dari satu titik tertentu, sehingga peneliti merancang bangun alat ukur yang mengukur nilai temperatur dan kelembapan pada delapan titik pengukuran secara bersamaan menggunakan transduser DHT22. Data yang ditampilkan alat ukur adalah data hasil pengujian pada Kereta Rel Diesel Elektrik (KRDE) yaitu nilai temperatur dan kelembapan. Data tersebut dapat diakses dari hasil penyimpanan modul kartu memori. Alat ukur ini digunakan secara nirkabel atau wireless. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai error pada temperatur sebesar 6 % dan pada kelembapan sebesar 35 %. Error yang terdapat pada SMD22 dapat diterima.The air conditioning system (AC) is one of the factors supporting passenger comfort in rail transportation. The air conditioning system is closely related to thermal quantities in the form of temperature and humidity which have special standards for the level of passenger comfort. Temperature and humidity values are known by measuring instruments that produce accurate or calibrated values referring to PM 175 of 2015 which is referenced from the UIC 553 standard. In previous studies, temperature and humidity measuring instruments were less efficient because the data taken only came from one particular point, so the researchers designed a measuring instrument that measured the temperature and humidity values at eight measurement points simultaneously using a DHT22 transducer. Data displayed by measuring instrument is result testing on the Electric Diesel Rail Train room, namely temperature and humidity values. And the data can be accessed from the results of storage on the memory card module. The goals of this research are the characteristics of measuring instruments for measuring temperature and humidity of 8 measurement points in realtime and the measurement data stored on a memory card. This measuring instrument is used wirelessly. The results of this study are temperature and humidity data with error values at temperature of 6% and humidity of 35%. Errors contained in SMD22 are acceptable.

Abstract

Tingkat kemampuan berwirausaha dibidang pengelasan yang dimiliki masyarakat Dusun Kayang Makmur, Desa Bader, Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun dinilai rendah karena keterbatasan materi, hal ini berdampak pada perawatan dan perbaikan dalam bentuk pengelasan untuk alat pertanian dari baja yang sebagian besar digunakan oleh masyarakat Dusun Kayang Makmur. Oleh karena itu, diadakannya pelatihan pengelasan dan kewirausahaan yang kemudian hari dikembangkan menjadi suatu ide usaha. Dengan penguasaan keterampilan pengelasan maka produk yang dihasilkan masyarakat desa mampu dijadikan kegiatan berwirausaha dan bersaing pada pasar di era globalisasi. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa parameter yang dapat dicapai luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa kemampuan kewirausahaan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Dusun Kayang Makmur. Tahapan pelaksanaan terdiri dari teori dasar kewirausahaan dan praktek pemasaran produk yang telah dibuat. Hasil dari pengabdian (pelatihan) kewirausahaan berupa pengetahuan dalam hal dasar kewirausahaan dan penerapannya.

Abstract

Ikan sensitif terhadap temperatur penyimpanan. Temperatur diatas 2 °C dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan bakteri dan menyebabkan pembusukan. Temperatur optimal penyimpanan ikan beku adalah -20 °C. Reefer container dengan sistem pendinginan tertutup berfungsi untuk mengawetkan dengan menjaga temperatur ikan beku. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah distribusi udara dingin yang tidak merata di reefer container kereta api karena perbedaan pendinginan sehingga dapat menurunkan kualitas ikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pemerataan distribusi udara, kecepatan, dan tekanan di reefer container kereta api. Solusi permasalahannya adalah penambahan pelat pengarah di bagian t-floor reefer container kereta api. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis dan simulasi numerik reefer container kereta api menggunakan Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Reefer container tanpa pelat pengarah disimulasikan untuk mengetahui area reefer container kereta api yang tidak terdistribusi merata. Distribusi udara pada reefer container kereta api ditingkatkan pemerataannya dengan penambahan pelat pengarah variasi sudut 40°, 50°, dan 60°. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data vektor kecepatan aliran udara (velocity contour pressure contour of the reefer container) serta data kecepatan rata-rata dan tekanan rata-rata reefer container kereta api. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data distribusi udara, kecepatan, dan tekanan yang merata adalah reefer container kereta api dengan pelat pengarah 40⁰. Fishes are sensitive to storage temperature. Temperatures above 2 °C can accelerate bacterial growth and cause decay. The optimal temperature for storing frozen fish is -20 °C. Reefer containers with a closed cooling system function to preserve by maintaining the temperature of frozen fish. The problem of this research is the uneven distribution of cold air in the reefer container of the train due to differences in cooling which can reduce the quality of fish. The purpose of this research is to increase the even distribution of air, velocity, and pressure in the reefer container of the train. The solution to the problem is the addition of a guide plate on the t-floor in the reefer container. This research method is through the analysis and simulation of reefer containers of the train fluids using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Reefer containers without guide plates are simulated to find out the areas of reefer containers of the train that are not evenly distributed. Equal distribution of air in reefer containers of the train is improved by adding guide plates with variations of angles of 40°, 50°, and 60°. This research produces vector data of airflow velocity (velocity contour pressure contour of the reefer container) as well as data on the average velocity and average pressure of the reefer container. The results showed that the air distribution, velocity, and pressure data were evenly distributed in a reefer container of the train with a 40⁰ guide plate.

Abstract

Fresh fish is sensitive to storage temperature. Temperatures above 2 °C accelerate the growth of bacteria and cause spoilage. The optimal storage temperature for frozen fish is -20 °C. Reefer container with a closed cooling system serves to preserve by maintaining the temperature of frozen fish. The problem of this research is the uneven distribution of cold air in the reefer containers of the train, thereby reducing the quality of frozen fish. The purpose of this research is to increase the even distribution of air, velocity, and pressure in the reefer container of the train. The solution to the problem is simulation and analysis of the condition of the reefer container train using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Reefer containers without guide plates are simulated to find out the area of the train reefer containers that are not evenly distributed. The distribution of air in the reefer container of the train is improved even by the addition of guide plates with variations in angles of 40°, 50°, and 60°. This research produces qualitative data (velocity contour and pressure contour reefer container) and quantitative (average velocity and pressure). The results of this study are CFD simulation data of uniform distribution of air, speed, and pressure on the reefer container train with a 40⁰ guide plate.

However, in Nglurah Hamlet, honey potatoes have not been maximized. Empowerment for community development since the pandemic was directed at realizing quality training activities both in terms of hard and soft skills. By providing training solutions to the residents of Nglurah Hamlet in the form of life skills, in the form of training on packaging honey sweet potato chips with the vacuum sealer method for the Dasa Wisma group in the plantation sector to be applied in everyday life, both in the world of work and entrepreneurship, and ready to compete in competition. in the world of work. The implementation of activities is given using a training method with a model of delivery of material theory of packaging processes, practice of using sealers and packaging to facilitate sales. This certainly made a real contribution related to increasing the economic value of products in Nglurah Hamlet, this activity was welcomed and carried out properly according to plan.

Abstract

The village of Nglurah, which is located in Karang Anyar, is a producer of ornamental plants/flowers which are traded in various areas around and outside Java. Most of the population in this city work as flower farmers. Apart from being farmers, it turns out that the residents need other forms of economic improvement. Therefore, a home industry for honey sweet potato chips was initiated to support the community's economy. To carry out the home industry, it is necessary to take economic steps to become an independent entrepreneur, which is an important field to be developed. This development is carried out to encourage the economic revival of the community in various business fields. By providing training solutions to the residents of the Nglurah hamlet in the form of life skills, in the form of training in the use of used oil stoves to support the home industry of honey sweet potato chips, which can be used as a provision for the skills of residents, especially the Mulia Sejahtera farmer group in the plantation sector to be applied in daily life. day. Abstract

In the food processing industry, such as various types of crackers, various fried peanuts and various other packaged foods, the durability and durability of these food products must of course be given great attention. One of the reasons why various foods are not durable and expire quickly is the high oil content contained in these various foods. Manually draining oil is certainly not effective for the production of various foods in large quantities on an industrial scale. For that we need a tool or machine that can drain and reduce the oil content that is still contained in these various foods. The machine used is honey sweet potato chip spinner machine. Tawangmangu Village, Tawangmangu District, Central Java is known as a tourist area which is located on the slopes of Mount Lawu with various kinds of tourist beauty presented. Tourists often come to enjoy the natural beauty of Tawangmangu which is also rich in natural products, one of which is sweet potato honey. However, local residents cannot maximize honey sweet potato as a special food which is used as souvenirs for tourists, so there is a need for an effort to engineer food processing made from honey sweet potato in the form of procurement and training of electric powered honey sweet potato chip spinner machines for Karang Taruna Orpega 02 (Organization Erlangga Youth) in the Tawangmangu Village, Central Java. At the time of implementation, Mitra's enthusiasm was very large to take part in a series of training events for making food slicer spinners. There were 20 members of the youth group who took part in a series of training activities.
