Abstract

Forest management is a critical concern in Kalimantan, Indonesia, where rapid deforestation and ecological degradation pose significant environmental challenges. This study explores the influence of government policy, community ecological awareness, and new technology adoption on successful forest management. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 170 respondents, including government officials, community leaders, and forest management professionals. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed for data analysis. The findings reveal that government policy, community ecological awareness, and new technology adoption significantly impact forest management success. Government policy emerged as the most influential factor, followed by new technology adoption and community ecological awareness. These results underscore the importance of an integrated approach that combines robust policies, active community engagement, and advanced technologies to enhance forest management outcomes. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers in developing effective strategies for sustainable forest management in Kalimantan and similar regions.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, machine learning (ML) integration, and AI ethics on product innovation within Bogor's startup ecosystem. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data through an online survey from 180 startups. Structural equation modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 was utilized for data analysis. The results reveal significant positive relationships between AI adoption, ML integration, AI ethics, and product innovation. AI adoption and ML integration positively impact product innovation, while adherence to ethical AI practices also plays a crucial role. These findings highlight the importance of leveraging AI technologies responsibly and ethically to drive innovation within startup ecosystems. Policymakers, entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders can utilize these insights to foster a conducive environment for sustainable growth and innovation in Bogor's startup community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji peran Kepercayaan dalam memediasi pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Niat Beli Ulang di e-commerce C2C (konsumen-ke-konsumen) Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 190 partisipan melalui survei skala Likert (1-5), dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga dan Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Ulang, dengan Kepercayaan bertindak sebagai mediator utama dalam hubungan ini. Secara khusus, Harga dan Kualitas Produk secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi Niat Beli Ulang melalui Kepercayaan, yang meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dan perilaku pembelian ulang. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya membangun kepercayaan di lingkungan e-commerce, di mana harga yang transparan dan kualitas produk yang tinggi sangat penting untuk membina hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Studi ini menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi platform e-commerce dan penjual yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan retensi pelanggan di pasar C2C.

Abstract

Preferensi Jenis Uang Digital (QRIS, E-Wallet, Mobile Banking) pada Masyarakat Kota Dumai hadir sebagai upaya untuk memahami kecenderungan masyarakat dalam memilih dan menggunakan berbagai jenis pembayaran digital yang semakin berkembang saat ini. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pilihan masyarakat Kota Dumai dalam menggunakan uang digital serta melihat jenis uang digital mana yang paling sering dipakai dalam transaksi sehari-hari. Uang digital memiliki banyak kelebihan yang dirasakan langsung oleh penggunanya, seperti mudah digunakan, proses transaksi yang cepat, dan keamanan yang lebih terjamin dibanding pembayaran tunai. QRIS yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia memudahkan pembayaran hanya dengan satu kode QR, sementara e-wallet serta mobile banking memberi kemudahan bertransaksi langsung dari smartphone. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan uang digital, dengan dominasi jawaban setuju dan sangat setuju pada seluruh variabel yang diukur, yaitu preferensi penggunaan, kemudahan dan manfaat, keamanan dan kepercayaan, serta promosi. Kelompok usia 15–35 tahun menjadi pengguna terbanyak yang aktif memanfaatkan uang digital, dengan latar belakang pekerjaan yang beragam mulai dari mahasiswa, karyawan, hingga wirausaha. Meski demikian, masih terdapat sebagian kecil masyarakat yang merasa ragu terhadap keamanan transaksi digital, terutama terkait risiko penyalahgunaan data. Secara keseluruhan, masyarakat Kota Dumai telah menerima dan memanfaatkan uang digital secara positif sebagai alat pembayaran yang praktis dan modern dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the obstacles and obstacles in the use of digital money in society. The research focus includes network and transaction constraints, administrative costs and transaction deductions, security issues, the level of public trust in digital systems, and assistance and problem handling services. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 45 respondents using digital money. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis through tables, percentages, charts, and interval scale scores. The results showed that all aspects of the research were in the agree category, which means that respondents still felt various obstacles in the use of digital money. Administration fees and transaction discounts are the most dominant obstacles with the highest interval score of 180. In addition, security issues such as fraud and account hijacking as well as the level of public trust in digital systems also received a high score of 177. This study concludes that aspects of cost, security, and service quality are still important factors that affect people's comfort and trust in using digital money.
