Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas secara deskriptif tentang Manajemen Kepemimpinan dan Kebijakan Politik Umar bin Khatttab dalam mengatur sebuah pemerintahan. Kepemimpinan Umar kurang lebih berlangsung selama 10 tahun, walaupun demikian pemerintahan pada zaman umar sungguh sangat berkembang pesat karena didukung dengan kondisi politik yang cenderung stabil dan tinggal meneruskan kepemimpinan dari Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq maka dari itu Khalifah Umar dapat menjadi manager dengan adanya lembaga-lembaga pemerintahan yang dibentuk oleh umar, serta kebijakan-kebijakan yang memisahkan kepentingan elite politik dengan kepentingan masyarakat. Umar juga dikenal dengan kebijakannya yang fenomenal yaitu membagi beberapa wilayah negara menjadi provinsi yang dipimpin oleh gubernur serta terus menerus melakukan eskpansi ke berbagai belahan dunia dari mulai semenanjung arab, Palestina, Syria, Irak, Mesir, persia, dan romawi, sehingga pada saat itu Islam menjadi berjaya serta kokoh dengan aqidah yang diajarkan berdasarkan Al-Quran dan Sunnah. Pengetahuan dan Inovasinya dalam menangani kemiskinan serta dapat memaksimalkan harta dan sumberdaya negara yang dimiliki sehingga menjadikan masyarakat kala itu menjadi aman, makmur dan tentram, manajemen kepemimpinan yang dimiliki umar menjadikannya sebagai pemimpin yang dicintai rakyatnya. Umar juga memiliki manajemen kepemimpinan yang khas yakni ”blusukan” ke perkampungan tanpa pengawasan yang ketat. Seperti halnya orang nomor satu di Indonesia yaitu Presiden Jokowi yang menerapkan strategi ”blusukan” ini dalam kepemimpinannya, itu berhasil memikat hati rakyat serta sukses menjadikannya presiden selama 2 periode.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tenaga kependidikan seringkali dipandang sebelah mata karena dianggap pekerjaannya yang hanya sebatas hal administratif serta teknis, sehingga tidak perlu adanya pengembangan karir untuk tenaga kependidikan. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pengembangan karir tenaga kependidikan di SMP Al Hikam Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara, sumber data dari kepala sekolah, ketua Yayasan dan tenaga kependidikan SMP Al Hikam Garut. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwasannya diketahui implementasi pengembangan karir tenaga kependidikan di SMP Al Hikam Garut yakni kepala sekolah memfasilitasi keinginan serta minat para tenaga kependidikan untuk memilih pelatihan/lokakarya yang ingin diikuti, serta diberikan hak yang sama dalam melanjutkan Pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. karena Pendidikan akan berbanding lurus dengan karir yang akan didapatkan. Kepala sekolah senantiasa memberikan tanggungjawab dan Amanah kepada para tenaga kependidikan untuk memegang sebuah kegiatan besar, dampaknya para tenaga kependidikan bisa mengenali potensi diri. Tenaga kependidikan juga didelegasikan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh dinas atau lembaga lain, sehingga tenaga kependidikan bisa mendapatkan jejaring lebih luas, ini akan membuka peluang berbagi pengalaman dan praktik terbaik dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan. Begitu besar peran tenaga kependidikan disekolah sehingga pengembangan karir bagi tenaga kependidikan sangatlah penting untuk diperhatikan dan dilaksanakan semaksimal mungkin.Abstract:  Education staff are often looked down upon because their work is only limited to administrative and technical matters, so there is no need for career development for education staff. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how to implement the career development of educational staff at Al Hikam Middle School, Garut. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews, data sources from the school principal, chairman of the Foundation and educational staff at Al Hikam Middle School, Garut. The results of the research obtained show that the implementation of career development for education staff at Al Hikam Middle School in Garut is that the principal facilitates the desires and interests of education staff to choose the training/workshops they wish to take part in, as well as being given the same rights in continuing their education to a higher level. because education will be directly proportional to the career you will get. The school principal always gives responsibility and mandate to the education staff to carry out major activities, the impact of which is that the education staff can recognize their own potential. Educational staff are also delegated to activities organized by other agencies or institutions, so that educational staff can gain a wider network, this will open opportunities to share experiences and best practices in carrying out their assigned tasks. The role of educational staff in schools is so great that career development for educational staff is very important to pay attention to and implement as fully as possible.

Abstract

Extracurricular Trainer Management is an important approach in managing and optimizing extracurricular activities in schools. Extracurriculars provide opportunities for early children to develop skills, interests and talents. The purpose of this research is to identify best practices that can be applied by extracurricular trainers in facilitating and advancing student development through extracurricular activities. This study used a qualitative approach with interviews and observation as a data collection method. The results of the study show that extracurricular trainers play a key role in creating an environment that supports, motivates, and facilitates students' active participation in extracurricular activities. Experienced and dedicated coaches can create a positive climate, which has a positive impact on students' academic achievement and personal development. Resource management is also an important aspect of extracurricular trainer management. In this case, coaches need to efficiently manage budgets, facilities and equipment to ensure the smooth running of extracurricular activities. In addition, trainers must also have the ability to plan and develop effective training programs, so that students can develop their skills optimally.This research also highlights the importance of good cooperation between coaches, students, schools and parents. Open communication and effective coordination can strengthen these relationships, thus providing ongoing support for extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study presents the Management of Islamic Boarding School-based Higher Education, its advantages, and differences from non-Islamic boarding schools. The research subject in this paper is a private Islamic religious college (PTKIS) based on Islamic Boarding Schools in Kuningan Studies at the Husnul Khotimah College of Sharia Studies (STISHK). The data in this study were obtained through documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are the implementation of management in Islamic boarding schools based tertiary institutions, an atmosphere that is maintained and supportive to create a scientific and Islamic environment and maximum learning patterns because students are in dormitories. Lecturers with at least masters and doctoral degrees graduated abroad and are in line with their majors. The system and policies adapt to the Islamic boarding schools as the main base, there is a full scholarship program where graduates are required to memorize 5 chapters of the Qur'an and be able to communicate using Arabic and English, have a strong tabawiyah spirit and can become da'wah cadres in society. Even though it is in a pesantren environment and has minimal access to outside schools, in this case pesantren-based tertiary institutions continue to make updates so that they can compete and not be left behind from non-Islamic boarding schools by conducting seminars that invite academics and professionals to attend and conduct comparative studies and collaboration. with various parties so that they are always supported and given the trust of the community.

Abstract

This comprehensive literature review explores the multifaceted dimensions of optimizing educator professionalism in learning development. Digging into the field of an educator who must have and master his competencies and at the same time know his rights and obligations so that he becomes a truly professional educator. This review synthesizes existing research, identifies trends, and offers insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers. The reason behind this exploration lies in the urgency to find out the professionalism of a teacher, namely: the position of professional educators, realizing professional educators, and the development of learning models by professional educators. This review examines models of teacher professional development with the aim of providing teachers with options to improve their professionalism. If teacher professionalism improves, it is certain that the quality of education can also increase.

Thei reisults of thei conceiptual preiparation show that thei usei of teichnology neieids to bei balanceid with valueis ​​eiducation so that thei valueis ​​and peirsonality of thei Indoneisian nation reimain intact and maintaineid. If thei current instillation of values ​​in education is not strengthened, it is not impossible that the Indonesian nation will gradually lose its identity and be unable to maintain its national identity because it is easily influenced by global foreign culture. So it can be concluded that technological progress needs to be strengthened by values ​​education as a filter so that students are able to be critical in reasoning and moral considerations and are able to choose good and correct values ​​based on the foundations, religion, ethics, morals and norms that apply in Indonesia.

Abstract

Teacher performance is related to the quality, quantity of output and reliability that teachers have in carrying out their duties. Teachers who have high performance can improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is one of the main factors that determines the success of the educational process in schools. Assessment of teacher performance in managing the learning process as a process of providing estimates of the quality of teacher performance in managing the learning process, is an integral part of a series of academic supervision activities. If it is said that academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their abilities, then in its implementation it is necessary to first carry out an assessment of the teacher's abilities, so that aspects that need to be developed and how to develop them can be determined. The performance produced by teachers cannot be separated from the contribution of academic supervision carried out by the school principal and the pedagogical competence they possess. This indicates that the implementation of academic supervision and pedagogical competence is getting better.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of teacher performance management and its impact on the quality of education. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores an in-depth understanding of tesacher experiences, implementation challenges, and the contribution of performance management to student achievement. Teachers' awareness of performance management was found to be high, but was faced by implementation challenges, such as high workload and limited resources. School leadership plays a critical role in creating a culture that supports teacher performance management. These findings suggest that good implementation of teacher performance management correlates with improved quality of education. Recommendations include training program development, strengthening school leadership, implementation of a clear reward system, revision of school policies, and follow-up research. These recommendations are designed to strengthen practices and policies that support teacher engagement and education improvement. This research contributes to a better understanding of the complexity of teacher performance management implementation and its relevance to education quality. The implications and recommendations of this research can lay the foundation for improvements in practices and policies at the broader education level.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the potential correlation between the principal's democratic leadership style and teacher discipline. The researchers employed a quantitative research methodology characterized by a descriptive approach. The research population consisted of all teachers, and a sample of 100 teachers was randomly selected using sampling techniques. To gather data, the author employed various methodologies, including questionnaires, documentation analysis, and interviews. The data analysis was conducted utilizing quantitative methodologies and statistical instruments. The data indicates a favorable impact of the principal's democratic leadership on teacher discipline. Moreover, the partial test indicates that the t-count value is 3.5, surpassing the t-table value. Therefore, it can be inferred that the principal's democratic leadership has a substantial impact on teacher discipline. Furthermore, research findings demonstrate that school principals' inclination towards democratic leadership and teacher discipline falls within the moderate range. Hence, the democratic leadership style of the school principal has a substantial influence on the degree of teacher discipline.

Abstract

Common problems in education management that occur at the formal education level include accessibility and equity, teaching quality, curriculum and evaluation, technology and innovation, human resource quality and many others. This research aims to analyse the relationship between the School Based Management method and the dynamics of formal education. Formal education refers to the education system organised in official educational institutions, such as schools and universities. The quality of education management is largely determined by the implementation methods used by the community in schools. The research method is used with a quantitative approach by collecting from some previous literature so as to form the idea of the latest thinking. The results of this study discuss that to get the quality of education management that is more well organised in formal education, using School Based Management has a relationship between school autonomy, stakeholders, performance improvement, evaluation and sustainability.
