Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the location of the route that often occurs accidents in Puncak and to provide input to the local government, especially the Department of Transportation to guard the location to regulate traffic, Bogor is a strategic road that connects Cianjur and Bogor regencies, as well as a route that connects the tourism area. around Puncak, Bogor. The average effective lane width of Jalan Raya Puncak, Bogor is 4.2 meters, the capacity of Jalan Raya Ciawi-Puncak is 3565 pcu / hour. Supporting facilities for traffic activities are still lacking with a ratio of 7 signs per kilometer in both directions, 119 warning signs consisting of 16 prohibited signs, 24 directive signs, 5 command signs and as many warning signs. 74 pieces. The research method is descriptive quantitative research, is a literature study and uses primary and secondary data from related agencies. This research is supported by the spot speed (local speed) is the instantaneous velocity on a certain part of the road at a fairly short distance or at a certain point. Spot speed can be measured among others by directly using a radar meter (speed gun). The results of direct observations in the field show that road equipment facilities on the Raya Puncak Bogor road section, especially for road sign facilities, are still lacking.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelayanan kargo udara ditinjau dari empat aspek yaitu sarana prasarana, tenaga kerja, prosedur kerja dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelayanan yang dapat memberikan jaminan kepuasan kepada para pelanggan sebagaimana perusahaan harus lebih mengedepankan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas penunjang pelayanan agar kegiatan pelayanan optimal dan pelanggan puas terhadap hasil yang telah diperoleh. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif observasi lapangan berdasarkan pengumpulkan data-data terkait pelayanan dan penanganan impor barang. Hasil pada pengamatan dari empat aspek yaitu sarana prasarana, tenaga kerja, prosedur kerja dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, belum cukup optimal dikarenakan prasarana fasilitas masih kurang untuk kegiatan pelayanan namun untuk prosedur dalam pelayanan sudah cukup baik

Abstract

Metode penilitian yang yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah kualitatif dekriptif dengan observasi di objek dari empat aspek yaitu sarana prasarana, tenaga kerja, prosedur kerja, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, data deskriptif karena isi dalam penelitian ini memberikan gambaran dan memaparkan objek penelitian berdasarkan kenyataan yang ada secara kronologis dan sistematis berdasarkan permasalahan yang terkait degan memaksimalkan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menurut dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ditinjau dari empat aspek berjalan dari hasil observasi, hasil ini sebagai gambaran mengenai proses penanganan kargo incoming dalam menunjang kelancaran pengiriman barang dengan objek di salah satu maskapai di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen pergudangan yang ada di perusahaan pergudangan dikaitkan dengan empat aspek sarana prasarana, tenaga kerja, prosedur kerja dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan survey untuk menggambarkan, menjelaskan, dan menginterpretasikan suatu fenomena yang terjadi pada suatu objek. FIFO dan FEFO dikaitkan dengan empat aspek yaitu sarana dan prasarana, tenaga kerja, standar operasional prosedur dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan pengoprasian Gudang terdapat kendala pada sarana yaitu pallet yang digunakan seringkali ditemukan rusak, akibatnya jumlah yang rusak menumpuk di area Gudang. Tenaga kerja di i sudah cukup dengan 10 orang dan melalui training pra kerja maka staf dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, bekerja sesuai prosedur yang berlaku, dapat memecahkan masalah dan dapat bekerja secara professional. Prosedur kerja, yang diterapkan di perusahaan sudah memenuhi kriteria, Hal ini juga menjadi patokan atau tolak ukur staf untuk mengambil langkah-langkah yang tepat dalam kegiatan kerja serta Pelaksanaan kegiatan, Pelaksanaan kegiatan sudah berjalan dengan baik, karena ada jaminan 100% akurasi dalam setiap aktivitas di dalam gudang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Hidup, dan kualitas Pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian penggunaan jasa pengiriman JNE Express cabang Bekasi Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari responden pelanggan JNE Express. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 responden sebagai sampel dari penelitian. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan mengunakan program SPSS versi 25. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian Gaya Hidup (X1) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Gaya Hidup (X1) memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hasil penelitian Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y)

Abstract

Di masa persaingan bisnis zaman sekarang yang semakin banyak nya perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang yang mengandalkan pelayanan pada konsumen. Dalam hal ini setiap perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang menggunakan strategi pemasaran seperti pengambilan barang kepada konsumen secara gratis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayan dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang, selain itu perusahaan harus mampu menciptakan produk-produk yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan mempelajari secara berkelanjutan. Dalam suatu penelitian, data merupakan salah satu komponen yang paling penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan penelitian. Apabila memungkinkan dapat memintakan kode booking terlebih dahulu untuk menghindari waktu habis dikarenakan keterlambatan kurir datang untuk pick up. Setelah paket terambil dan di setor ke kantor lion mohon diperhatikan kembali berat barang sesuai dengan volume dimensi, apabila ada perbedaan dengan yang tertera di aplikasi diwajibkan konfirmasi terlebih dahulu ke pihak pengirim untuk menghindari teguran akibat penambahan ongkir. Sehingga kualitas pelayanan dari perusahaan dapat dipertahankan dan dikembangkan. Namun, masih saja terjadinya kesalahan yang terjadi karena kesalahan manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to better understand the dynamics and interaction between the three elements, companies can optimize their branding strategies and achieve success in marketing their new products. The research methods in this article use techniques by describing a result, with the Analysis collecting the necessary data from additional sources, which are then analysis and explained properly, For the purpose of conducting research, additional information collected books, research papers, articles, lecture notes, the internet, and other information sources are used to collect more data. The results of implementing branding strategies for new products, promotions, quality products, and influencer influence have a significant role. Based on research and understanding of marketing concepts, here are the conclusions that can be drawn: Promotion is key in introducing new products to consumers. Through effective promotional campaigns, companies can increase brand and product awareness among consumers. It is important to design an attractive promotional campaign and choose the right communication channels to reach the target audience.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores small-scale tourism entrepreneurship in emerging markets to uncover what drives entrepreneurs in this sector. By analyzing factors such as entrepreneurial intentions, perceived opportunities, skills, and market knowledge, this study offers insights into entrepreneurship dynamics in tourism. Research Methodology: Studying small-scale tourism entrepreneurship in emerging markets using a qualitative approach means using methods that focus on understanding the experiences, perceptions, and behaviors of individuals and organizations in the tourism industry. This method is valuable for capturing the complexity of entrepreneurial activities in these markets, where economic, social, and cultural factors significantly influence the success and sustainability of small-scale tourism businesses. Results: Entrepreneurial skills are crucial for success, and this study identifies the essential skills for entrepreneurs in these markets. Market knowledge is key for decision making, and this study highlights its importance in fostering sustainable entrepreneurship. Limitations: The focus on small-scale tourism entrepreneurship may overlook large-scale tourism ventures, which could also be significant drivers of economic development in emerging markets. Contributions: By combining these elements, this study offers a thorough understanding of the potential for small-scale tourism entrepreneurship in emerging markets with the goal of providing guidance for policymakers, practitioners, and aspiring entrepreneurs to stimulate industry expansion and progress. Novelty: This study explores how entrepreneurs in these markets tackle challenges and seize opportunities, highlighting their innovative strategies and their impact on local economies. Focusing on this less-explored area, this study aims to offer insights that can guide policymakers, empower entrepreneurs, and enrich academic discussions on entrepreneurship in emerging markets.

Abstract

The research objectives on paternalistic leadership can vary from understanding the concept to practical application in qualitatively different organizational contexts. This study used a qualitative research approach by researchers. Qualitative methods are basically exploratory research techniques used to investigate causes, viewpoints, and opinions to answer research questions. The choice of this qualitative research approach is appropriate. Data collection for this study will be carried out from primary and secondary data sources. Researchers collect primary data to answer research questions through reviews of scientific papers, journals, books, websites, and blogs used in the study. Paternalistic leadership in law offices is that this method has the possibility to improve employee well-being and overall organizational performance. By paying attention to the balance between authority and concern for employees, paternalistic leadership creates a supportive and motivating work environment. Assessment of success such as employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity becomes important in assessing the positive impact of paternalistic leadership. Overall, the study confirms that paternalistic leadership has a significant positive impact in the law office context, and by implementing appropriate strategies, organizations can optimize the benefits of this approach to achieve their goals and improve employee well-being.

Abstract

The research explores the role of law in governing business alliances and strategic partnerships in the aviation industry, analyses its legal framework, its business implications, and provides policy recommendations. Qualitative methods are used by summarizing findings from several international scientific journals. The findings highlight legal aspects such as antitrust regulation, consumer protection, and liability towards employees. The importance of regulatory compliance for safe and fair operations is highlighted, as well as periodic reviews of legal responses. By strengthening understanding and implementation of legal aspects, the aviation industry can better address future challenges and safeguard the interests of stakeholders.
