Indonesia occupies the third position of the largest cocoa producing country in the world, but the challenge faced is that the disease that attacks the cocoa plant causes only 60% of the cocoa production is export-worthy. The Dempster Shafer method can be used to diagnose types of diseases in cocoa plants. The system can be used by cocoa farmers in Indonesia to minimize the attack of cocoa plant diseases, so that yields can be abundant. This research was conducted at P4S Karya insani, Linking. As a research location for 6 months, from September 2018 to March 2019, it includes taking data, analysis, develop the applications, implementation, and testing. Expert system diagnosis of cocoa plant diseases using the dempster shafer method makes it easy for users to know the symptoms and diseases of the cocoa plant so that it can be used in diagnosing cocoa plant diseases.

This research is motivated by the failure of tomato harvest one of which is a pest attack for that program will be carried out to identify pest attacks so that crop failure can be avoided. This expert system will be implemented with the certainty factor method can provide accurate results obtained from calculations based on the weight of the symptoms chosen by the user, able to provide answers to problems that are not certain of truth such as problems diagnosing disease risk, and with this method, the expert illustrates the confidence of an expert with giving the weight of confidence in accordance with relevant expert knowledge. so that researchers increasingly believe that this expert system will be easily accessible and used by the community. From the explanation above for that, the writer makes a system, namely expert system for diagnosing oil palm plant diseases using the certainty factor method which is intended to assist the work of farmers in providing information and conclusions from pests suffered on oil palm plants.

Samarinda city is one of the cities with large local revenue potential in the large parking fee sector. This is evidenced by the quite fast increasing number of users of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. But due to the increase in vehicle users in Samarinda it has not had a significant impact on the parking fee sector. This is because there is no clear record of every parking transaction. In this case the parking lot is open or roadside. The collection of parking fees in Samarinda there are still many obstacles faced by UTPD parking management, there are still many illegal parking spaces managed by irresponsible elements. One technology that is currently quite developed is the web. With the web, all data and information can be distributed effectively and efficiently and contain and display various information that can be accessed by various devices. Based on the problems and technological developments that have been presented, an idea emerged about the need to create a web-based information system to store and record transactions at any time and create an API for supporting applications. It is expected from this study that every transaction for drivers and drivers can be recorded so that the government can clearly know the income and the amount of levy tax from parking that must be paid by each parking attendant in the “Parmon” application.

Parking is a non-moving condition of a vehicle that is not temporary. Problem associated parking di Samarinda is disparity between revenue targets with the realization of revenue from parking fees. The performance of roadside parking management is not optimal yet, where there are still many illegal parking officers. While their official parking attendants tend to be dishonest and do not hand over parking fee tickets to motorists , this study offers a solution that might solve the above problems by creating an android -based parking application made for parking attendants , this application is used by parking attendants to recorded all parked vehicles and stored directly on the web service . The Apps is made using Android Studio and Postman to test the API provided. The results of this study are expected to reduce the impact of disparities between revenue targets and revenue realization from parking fees.

Agriculture in Indonesia plays a very important role. But the agricultural sector also has a lot of crowds in the process, from the nursery process to the feeding process to the harvesting process, especially when the current Corona pandemic is very influential, for that we need special attention from the parties involved in overcoming the existing problems. In agriculture these processes become more effective and efficient so as to increase the level of productivity of agricultural products. One way to overcome this problem is to involve technology which is currently developing rapidly. The technology that will be built will be able to help the agricultural management process which can be called smart agricultural technology. Technology is able to collect data and present hydroponic plant data during the planting process so that appropriate action can be taken immediately. The technology that will be built in the form of a Web and API (Application Programming Interface) in smart farming applications is expected to be able to make the planting management process more effective and efficient.

License plate is an important thing on vehicle. License plate is an identity of vehicle. All of the information about type, year, tax, and owner of vehicle. The development of technology especially in digital image processing and mobile android technology. There are so many android applications that used digital image processing known as optical character recognition. The purpose of this paper is to make an android application that can recognize license plate with mobile vision library. The research method of this paper is waterfall, starts with integrating android with mobile vision library and doing test to find out the accuracy of mobile vision. Designing an application models with flowchart diagram and unified modelling language.

Seen from the population administration service in the village still uses a manual system for processing written data and archiving methods as data storage. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide better changes to community services by building an accurate and reliable registration and civil registration information system in parianum village, because in the application of community data storage is carried out directly from outlet services to databases by processing data through the website. Waterfall method or often called waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeline approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and supporting stages. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) is an application used to perform advanced statistical analysis, data analysis with machine learning algorithms, string analysis, as well as big data analysis that can be integrated to build a data analysis platform. Pearson correlation or often called Correlation Product Moment is a statistical test tool used to test the associative hypothesis (relationship test) of two variables when the data is interval or ratio scale. The results of this study are easy to manage community data in Parianum village.

an expert system for identifying weeds on oil palm plantations using a web-based forward chaining and dempster shafer method. Palm oil is one of the plants that has its own charm in the community because the commodity of palm oil plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, therefore demand for palm oil continues to increase. Along with the increasing demand for palm oil in the world market, oil palm plantations have experienced many disturbances, one of which is weeds which are very detrimental to oil palm farmers, so oil palm farmers are trying to control it. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a system application that can be used by farmers to provide information related to weeds that attack oil palm and their control solutions.

Development expert system for diagnosis of pepper plant diseases using certainty factor and naïve bayes methods. Pepper is one type of plant that has long been traded on the European market. So that increasing the quality and quantity of pepper production is the main demand. However, diseases in pepper plants are also familiar to be found so that they can be detrimental to farmers and besides that, agricultural workers who are experts in the field of pepper plant diseases are still limited. Therefore, to overcome this problem, an expert system application is designed where this system can provide information about diseases that attack pepper plants, then provide suggestions or solutions to deal with these diseases. The purpose of this research is to build and design an expert system that is useful for determining pepper plant diseases and to apply certainty factor and nave Bayes methods in providing answers to the results of the consultation. The results of this study are expected to make it easier for users, especially farmers or farm workers in overcoming diseases in pepper plants.

This research is motivated by the problem of inhibiting crop production from oil palm plants, namely disease. Diseases of oil palm plants can be caused by viruses, fungi and, the host plant or an unfavorable environment. The process of diagnosing oil palm plant diseases requires expertise, knowledge and experience. Therefore, this study aims to build an expert system that can diagnose 9 types of plant diseases in oil palm from 29 symptoms based on the knowledge of 1 expert with the forward chaining method of reasoning and the web-based Dempster Shafer calculation method. The testing technique used is black box testing, validation testing, testing and theoretical calculations. The results of the black box test state that the expert system has 100% conformity in terms of functionality. The results of the expert validation test state that the expert system has 100% conformity. The results of the theoretical calculation test state that the expert system calculations are in accordance with the results of manual calculations. The results of the test with a questionnaire based on 32 respondents said it went very well. The results of this study provide the information needed by farmers to be able to diagnose and increase knowledge about how to overcome the problems faced by their oil palm plantations even without direct expert assistance in order to improve quality and stabilize the amount of production according to farmers' expectations.
