Abstract

System of Rice Intensification (SRI) by a Local Microorganisme Usage (MOL) in Producing the Compost Fertilizer (Case Study at Desa Sidodadi Kabupaten Deli Serdang) is expected to maintain the fertile of land, improve land microbia population and to preserve the environment at once capable to maintain or improve land productivity. The agriculture system with SRI is applied by using organic material such as fruif waste whis is fermented to produced MOL used as decomposer in composing proges. This reseach studied microbia population where an organik agricaltural system (SRI) has been applied. The reseach was comparedl of mikroba population soil also whith how effect SRI aplication between chemical fertilizer  for the managemental in Sidodadi village.Using compost MOL at SRI improved microbia  population soil by the result of soil analysis either chemically and biologically the uses of MOL compost is far better compared for environmental the uses of an-organic fertilizer. The SRI pattern practiced at Desa Sidodadi was an agricultural work  environmentally friendly using organic fertilizer as source of nutrients improve physical, chemical and biological properties of soil as well in increasing production yield.

Abstract

The soil fertility aspect is characterized by the good biological properties of the soil. One important element of the soil biological properties is the bacterial population present in it. This research was conducted in the laboratory of Microbiology University of Malikussaleh in the May until June 2016. This study aims to determine the number of bacterial populations in soil organic and inorganic so that can be used as an indicator to know the level of soil fertility. Data analysis was done by T-Test that is by comparing the mean of observation parameter to each soil sample. The sampling method used is a composite method, which combines 9 of soil samples taken from 9 sample points on the same plot diagonally both on organic soil and inorganic soil. The results showed the highest bacterial population was found in total organic soil cfu 180500000 and total inorganic soil cfu 62.500.000

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to uncover the Perception of Salt Farmers to ManufactureTechnology Innovation of micro salt in Dewantara District, Aceh Utara. The sample in this research,consisting of 41 salt farmers, weretaken by census. Analysis of the data was done using descriptive qualitative utilizing a Likert scale. The results of the study determines the perception of salt farmers based on the innovative characteristics of themanufacturing technology of micro salt in Dewantara  sub-district Aceh Utara district. The perception of relative advantage obtained a good category with an index value of 64.63percents. The perception of the complexity is the less complicated category with an index value of 63.41percents, perceptions of the technology can be observed as an unfavorable category with an index value of 60.12percents. Furthermore, the perception of the level of conformity of the category is relatively not good with an index value of 54.75percents.Finally, the perceptions of the technology can be tested unfavorable category with an index value of 54.63percents.

Abstract

The city of Lhokseumawe is located in the coastal area of Malacca Strait separated through the river Krueng Cunda which forms a strait so potential to be used as aquaculture area. Determination of location of research by purposive sampling at River Krueng Cunda by setting five observation station. Sampling is done directly (insitu) location without repetition The result of water quality measurement at research location is measurement of chemical physics factor obtained average temperature 29 0C to 33 0C, dissolved oxygen (DO) 6,3 (mg / l) to 7, 7 (mg / l), the pH of the waters to five stations is in the range of 7.3 to 7.9 and the salinity in the station ranges from 12% to 28%. The quality of Krueng Cunda River water is still within the quality standard threshold according to Government Regulation No. 82 of 2001 on water quality management and water pollution control, so potential to be developed into aquaculture area.
