Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai moral dalam novel Dikta dan Hukum karya Dhia’an Farah dan mendeskripsikan implikasi hasil penelitian terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di MAN. Wujud data berupa nilai moral, mencakup nilai moral hubungan antara manusia dengan diri sendiri, hubungan antara manusia dengan manusia lain, dan hubungan antara manusia dengan Tuhan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik simak dan teknik catat. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode padan dan agih. Penyajian hasil analisisnya menggunakan metode informal yang berupa kata-kata biasa untuk menafsirkan. Hasil penelitian ini diimplikasikan terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di MAN KD 7.2 Menganalisis unsur instrinsik dan ekstrinsik novel Indonesia/terjemah. Saran penelitian ini bagi guru Bahasa Indonesia, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi bahan ajar. Bagi siswa hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa untuk mengetahui tentang nilai moral yang ada dalam karya sastra khususnya novel ini, memiliki nilai moral yang dapat dipelajari dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a principal supervision model using a Canva-based BAGJA Coaching approach to improve the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Pemalang Regency. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of the Define, Design, and Develop stages, with the development process limited to the Develop stage due to research scope and time constraints. The research was conducted in several primary schools within the KWK Ulujami area, Pemalang Regency, selected through purposive sampling based on school readiness and the need for academic supervision implementation. The research population consisted of 70 primary school teachers, with 56 teachers and several school principals involved as research subjects, while the research object was the Canva-assisted BAGJA Coaching-based principal supervision model. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation of supervision implementation, expert validation, and user response questionnaires. The research instruments included interview guidelines, observation sheets, expert validation sheets from material, media, and supervision experts, and practicality and effectiveness questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, with qualitative data analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique and quantitative data analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the developed supervision model was highly feasible in terms of content validity, media design, and applicability. Limited trials indicated increased teacher activeness in reflective practices and more participatory supervision processes. The study concludes that the Canva-assisted BAGJA Coaching-based principal supervision model has strong potential as an alternative supervision strategy that meets the demands of education in the digital era and effectively enhances elementary school teachers’ professional competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research; describes the figure of speech used in the poetry anthology of Aksara Rasa by Aulia Irmawati et al and describes the implementation of the results of the figure of speech research in teaching literature in junior high schools. This study used a descriptive analytical research method with the data source in this study being the poetry anthology of Aksara Rasa by Aulia Irmawati et al. The form of data is in the form of words, phrases and sentences that contain figures of speech in poetry quotes. The data analysis technique uses observing and note-taking techniques. Data analysis technique uses semantic analysis. The results of the study proved that the figurative language contained in the poetry anthology of Aksara Rasa by Aulia Irmawati et al. analyzed as many as 131 data. The data is divided into 4 classifications, namely 50 data for comparison, 30 for conflict, 27 for linking, and 24 for repetition. This maja research is implemented into teaching literature in junior high school on basic competencies 3.7 and 3.8 in the grade 8 Indonesian syllabus which identify elements of poetry and present ideas by paying attention to elements of poetry

Abstract

This study aims to describe the jargon form of the stone magpie competition in Kemantran Village and describe the implications of the research results on Indonesian learning in high school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of providing data in this study is to use library techniques, reading techniques, and listening and recording techniques. Data analysis in this study used the presentation of the results of data analysis using informal methods. The results showed that there are 5 forms of jargon which include (1) basic word jargon, (2) compound jargon, (3) reword jargon, (4) reword jargon, (5) acronym word jargon. The results of this study can be implied in Indonesian language learning in high school class X odd semester with basic competence X KD 3.5 evaluating anecdotal texts from the aspect of implied meaning, with material assessing the content and aspects of implied meaning in anecdotal texts class X semester 1.
