Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan novel Api Awan Asap karya Korrie Layun Rampan ditinjau dari (1) protes sosial, (2)realisme sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya protes sosial yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui tradisi berhuma suku Dayak Benuaq;Â perusahaan pertambangan, perusahaan perkebunan, HPH, dan HTI; perusahaan kelapa sawit, tebu, dan coklat; kepada âkonglomeratâ; perusahaanÂ penambangan emas dan batu bara. Bentuk realisme sosial menggambarkan masyarakat suku dayak Benuaq yang dituduh sebagai perusak alam; kerusakan lingkungan pada wilayah yang didiami oleh suku Dayak Benuaq; ketidaktahuan masyarakat mengenai hukum dan kepemilikan tanah; dan ketidaksiapan mental secara finansial masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan lima nilai kearifan lingkungan yang diturunkan dari kaidah estetika pastoral Giiford. Etstika Pastoral mendasari nilai kearifan lingkungan dalam sastra sebagai dasar kajian ekokritik sastra yang antroposentris, sehingga sastra tidak kehilangan fungsi kultural dan ekologisnya engenai landasan manusia dalam melestarikan alam berkaitan dengan sikap hormat, tanggung jawab, solidaritas, kasih saying dan kepedulian terhadap alam, serta tidak mengganggu kehidupan alam dalam novel Api Awan Asap karya (AAA) Korrie Layun Rampan (KLR). Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualititif dengan metode content analysis Harold D. Laswell yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui isi dan makna yang terkandung dalam data yang dianalisis dengan pembahasan secara mendalam terhadap isi dari informasi tertulis, dalam hal ini adalah novel AAA yang ditulis sebagai jawaban terhadap isi kerusakan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh masyarakat Dayak melalui pembakaran hutan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membaca, mencermati, menafsirkan, dan menganalisis novel AAA karya KLR. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel AAA karya KLR dan literatur yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca, teknik catat, dan teknik kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat lima nilai kearifan lingkungan dalam novel AAA karya karya KLR.

The problems examined in this study are (i) What are the characteristics of the Belian Bawo Dayak Benuaq treatment in the Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province; (ii) What is the function of the Belian Bawo Dayak Benuaq tribal medicine in the Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The objectives of this study are (i) To describe the characteristics of the Dayak Benuaq Belian Bawo treatment spells in Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province; (ii) Describe the function of the Dayian Benuaq Belian Bawo Belian treatment spells in Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The method used in this study is an analytical method using observation techniques, structured interviews, notes, records and listening. The results obtained from the analysis of data that has been done by the author, it was found that Biano Belian utterances in the form of (i) Mantra consists of several series of words that have elements of rhythm and rhyme; (ii) Are oral, magical or magical; (iii) Asoferik (special language between speaker and interlocutor); (iv) Many words that are less commonly used in daily life. The function of the Dayak continent medicine mantras is based on the analysis of its functions, namely (i) The function of the mantra as a social control tool (advice); (ii) The function of the mantra as a reminder (warning); (iii) The function of the mantra as tolerance; (iv) The function of the mantra as a means of prayer.

This study aims to describe the struggle for gender equality carried out by female character in Okky Madasari's novel entitle Entrok using the study of literary feminism. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with content analysis method which aims to determine the content and meaning contained in the data analyzed. The activities carried out were reading, observing, interpreting, and analyzing Okky Madasari's Entrok. The data sources in this study is Okky Madasari’s novel entitle and relevant literature. The data is gained by reading, taking note, and literature review. The results of this study can be concluded that there is gender equality and discrimination towards female character in the novel Entrok.

Robert Stanton's structuralism is a study that focuses on the means of storytelling by looking at gender perspective as a problem in the novel that will be discussed in this study. This study aims to (1) describe Robert Stanton's Structuralism in the form of a literary means of building the novel Every Night is Sepi by Alfiansyah; (2) describing the gender perspective in the novel Every Night is Sepi by Alfiansyah. This study uses a qualitative approach with the analysis of the content of Robert Stanton's model. The results showed structural elements focusing on the means of the story and gender perspective as follows: Literary means are things that are utilized by the author in choosing and arranging the details of the story. The novel Every Malam is Sepi is built by excellent literary means because it meets all elements, namely: title, point of view, style and tone, symbolism, and irony. The gender perspective in the novel Every Night is Sepi is gender equality and gender injustice. Cases of violence against children in the East Kalimantan region have reached 1,386 complaints since 2019. Through critical discourse, it can be seen how the language of the media conveys information to readers through the emphasis on actors positioned in the text. This qualitative descriptive research emphasizes documentary analysis by reviewing published written sources, namely the news entitled “Kisah Pilu Korban Pemerkosaan Dipaksa Menikah dengan Pelaku”. Based on the discourse strategy used by the author, it can be seen that this “heartbreaking story of a rape victim” becomes the object of the story. It is evidenced by the use of markers such as a child, sexual violence, forced marriage, rape, exacerbating trauma, and the victim getting worse. The news is presented based on events that emerged because of the description of other actors as the storyteller's subject, not based on the victim's information about what he experienced. The news text reveals a picture of the position of the subject and the object of the story so that it can determine the way the text is presented to the reader. The news text contains a gender bias because the incident is not told from the perspective of women as victims.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the exam by utilizing game applications in Indonesian subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Polanharjo. This study involved a teacher and four students, consisting of two students in class X and two in class XI. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy; research data is obtained by observation and interviews; data validity is done by triangulation of data and sources. The results of the research: (1) the implementation of the Indonesian language exam at SMA Negeri 1 Polanharjo has used the Scorative game application as a learning evaluation tool; (2) the advantages of using Scorative games in exams, namely making students more enthusiastic in carrying out exams and making the exam atmosphere more fun; (3) deficiencies in the use of Scorative games, namely that they cannot be used for large-scale examinations due to limited facilities and infrastructure as well as the competence of human resources in the use of technology; and (4) obstacles that arise in the implementation of game-based exams, namely the readiness factor for the quality and quantity of devices, networks, and the level of students' understanding of the use of applications.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kalimat efektif dari kalimat kritik mahasiswa setelah Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS). Mahasiswa harus memahami kalimat dan memilih diksi yang tepat mengingat betapa pentingnya kalimat efektif bagi mereka saat membuat karya ilmiah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan ini menyarankan bahwa data kualitatif dapat dikumpulkan, diorganisasikan, ditafsirkan, dianalisis, dan dikomunikasikan untuk mengatasi masalah dunia nyata. Hasil penelitian penggunaan kalimat efektif pada penulisan kritik mahasiswa semester I kelas R1A, bahwa mahasiswa belum mampu menempatkan syarat-syarat penulisan kalimat efektif pada penulisan kritik mereka dengan tepat. Kalimat efektif memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada bagaimana penulis dan pembaca berinteraksi. Masih sering dijumpai mahasiswa menggunakan kalimat efektif yang tidak lengkap dalam karya tulis ilmiahnya. Hal ini mempengaruhi seberapa baik mahasiswa memahami tulisan. Agar mahasiswa dapat menggunakan bahasa secara efektif dalam komunikasi tertulis, guru harus mengurangi kesalahan dalam menerapkan kalimat efektif kepada siswanya. Hasil ini menjadi rujukan untuk memperdalam kalimat efektif dikalangan mahasiswa teknik.Kata kunci: kalimat efektif, kalimat kritik mahasiswa
