Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada CV Budi Karya Subang. Disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai unsur pengaruh sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah organisasi perlu ditinjau dan dikembangkan. Kinerja pegawai yang baik dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Tujuan akhirnya adalah untuk melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan agar fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan. Ada tiga variabel yang diteliti pengaruhnya, yaitu: 1) disiplin kerja (X1); 2) kepuasan kerja (X2); terhadap 3) kinerja pegawai (Y). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kausal. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data tentang ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel yang lain menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah dengan menggunakan convenience sampling diperoleh 60 sampel. Hipotesis diuji dengan program SPSS Statistics yang meliputi uji korelasi dan uji regresi, sehingga dapat melakukan komparasi uji t dan uji F pada seluruh variabel yang diteliti. Dari hasil analisis X1 terhadap Y, terbukti bahwa Disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap kinerja. Analisis X2 terhadap Y diperoleh bahwa Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap kinerja. Analisis X1 dan X2 terhadap Y koefisien jalur juga signifikan, terbukti bahwa Disiplin kerja dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap kinerja

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to analyze the types of deixis, the functions of deixis, and the factors of deixis in the novel Fangirl. The writer used qualitative descriptive method with the theory from Nazir (2013). In analyzing the data, the writer used the theories about pragmatics from Mey (1993), Leech (1983), and Yule (1996). The writer also used the theories about deixis from Cruse (2000), Levinson (1983), and Kreidler (1998). The results show (1) there are 30 data of five deixis types found in the novel Fangirl consisting: 6 data (20%) of person deixis, 4 data (13,3%) of place deixis, 7 data (23,3%) of time deixis, 7 data (23,3%) of discourse deixis, and 6 data (20%) of social deixis. (2) Deixis have different functions according to each types of deixis. They are to explain the participant role in speech acts (person deixis), to explain the relative location to the location of speaker and addressee (spatial deixis), to show the time when the speech occurs (time deixis), to show references contained in discourse of the speech acts (discourse deixis), and to show aspects of social relationship between the speaker and the addressee (social deixis). (3) The deixis factors found in the data analysis consisted of 5 factors: participant role (28.3%), usage function (51.7%), social status (3.3%), formality/informality (3.3%), and intimacy (13,3%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh thriving at work dan komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor Desa Cibenda, Kecamatan Cipongkor, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui survei dan pendistribusian kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan kantor Desa Cibenda. Kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS 25. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa thriving at work dan komitmen afektif telah dimiliki dan dipraktikkan oleh karyawan. Selanjutnya, peneliti juga menemukan bahwa thriving at work dan komitmen afektif sama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan hal ini membantu mereka dalam melayani masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan atasan atau pimpinan di Kantor Desa Cibenda ataupun organisasi publik lainnya, untuk memperhatikan thriving at work karyawan dan komitmen afektif mereka, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

In public service organizations, service quality is a very important factor to pay attention to in order to gain public trust. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and employee competence on service quality. The sample in this study is all employees as many as 70 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that employee leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the quality of land registration services in the city of Bandung. The result of the coefficient of determination is also obtained at 64.3%, this result indicates that leadership and employee competence have a fairly strong influence. This research also has implications for institutions, especially for leaders to pay more attention to employees and protect them so that service quality can be improved properly.

Abstract

The government has a role in the implementation of good governance that in decision making is very important, good governance practices are able to be implemented, so that people can participate in Good Governance in employee performance at the Central Cimahi Sub-district Office. This research uses qualitative research method by the way of illustrating the synergistic problems when the research is done. Data collection techniques performed with observations, interviews and documents. The instrument used in this research is observation sheet, interview sheet, and structured documentation made by the researcher. The results showed that the implementation of good governance in employee performance at the Central Cimahi Sub-district office has been in accordance with the goods of good governance policies and this is seen from how employee performance and community satisfaction in providing services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan SIPD terhadap kemudahan penyusunan laporan keuangan SKPD Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian di kumpul dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dalam bentuk skala likert. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan rumus regresi linear sederhana. Data dijelaskan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi hasil olahan data dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penerapan SIPD terdahap kemudahan penyusunan laporan keuangan SKPD Kota Cimahi yang sangat signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,885 atau 88,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIPD mempengaruhi kemudahan penyusunan laporan keuangan SKPD Kota Cimahi dan sisanya 11.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis dalam penelitian diterima karena didukung oleh nilai signifikansi.

Abstract

The state apparatus is expected to provide the best possible service to the community in various ways. One thing that needs attention is the public service sector, especially in terms of the quality or quality of service provided by government officials to the public. This study aims (1) to determine and analyze the quality of service in Mandalajati District, Bandung City; (2) to find out and analyze community satisfaction in Mandalajati District, Bandung City; and (3) to determine the influence of service quality on community satisfaction in Mandalajati District, Bandung City. The method used uses a quantitative approach, with the aim of measuring and understanding the causal relationships between variables (Creswell: 2009). The survey method is also used in obtaining data through various data collection techniques such as direct interviews, distribution of questionnaires, observation or observation. The results of the analysis say that service quality has a significant influence on community satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effectiveness and quality of services on community satisfaction at the Bandung City Land Office and what are the factors that influence the effectiveness and quality of services on community satisfaction at the Bandung City Land Office. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a sample of 30 respondents who visited the Bandung City Land Office. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze the effectiveness (X1) and service quality (X2) variables affecting community satisfaction (Y). The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness and service quality of the Bandung City Land Office have a positive effect on community satisfaction. Every employee in providing forms of service prioritizes aspects of service that greatly influence the behavior of people who receive services, so that the ability of employees to serve the community is needed in accordance with the level of absorption, understanding, incompatibility of various forms of service that they do not know.

Abstract

The background for conducting this research is to provide additional information and input for the Bandung City Regional Secretariat and the Regional Government in general as a basis for input for decision-making in the context of evaluation and improvement. This study aims to determine whether employee performance affects the quality of service at the General Section of the Bandung City Regional Secretariat. The research methods used are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Bandung, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using a saturated sample, so the number of samples is 60 employees in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Bandung. The data collection technique used in this study was through a research questionnaire with a Likert scale type. Data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that employee performance influences the quality of service at the General Section of the Bandung City Regional Secretariat. The magnitude of the influence of employee performance on service quality is 37.4%.
