Abstract

The purpose of this research is testing the influence supervision competence on Profesionalism among teachers at Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot Sambirejo Geger Kabupaten Madiun.Design of this research is a quantitative research because testing the contribution between two variable there is independent variable (supervision) and dependent variable (profesionalism). Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers in Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot as the respondents than it is analyzed using simple regression and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot about 17 teachers, because the population is less than 100 in its account, then the sample is taken from that population.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is significant influence (0,00<0,01) Supervision competence on profesionalism among teachers in Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot accounted for 95% (2) regression coefficient of 1.865 means that any increase of supervision competence will be followed by an increase in teachers professionalism Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot Sambirejo. through regression equation : Y = 30.672 + 1.865 X

Abstract

The Development of Religious Culture is required to habituate the students with religious values to make them unseparated parts of students‟ daily behaviour either in school or society environment.This research was implemented at SMAN 1 Nglames, Madiun. Kind of research used qualitative with Action Research Approach (School Action Research). The researcher‟s perspective involves directly and holistically as a participant in this research. Data collecting used an observation, interview, and documentation.The result is the development of Religious Culture through the management of self habituation in praying collectively and reading Al-Quran before the teaching and learning process starts in SMAN 1 Nglames Madiun can give positive impact towards students‟ behaviour in particular and school inhabitants in general like the students‟ awareness to respect, be tolerant, and have religious characteristics. For example, the awareness to wear “hijab” as the muslim, express greeting, and shake the teachers‟ hand. Students are getting accustomed to praying Dhuha at recess and praying Dhuhur in conggregation. So, there is good increase of politeness and obedience in worship.

Abstract

Literacy becomes the hot topic spoken among practitioners especially in education environment. However, many people do not know what activities are included in it. An online information mentions that literacy is intended to carry out the habit of thinking followed by the process of reading and writing, which in turn can create a work. In Islam, the basis of this literacy activity is very strong. This can be seen in the Qur'an surah Al Alaq verse 1, which means: "Let's read (in the name of your Lord who created). From this statement we know that to gain skills in life requires the ability to process the knowledge gained. Based on the above background, the problems to be discussed in this study are (1) How is the literacy movement in MTsN 5 Jombang? (2) How is the reading interest of MTsN 5 Jombang students? (3) How is the religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students? and (4) What is the influence of the Literacy Movement and reading interest on the religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students? From the formulation of the problem, it was found that the literacy movement in MTSN 5 Jombang was in accordance with the guidance of the madrasah literacy movement. This can be proven by the activities of students who have carried out the literacy movement stages starting from the stage of habituation, development, and learning. The reading interest of MTsN 5 Jombang students was initially low. With various efforts gradually the students' interest in reading began to grow. The religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students varies greatly. This relates to the diverse backgrounds of students. The role of literacy and reading interest is very important in shaping the religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students. The change in religious behavior that appears is positive behavior in its relationship with God, others, and the environment. Those who were not aware in praying became diligent in their prayers, who were less diligent became disciplined. Who originally unpolite with parents, become obedient to parents. Who was originally ignorant to friends, became friends. Those who used to say dirty, turned polite. Those who used to be prejudiced were not good, now they like being kind. Those who used to lie, changed easily to admit mistakes. Likewise with the role of students' interest in reading. Reading interest that grows from literacy movement activities enables students to absorb information from reading material and then make it a student who has a religious character.

Abstract

This study is to find the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the reading skills of the students of MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. This research is a qualitative research that uses a psychological and pedagogical approach. The data sources are: primary data and secondary data. The instruments used in data collection are: observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data processed by qualitative analysis by going through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the supporting factors of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an were, the existence of extracurricular activities of tahfidz Qur'an and adequate facilities and infrastructure. As for the factors that become obstacles, namely, there are still students who have not been able to read the Qur'an, and the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, namely, providing motivation, taking approaches, habituation of tadarrus Al -The Qur'an to students at every hour of the Al-Qur'an Hadith lesson begins, and gives assignments / homework in the form of memorizing surahs related to the material discussed at each meeting.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the motivation of parents in improving the memorization of the Al-Qur'an by students at the Riyadlul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Mojokerto. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques use direct observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique, namely through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of the research show that parents' motivation in increasing the memorization of the Al-Qur'an by students at the Riyadlul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Mojokerto is in the good category. This is proven by: The students are more disciplined and focused in memorizing the Al-Quran, the relationship between the students' teachers and parents is well established, the memorization targets are fulfilled according to boarding school standards, and the students' memorization is getting faster and better. Several supporting factors in student motivation are: The student's intelligence factor, the student's age, and sufficient and flexible time to memorize. While the inhibiting factors are; The emergence of laziness in students, students' difficulty in memorizing and students' boredom in memorizing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Religious Habits on the Morals of 8th Grade Students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan Nganjuk. This study uses a quantitative approach, because the data obtained is presented in the form of numbers and analysis based on statistics. The data that will be presented in the form of numbers in this study are religious habits and moral data taken from the research object. While the data collection methods used in this study are: Observation method, Documentation method and Questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: religious habits have an influence on the morals of 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan Nganjuk with a correlation coefficient of 0.602. This means that religious habits carried out by 8th grade students have a high influence on their morals. The coefficient of determination value in SPSS v.25 data processing is 0.355.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran membaca al-Quran dengan metode yanbua pada anak di TPQ Miftachul Jinan Sentul Tembelang Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan defkriptif kualitatif. Sumber datanya menggunakan sumber data primer dan skunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan langkah-langkah Reduksi Data (data reduction), Penyajian Data (data display) dan Penarikan Kesimpulan (verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi pembelajaran membaca dengan metode Yanbu’a dia TPQ Miftachul Jinan dapat digambarkan sebagai berikut : a) Kegiatan pembelajaran mengaji dibagi perkelas sesuai dengan jilid masing-masing anak jilid/juz 1 terdiri dari 28. b) Cara yang dilakukan oleh ustadzah sudah mengikuti sesuai yang ada didalam buku paduan Metode Yanbua. c) Materi yang diajarkan yakni materi membaca bersama-sama dengan dibimbing oleh ustadzah dengan menggunakan alat peraga, selain itu ada juga materi tambahan seperti hafalan doa sehari-hari, surat-surat pendek, kata mutiara dan lainnya yang sudah terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

The method is a set of ways, paths and techniques used by the teacher (educator) in the teaching and learning process so that students (students, students) achieve specific learning goals or competencies formulated in the curriculum, syllabus and subjects. Islamic Education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state accordingly with the teachings of Islam for happiness to live in the world and the world. To give birth to qualified students, the right method is needed in providing learning material, as contained in several verses in the Al-Qur'an that explain the method of education. Among them are, the tamstsil method (parables), the qashashi method (stories or stories), the exemplary method, the ibrah and mau'izhah methods (interpreting and advice), the targhib and tarhib methods (Reward and Punishment).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of religious local content teachers in motivating children to learn the Qur'an at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Fatah Japanan Mojowarno Jombang. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection uses observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire techniques, with inductive analysis techniques and relative frequency distribution. The research results show that: (1). Profile of teachers of local religious content at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Fatah Japanan Mojowarno Jombang not only teaches the Koran but also teaches Al-Qur'an Hadith and Fiqh subjects. (2). The motivation of children to learn the Qur'an at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Fatah Japanan Mojowarno Jombang can be said to be quite good. This can be seen from the results of distributing the questionnaire to 25 students or respondents, that the learning motivation of children in the high category reached 12%, the medium category reached 72%, and the low category reached 16%. (3). The role of the religious local content teacher in motivating children to study the Qur'an at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Fatah Japanan Mojowarno Jombang is: (a) providing guidance. (b) creating a conducive and enjoyable classroom atmosphere. (c) give an assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Concept of Compassion and Advice in Seeking Knowledge (Analysis Study of QS. At-Thaha Verse 44 and the Book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim by Syaikh Az-Zarnuji). This study is a Library Research with a qualitative approach, taking the background of QS. Thaha Verse 44 and the Book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim by Az-Zarnuji. Data collection uses documentation methods in the form of books, scientific journals and e-books. While data analysis uses the inductive method. The results of the study show that: The concept of compassion and advice in seeking knowledge in QS. At-Thaha verse 44 from the perspective of Ibn Kathir's interpretation contains lessons and advice, which tells the story of Pharaoh at the peak of arrogance and pride, while the Prophet Moses was the chosen person of Allah SWT who was ordered not to speak to Pharaoh but to speak gently. In the Book of Talim Al-Muta'allim Imam Az-zarnuji conveys that a teacher must have a compassionate nature and always provide motivation in the form of advice to his students and a student must have good qualities far from bad qualities in seeking knowledge.
