Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak menuju ke masa dewasa. Pada tahapan ini, terjadi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan baik secara fisik, mental, dan sosial emosional. Masa remaja dianggap sebagai masa rentan terhadap penyimpangan perilaku disebabkan pengaruh hormonal dan emosional yang masih labil. Data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) (2020) menemukan bahwa pada tahun 2018, persentase perkawinan anak mencapai 11% yang diasumsikan 1 dari 9 perempuan berumur 20-24 tahun menikah sebelum berusia 18 tahun. Pendewasaan usia perkawinan merupakan program penundaan perkawinan dan kehamilan di usia muda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan remaja tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan dan dampaknya bagi kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas X di SMA Bhinneka Karya 2 Boyolali. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling, didapatkan sampel sejumlah 40 responden. Data penelitian adalah data primer, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner pengetahuan tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan dan dampaknya bagi kesehatan reproduksi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariate dengan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat dengan uji korelasi rank spearman dan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan remaja tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan dan dampaknya bagi kesehatan reproduksi adalah faktor tingkat pendidikan orangtua dengan nilai p-value 0,014 < 0,05 dan faktor budaya perkawinan anak dengan nilai p-value 0,010 < 0,05. Namun, pada faktor sumber informasi didapatkan nilai p-value 0,191 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan sumber informasi dengan pengetahuan remaja tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan dan dampaknya bagi kesehatan reproduksi. Disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan orangtua dan budaya berhubungan dengan pengetahuan remaja, namun sumber informasi tidak berhubungan dengan pengetahuan remaja mengenai pendewasaan usia perkawinan.

Abstract

YouTube has become one of the most popular and frequently accessed platforms by parents to find various sources of learning and entertainment for their children. Developing communication and imagination skills in preschool children can open the door to creativity and problem-solving that will shape how they interact with the world. Parents must play an active role in forming a solid foundation for preschool children’s communication and imagination skills. This study aims to analyze parents’ perspectives on using YouTube on children’s imagination and communication skills. The research method uses the Structural Equation Model. The sample size for this study is 100 parents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, using the criteria of parents with preschool-aged children and a habit of watching YouTube in Boyolali, Indonesia. The results showed that according to the parent’s perspective, preschool children’s habit of watching YouTube significantly influences their imagination and communication skills. The perspective of parents directly involved in preschool children’s learning process can be a revolutionary tool in shaping communication and imagination skills. Parents who are directly involved in their children’s learning process through YouTube have the power to create immersive and enjoyable learning experiences, bridging the gap between technology and the development of children’s communication skills and imagination in innovative and impactful ways. This research contributes to increasing the understanding of digital media integration in early childhood education and how parents can leverage technology to support the development of essential skills in children.

Abstract

Children who experience stunting in the early stages of life up to five years of age will not reach their maximum physical and mental/intelligence potential in adulthood. The problem of stunting is in the world's attention, and it is evident that one of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to reduce cases of stunting worldwide. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the history of CED in pregnant women and the incidence of stunting. This research method is analytic with a case-control retrospective approach. The sampling technique used was proportional sampling, which in this study was divided into two groups, namely 24 groups of toddlers with stunting and a control group of 24 toddlers who were not stunted in Kacangan Village, Andong District, Boyolali Regency, Indonesia. The results show a significant relationship between the history of CED during pregnancy and the incidence of stunting. It is hoped that midwives can provide counseling and monitor the nutritional status of pregnant women, bearing in mind that if the nutritional status of pregnant women is good, it can reduce the incidence of stunting in toddlers. The contribution of this research is to provide information regarding the importance of the nutritional status of pregnant women.
