Years Ago, the Minangkabau tribe Community in West Sumatera as the the largest matrilineal in the world, has a communal economic system based on the Minangkabau tradition with a proto-democratic system. This paper aims to analyze the comparison of traditional economies with Islamic economics. The research method is descriptive qualitative by conducting surveys and focused group discussion (FGD). The results show Minang people who obey the Islamic rules and Minang custom do not carry out the Islamic economy system. It is because the influence of social and cultural side such as the capitalist economy system. As a result, there will be less togetherness between people based on the philosophy of "Adat Basandi Sa'arak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah".

Background: Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer and the second leading cause of death in the world. One of the supporting therapeutic efforts to overcome cancer is through food, mainly fruits. Ananas comosus has been investigated for its potential as an anti-cancer. It is a source of antioxidants from the content of Vitamin C and flavonoids that work by capturing free radicals, resulting in inhibition of cancer cell proliferation.Objective :This study was conducted to determine the antioxidant activity and cytotoxicity of water extract of Ananas comosus on T-47D breast cancer cell lines.Method: The process of extracting pineapple flesh is done using water as a solvent, then tested its antioxidant activity using DPPH and cytotoxicity using MTT assay on T-47D.Result: IC50 value for antioxidant activity was 463.369 Î¼g / mL and the IC50 for the cytotoxicity assay was 488.003 Î¼g / mL.Conclusion : The water extract of Ananas comosus have very weak antioxidant activity and moderate cytotoxicity properties that have potential as chemo preventive agents in T-47D breast cancer cell lines.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of profit sharing and financing ceilings on Non Performing Financing in Islamic Banking. The effect of the level of profit sharing on Non-Performing Financing, as well as the effect of the financing ceiling on Non-Performing Financing in Islamic Banking in the City of Bukittinggi. The population in this study, a number of 35 debtors of Islamic banks whose businesses are classified as micro, small and medium enterprises that trade in Bukittinggi City. Data collection is based on the census method, namely the number of respondents in the population is the same as the sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The variables in this study use the independent variables, namely the level of profit sharing (X1) and the financing ceiling (X2) while Non-Performing Financing (Y) is the dependent variable. The results of the study obtained the equation Y = 0.315 + 0.520X1 + 0.867X2, the significance value of the profit-sharing rate variable (X1) is 0.016 and the financing ceiling (X2) is 0.000 which means that there is a significant and positive effect on the profit-sharing rate (X1) on non-performing financing (Y) of Islamic banking, traders in Bukittinggi have a significant and positive influence on the financing ceiling (X2) on non-performing financing of Islamic banking in Bukittinggi City.

The purpose of this study is to see how much influence fintech has on the operational development of Sharia Rural Bank or BPRS in an area, in West Sumatra. Fintech is an innovation in the field of financial services or banking financial institution services, one of which is to support financial inclusion programs. The development of digital financial technology, including in the Islamic financial services industry, undeniably affects financial mechanisms in operational activities, especially in financing products. Fintech is a potential economic force to be developed in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which consists of thousands of islands. With the development of technology, especially fintech, Sharia Rural Bank or BPRS must follow or adjust financing services to debtors and prospective debtors by adopting fintech in operational activities. Technological developments that require BPRS to follow and adjust services to debtors (mudharib) so that BPRS can grow and develop.

Salah satu kegiatan ekonomi khususnya di bidang perdagangan yang saat ini sedang mendapat perhatian khususdari pemerintah, bahkan sedang berkembang pesat adalah bisnis dengan sistem waralaba. Bisnis dengan sistem waralaba pada dasarnya adalah sebuah metode pendistribusian barang dan jasa kepada masyarakat konsumen. Bisnis waralabaadalah tren bisnis masa depan dengan risiko kegagalan yang kecil dimana pertumbuhannya sangat pesat dan memberi warna tersendiri dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Popularitas bisnis waralaba sebagai suatu cara pemasaran dan distribusibarang dan jasa memang semakin meningkat. Sebagai salah satu sistem pemasaran yang efektif, keberadaan waralaba dianggap mampu menjangkau pangsa pasar suatu jenis produk ke seluruh Indonesia. Besarnya peluang bisnis waralaba di Indonesia menjadikan waralaba baik asing maupun lokal bermunculan dan mengalami peningkatan yang sangat luarbiasa. Untuk seorang pemula dalam dunia bisnis, bentuk waralaba ini merupakan alternatif untuk memulai sebuah bisnis.

Narkotika adalah zat atau obat yang berasal dari tanaman atau bukan tanaman, baik sintetis maupun semisintetis, yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan atau perubahan kesadaran, hilangnya rasa, mengurangi sampai menghilangkan rasa nyeri dan dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan yang dubedakan ke dalam golongan-golongan sebagaimana terlampir dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Tujuan pengabdian untuk memberikan informasi kepada para remaja tentang upaya penanggulangan narkotika. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan yakni ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan diperlukannya upaya preventif untuk menghentikan penyalahgunaan narkotika khususnya di tingkat pelajar, seperti melakukan tes urine, melakukan penyuluhan/bimbingan serta pengawasan berkelanjutan yang harus dilakukan oleh orang tua dan pihak sekolah dan peran aktif masyarakat dalam mengawasi setiap kegiatan pelajar di lingkungan masyarakat.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa studi banding ke Koperasi Anggota Guru Malaysia Berhad (KAGUM) dan Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad (ANGKASA) bertujuan untuk mempelajari sistem pengelolaan koperasi perkelapasawitan di Malaysia yang telah terbukti berhasil dalam memberdayakan anggotanya, meningkatkan produktivitas perkebunan, serta memperluas akses pasar hasil sawit secara global. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara terstruktur, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan dokumentasi langsung di lokasi koperasi. Hasil studi banding menunjukkan bahwa KAGUM dan ANGKASA menerapkan sistem manajemen koperasi yang profesional, terpisah antara pengurus dan manajemen operasional, didukung teknologi informasi, serta memiliki akses permodalan berbasis potongan gaji yang memudahkan anggotanya. Selain itu, penerapan Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), pengelolaan limbah berkelanjutan, serta kemitraan strategis dengan industri pengolahan sawit menjadi keunggulan utama koperasi di Malaysia. Pembelajaran penting dari kegiatan ini antara lain perlunya peningkatan akses permodalan koperasi sawit di Indonesia melalui skema potongan gaji, peningkatan profesionalisme pengelola koperasi, penguatan kemitraan usaha dengan industri pengolahan, serta adopsi teknologi produksi dan pascapanen modern. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan koperasi sawit rakyat di Indonesia, khususnya di Sumatera Barat, agar lebih berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan.

Legal remedies for a request for judicial review in principle do not suspend the implementation of the decision. Article 66 paragraph (2) of Law Number 14 of 1985 concerning the Supreme Court states "A request for review does not suspend or stop the implementation of a court decision", the principle regulated in this article is that the implementation of a court decision does not allow exceptions (uitzondering) to a decision or particular case. In the case that the author researched, namely cassation case number 517/K/Pdt/2020, the Chairman of the Padang Panjang Class II District Court postponed the execution on the grounds that there was a Request for Judicial Review submitted by the respondent to the execution. The problem formulation in this journal is: 1. What are the considerations of the Chairman of the Padang Panjang Class II District Court in determining the suspension of execution in cassation case No. 517/K/Pdt/2020 due to the Judicial Review efforts at the Class II District Court of Padang Panjang, 2. What is the legal analysis of the considerations of the Chairman of the Class II District Court of Padang Panjang in determining the suspension of execution for cassation case No. 517 K/Pdt/2022 due to a review effort at the Padang Panjang Class II District Court. The author conducted research using a normative juridical approach, the nature of the research is descriptive. Data collection techniques through literature study are then processed through editing and coding processes and analyzed qualitatively.
