Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui, menggambarkan, dan menganalisis faktor yang berkait dengan sikap, perhatian, tindakan, kemampuan, penampilan, dan tanggung jawab dari petugas pelayanan KTP-el. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi foto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap, perhatian, tindakan, penampilan, dan tanggung jawab sebagai petugas pemberi pelayanan masih belum mendukung pada pelayanan prima. Adapun dari sisi kemampuan untuk melayani secara prima sudah dimiliki oleh petugas pemberi layanan untuk mewujudkan pelayanan prima. This research is intended to identify, describe and analyze factors related to the attitudes, concerns, actions, abilities, appearance and responsibilities of the KTP-el service officers. The method used is a qualitative approach, in which data collection techniques use observation, interviews and photo documentation. The result of the study shows that attitudes, attention, actions, appearance and responsibilities as service providers still do not support excellent service. As for the ability side to serve excellently is already owned by service providers to realize excellent service.

Abstract

Cooperatives must be able to become the nation's economic strength that is able to improve the welfare of its members, and in the end can improve the economic welfare of the Indonesian nation. However, in reality, not all cooperatives develop as expected, and it is not uncommon for cooperatives to act as shields to seek profit for certain parties. Cooperative slump must be developed with good governance. Where there is a paradigm shift in society that was previously more on kinship leading to individualism. Therefore, the traditional management of cooperatives is no longer relevant, so it must improve with professional management. The purpose of this study is to analyzeinfluencegood corporate governanceon the performance of cooperatives in West Java. The population of this study is a cooperative located in West Java, the research method usesanalysis tool in the form of a Structural Equation Model (SEM) program through Smart PLS software. Samples were taken based on 10 times the number of items 31, namely as many as 310 samples. The results of the study show thatTransparency, Accountability, Independence and Fairness have a significant effect on cooperative performance, while Responsibility has no significant effect on cooperative performance.

Abstract

Every year the capital market in Indonesia is increasing, stocks are the investment of choice for investors. To accommodate the needs of Muslims in Indonesia, middle class people with limited financial capabilities have begun to switch to choosing Sharia shares. This study aims to determine the Marketing Mix Strategy in the form of product, price, location and promotion and Financial Capability is the right model to improve Sharia Stock Investment Decisions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting data directly from PT. Syirkah Griya Berkah by conducting observations, interviews according to the object of research. The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by the company has been going well from the targeted 100 investors, recorded 67 who have joined, where the four Marketing Strategy Variables and Financial Capability support each other and complement each other in improving Sharia Stock Investment Decisions. must further improve its strategy to compete with other stock competitors.

Abstract

It is certain that to carry out its activities each cooperative requires a certain amount of funds, both funds originating from loans and own capital. This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Cisempur Village Mitra Savings and Loans Cooperative. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Cisempur Village Partner Savings and Loans Cooperative with a total sample of 60 data for 5 years. Based on the results of the regression test in this study, it shows that cash turnover has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Cisempur Village Mitra Savings and Loans Cooperative. Accounts Receivable Turnover has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in Cisempur Village Business Partner Savings and Loans Cooperative. Cash Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover have no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Cisempur Village Business Partner Savings and Loans Cooperative.
