Abstract

Community forests are a tangible form of integration between forests as environmental buffers and providers of basic human needs, and the surrounding community as managers to benefit from forests. Community forest management is carried out by the community who must be given guidance by extension workers with a better role for community forest management. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of the community forestry program and the performance of forestry extension workers. The research will be carried out at UPTD KPH Pematang Neba and UPTD KPH Batu Serob. Respondents for this research were forestry extension workers from the Lampung Provincial Forestry Service who were spread throughout the UPTD KPH, amounting to only 118 people. The research was conducted in August – October 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method. The relationship between the implementation of the HKm program and the performance of forestry instructors was analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that the relationship between the implementation of the HKm program and the performance of the forestry instructor was 0.556 with a significance value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that the implementation of the HKm program and the performance of the forestry instructor had a significant positive relationship. Abstract

One of the government's efforts to accelerate development in disadvantaged, deepest and outermost regions is through the Village Fund Policy. One of the obligations after the issuance of Law No. 6 of 2014 is the implementation of BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises). The study aims to analyze the contribution of Village Funds in the development of BUMDes in Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with village officials and managers of BUMDes and field observations. The results of this study indicate that village funds in Hanura Village have contributed to the development of BUMDes. In 2018 the Hanura Village Government budgeted costs for the Procurement of Infrastructure Production Activities for Agriculture / livestock / fisheries production of Rp. 12,265,000.00. Then the Budget for Procurement of Marketing Infrastructure Activities (Shop and Cooperative Development) is Rp. 104,700,000.00, and the Community Economic Business Development and Establishment Activities (for other Capital Equipment and Machine Expenditures and animal and livestock capital expenditures) of Rp. 39,999,997.00. The business units owned by BUMDes Conscience include: 1) Market Management, 2) Product and Service Units, 3) Home Industry. One of the BUMDes marketing strategies is through online sales through the BUMDes website.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: 1) Peranan stakeholders (Pemerintah Pekon, Pengurus BUM Pekon, Masyarakat), 2) Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, 3) Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei pada masyarakat Pekon Parda Haga di Kecamatan Lemong Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu: 1) secara sengaja (purposive sampling) terdiri dari pemerintah pekon, pengelola BUM Pekon, dan Masyarakat yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan BUM Pekon Parda Haga, 2) secara acak (proporsional random sampling) menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan total sampel sebanyak 46 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji statistika non parametrik Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitiaan menunjukkan bahwa peranan stakeholders dalam pengelolaan BUM Pekon Parda Haga telah dilakukan dengan cukup baik, tingkat partisipasi masyarakat secara keseluruhan termasuk ke dalam klasifikasi sedang, faktor-faktor yang berhubungan nyata dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan BUM Pekon yaitu tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan, dan motivasi, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak berhubungan nyata dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan program BUM Pekon Parda Haga yaitu umur anggota dan luas lahan garapan. Abstract

This research aims to find out the level of participation of rice farmers in the AUTP Program, and factors related to the participation of rice farmers in the AUTP Program. This research was conducted in Bulukarto Village, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency. Data collection on this study was conducted in June-July 2021. The respondents to this study were 82 rice farmers who were members of the farmer group. The study used survey methods, descriptively analyzed data and Rank Spearman statistics. The results showed that participation in the planning stage was in the low category, while the participation of the program implementation, evaluation, and utilization of results was in the high category. Factors related to farmer participation are: Formal education, farmer motivation, knowledge of the program, number of family dependents, and frequency of follow-up counseling. Abstract

This study aims to find out the level of behavior of rice crop farmers and factors related to farmers' adaptation behavior to climate change in Rantau Fajar Village, North Raman Subdistrict, East Lampung Regency. The study was conducted in August-September 2021. The respondents numbered 84 farmers, who were obtained by random sampling. The study used survey methods with a quantitative descriptive approach, and was analyzed using spearman rank correlation tests. The results of this study show that the behavior of farmers' adaptation in the face of climate change is in a high category, which is seen based on the level of knowledge and attitudes of farmers who have understood climate conditions, although in the skills of farmers there is still a need for an increase in behavior. Factors related to farmers' adaptation behavior to climate change are: Long-Standing Farming, Farmer's Crowing Level, Extension Support, Government Support, and Farmer Group Support. Abstract

This research aimed to determine factors that related to the role of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu manager, the changes of customer’s income before and after being a member of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu, and obstacles were impression by BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu manager to carry out their duties. The research was conducted on Gisting Bawah Village of Gisting Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency purposively. The samples of this research were 10 persons of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu manager and 46 customers who is the members of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu. The research data collection was conducted from March 2017 until April 2017. The research data was analyzed descriptively, by Rank Spearman and t test difference. The results showed that: there is definite relationship between human resource quality variable and work environment with the role of manager of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu and there is no definite relationship between customers’ support and wage or salary with the role of manager of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu; there is a change in the customers income level who are members’ of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu between before and after being a members of BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu, and obstacles were impression by BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu manager were capital and customer complaint problem.Key words: BUM Pekon Mandiri Bersatu, customer, income, management, role

Abstract

This study aims to examine participation level of farmer group members, farmer group dynamics, rice production increase, and the relationship between the the participation, group dynamics and rice production increase in Cintamulya Village, Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency.  Respondents in this study were 85 farmers. The study was conducted in August - September 2017.  The research method used was a survey method using a quantitative descriptive analysis method.  The relationship among variables are analyzed using nonparametric statistics Spearman rank correlation test.  The results showed that the participation rate of farmer group members is in a low category, group dynamics is in less dynamic category, and increase production is included in a low category.  There are significant relationships between the level of participation of members of farmer groups and farmer group dynamics, the level of participation and production increase, and group dynamics and production increase.  Key words: group dynamics, production increase, participation

Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian merupakan upaya untuk dapat mengubah sikap, pengetahuan, dan perilaku petani. Pengembangan kemampuan petani dapat dilakukan melalui komunikasi yang efektif terhadap kelompok tani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) dan menganalisis hubungan antara pola komunikasi PPL dan efektivitas kelompok tani. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi dengan metode Rank Kendall’s-tau. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PPL di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja Kabupaten Lampung Utara menerapkan komunikasi dengan pola satu arah, dua arah dan multi arah. Pola komunikasi dua arah merupakan pola yang paling efektif diantara PPL dan kelompok tani di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Hasil pengujian hipotesis rank Kendall’s-tau menunjukkan terdapat hubungan nyata antara pola komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh PPL dengan efektivitas kelompok tani di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Efektivitas kelompok tani dan komunikasi penyuluh memiliki hubungan yang erat dan saling mempengaruhi. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pola komunikasi dua arah dan multi arah yang didukung dengan peningkatan frekuensi dan intensitas penyuluhan menjadi kunci dalam mencapai efektivitas kelompoktani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberdayaan anggota E-Warong KUBE selama menjadi anggota E-warong KUBE. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Sosial Kota Metro dengan responden sebanyak 95 anggota. . E-Warong (Elektronik Warung) KUBE adalah unit usaha di bidang perdagangan sembako yang bekerja sama dengan bank penyalur dan telah ditetapkan oleh Menteri Sosial sebagai tempat penyalur bantuan sosial dan tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan bahwa bantuan yang diterima masyarakat tepat sasaran Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Tingkat keberdayaan anggota elektronik warong kelompok usaha bersama di Kota Metro termasuk berada pada tingkat berdaya.hal tersebut terlihat dari peranan Dinas Sosial Kota Metro berpengaruh langsung pada proses monitoring dan pendampingan setiap proses yang dilaksanakan oleh E-warong KUBE, kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan saat akan proses penyaluran bantuan sosial hingga evaluasi setelah proses penyaluran selesai.

Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi ibu rumah tangga dalam program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Kemiling Kota Bandarlampung. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021. Responden penelitian ini adalah 30 ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam kelompok wanita tani. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis sensus dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Mekar Agung termasuk dalam kategori sedang (56,67 persen). Ibu rumah tangga tidak dapat sepenuhnya mengikuti kegiatan pada program KRPL karena mengerjakan pekerjaan rumahtangga, seperti memasak, membersihkan rumah, dan mengurus anak-anak. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan partisipasi ibu rumah tangga, yaitu pengetahuan program, umur, motivasi anggota, sifat kosmopolit, dan penghasilan suami.
