Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berjudul Peningkatan Kualitas Sistem Pelaporan Manajemen Keuangan Koperasi menunjukkan bahwa koperasi tersebut belum melakukan manajemen keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi dan belum menggunakan sistem komputerisasi akuntansi dalam sistem pelaporan keuangannya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah : (1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota Koperasi Tirta Manggar PDAM Kota Balikpapan tentang teknis pembukuan manajemen keuangan koperasi; (2) Meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus koperasi menggunakan sistem komputerisasi akuntansi dalam sistem pelaporan keuangannya sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembukuan manajemen keuangan koperasi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dirancang kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yaitu : (1) Sosialisasi teknis pembukuan manajemen keuangan koperasi dan sistem pelaporan berbasis komputerisasi akuntansi; (2) Pelatihan sistem komputerisasi akuntansi dan teknis pembukuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 60 responden. Ada tiga variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi profesional guru, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer program SPSS v23 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang diperoleh. terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, serta kompetensi professional guru yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja guru. Dari hasil secara simultan dan parsial yang berarti model regresi tersebut signifikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Incentive, Motivation, and Work Environment variables on the performance of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used where the researcher only used sales employees as a sample, totaling 44 people. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Incentives, Motivation, and Work Environment variables had a significant effect on sales performance. Partially, the Incentive, Motivation, and Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, work training and work discipline on employee morale at PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. The population in this study were 141 employees of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. By using a purposive sampling technique, the sample used was 81 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS to manage data. The results of this research indicate that the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the Work Spirit of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. The Job Training variable has a positive and significant effect on the Work Spirit of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan. The Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the Work Spirit of PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa Balikpapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, motivation, and discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The sampling technique in this study is a census with a sample of 46 employees. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and SmartPLS was utilized for data analysis. The findings reveal that compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The motivation variable has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The discipline variable has a positive and significant impact onĀ  employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The most dominant variable is motivation.

Supervisors: Mr. Tamzil Yusuf and Mr. Imam Arrywibowo SU. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ronabasa Balikpapan. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with a total sample of 45 employees. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. This research utilizes Smart-PLS to process the data. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership, communication, and motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence of work discipline and motivation variables on the performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees, as well as to determine the indirect effect of work discipline on performance with motivation as a mediating variable for Balikpapan city transportation service employees. This research used a sample of 53 respondents with a questionnaire data collection method and analysis tools assisted by PLS software. The results show that (1) work discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on the motivation and performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees; (2) motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees; (3) Indirectly, work discipline influences the performance of transportation service employees by mediating motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee satisfaction of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 83 employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS 3 in processing data. The results of this study indicate that the motivation variable affects the job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The compensation variable affects the job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. Work environment variables affect job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Abstract

The bookkeeping training for MSMEs in Balikpapan Tengah District aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSMEs groups in calculating, recording, bookkeeping, and managing business finances. This training is expected to help the development of MSMEs, ultimately enhancing competitiveness and community welfare. The activities were carried out through training and mentoring using the siApik application, starting with a survey of participants who own or mentor MSMEs in the district. The results of the training are expected to improve participants' skills in structured financial bookkeeping and to enhance their understanding of using the siApik application to boost MSMEs performance.
