Abstract

The effectiveness of work needs to be considered because it has a great effect on the interests of the organization. Effectiveness means that a pre-planned goal can be achieved or in other words the goal achieved due to the activity process. Effectiveness can also be viewed so that the implementation of administration more achieves the results as planned, achieves the goals to be achieved and more successfully useful or appropriate. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines on the effectiveness of employee work in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Sumatra Province.  This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to find out the influence or relationship between free variables and bound variables. The results showed that partial work conflicts had a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially, individual characteristics have a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially discipline has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Simultaneously the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work.

Abstract

This study examines the framework of the basic research model for Self-Congruity formed based on the dimensions of Actual-Self Congruity, Ideal-Self Congruity, Social-Self Congruity, Ideal-Social Self Congruity, Avoidance Similarty and Consumption Status. The framework of the research model refers to self-theoy and social identity theory because this research model was studied to see how much influence self-congruity has on hedonistic users and utilitarian users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan in 2015 to 2017 using Du Pont's analysis.By using the Du Pont analysis method, it can find out: 1) the development of Net Profit Margin from 2015-2017, 2) the development of Total Asset Turn Over from 2015-2017, 3) the development of Return on Investment from 2015-2017. The analysis of Du Pont System analyzes health which includes the level of efficiency of asset use and measuring the level of profit on the sale of products produced by PT. Perkeunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan.Financial performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, which is measured by ROI analysis using the Du Pont System method, is still not good. This can be seen from the assessment of the Du Pont System elements, namely NPM which is not efficient for three years, namely 2015 with 33% NPM, TATO 0.40 times, ROI 13.2%, 2016 NPM 15%, TATO 0, 13 times, ROI of 1.95%, 2017 results of NPM 20%, TATO 0.12 times, ROI of 2.4%. And the ROI value that always goes up and down where the value of ROI in 2016 has decreased from the value of 2015, then in 2017 has increased.

Abstract

Bank BRI adalah salah satu bank milik pemerintah terbesar di Indonesia, karena kehadiran bank sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat atau nasabah untuk menyimpan uang mereka kedalam tabungan, deposito, rekening giro, dan lain sebagianya.Manfaat ini bisa membuat para nasabah merasa aman ketika hendak menabungdi bank. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap pegawai, dan pengaruh pengembangan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bank BRI.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang karyawan yang dijadikan sample sebanyak 40 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner, tehnik data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptip, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F, Uji t dan uji R2.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji T dimana t hitung X1 = 2.821 dengan taraf signifikan 0.008, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t dimana t hitung X2=3.835 dengan taraf signifikan 0.000, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between remuneration, work environment and competence to the job satisfaction of the Workers at the Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Siti Banun. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Fifty five become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (remuneration, work environment and competence). Remuneration is significant for 0,003 which can be concluded that remuneration affects job satisfaction (hypothesis 1 accepted). Work environment has significant value 0,001 which can be concluded that quality of work environment (hypothesis 2 accepted). Competence variable has significant value 0,001 which means that competence influences job satisfaction (hypothesis 3 accepted). Research results show that remuneration, work environment and competence all positively influence the job satisfaction of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than α (α=0,05). So, it can be said that remuneration, work environment and competence influence positively the job satisfaction of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di UD. Az-Zahra Bakery and Cake Shop di Medan. UD. Az-Zahra Bakery and Cake Shop merupakan usaha dagang  yang bergerak dibidang produksi makanan, khususnya roti. Diketahui tingkat pertumbuhan kinerja dalam pencapaian target mengalami penurunan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja  berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada UD. Az-Zahra Bakery and Cake Shop di Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 karyawan pada UD. Az-Zahra Bakery and Cake Shop di Medan. Menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel konflik kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UD. Az-Zahra Bakery and Cake Shop di Medan. Berdasarkan uji F variabel konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan pada UD. Az-Zahra Bakery and Cake Shop di Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of work discipline, work environment and work culture appraisal partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai Jalan Jambi No.1, Rambung Barat, Binjai Selatan., Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, kode pos 20722, with a population of 101 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work discipline has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,223 < 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work environment has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,992 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work culture appraisal has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (11,210 > 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (56,432 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work discipline, work environment and work culture appraisal on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

Abstract

Human resources in an organization are very important where human resources are needed in an organization for the progress of the organization. Employees are one of the components that determine the success of work activities within the organization. Serious attention must always be given to managing human resources, in this case employees. Work performance is the result of work that a person has achieved from their work behavior in carrying out work activities. In line with the development of the times and technology, one of the government agencies, namely the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), East Aceh Regency, has long started making changes in implementing administration, work mechanisms and services with the aim of ensuring that the agency is able to maintain work performance. However , a phenomenon that often occurs in BAPPEDA East Aceh Regency is the low work performance of employees which causes the administrative service process to be slow and many problems often arise. The decline in employee work performance is due to the lack of employee work discipline. Another problem is the work ethic which is still lacking. low level can be seen from a lack of optimizing one's potential, lack of cooperation between employees, lack of optimizing the time given, lack of friendliness, lack of discipline in work, etc. Work discipline is the real practice of employees regarding the rules contained in an organization. An employee's career is a series of activities or behavior related to an employee's experience and work activities from the time he joins an organization/company as a new employee until the employee retires/is laid off or dies. To improve the work performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of East Aceh Regency for each employee, this cannot be separated from the work ethic, work discipline and career development that these employees believe in. Employee discipline is one of the things that greatly influences the the level of work performance of an employee himself. Career development is the process of increasing a person's work abilities which encourages an increase in work performance in order to achieve the desired career. Career development activities are supported by the agency, so the agency expects feedback from employees, namely in the form of work performance. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda East Aceh Regency). Work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on the work performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda East Aceh Regency). Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda, East Aceh Regency).
