Abstract

Abstract—Microcontrollers are now growing rapidly and are increasingly in demand on system applications control. These days, there are many microcontrollers that already in module form. One of the microcontroller module that is widely used is Arduino. Arduino is a type of board which contains a microcontroller. Combined with the ESP8266-01 module and NodeMCU makes the microcontroller can be connected via internet network. Microcontroller board device Arduino makes it possible to process the temperature reading data from the temperature sensor for support to the display unit using an android based smartphone and controlling AC temperature using Telegram. The processing result data from this Arduino board will be transmitted using wireless media connected to internet network.

Abstract

Fire is one of the disasters that often occur in Indonesia. Especially in densely populated areas that have the potential to cause problems in the event of a fire. The obstacle that occurs is that firefighters are often late in handling due to various factors, so the damage and losses due to fires are greater. This study aims to create an internet of things (iot) based fire detection system. The system uses 3 sensors, namely the Irflame fire sensor, the Mq-2 gas sensor and the Dht11 temperature sensor and are assembled on the Nodemcu ESP8266 microcontroller. In experiments that have been carried out in a 3.5 mx 3.5 m room, the fire sensor can detect a small fire up to a distance of 30 cm and a large fire of 230 cm, then it will turn on the water pump when a fire is detected. When the Mq-2 sensor detects a gas leak above 300 PPM, it will turn on the fan to decompose the gas. The DHT11 sensor reads the room temperature value continuously and is set to a minimum temperature of 32˚C, the system will give a warning from the buzzer. The result of the design of this tool is that the system can send information through the blynk application on the user's smartphone and can handle fire signs based on the designed output.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Manado, pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 33 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang berupa tes essay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar desain grafis. Dari 33 siswa, pencapaian KKM mengalami peningkatan yaitu rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 sebesar 76% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus 2 menjadi 94% yang tuntas. Hal ini jelas menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2. Dengan demikian, siklus 2 sudah memenuhi indikator pencapaian hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital merupakan mata pelajaran baru yang dirancang untuk menggantikan mata pelajaran KKPI pada tingkat SMK/MAK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAK Madani Manado yang memberikan mata pelajaran Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital pada siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital siswa kelas X MAK Madani Manado. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) di mana data diperoleh setelah di lakukan tindakan berupa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus untuk mencapai ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal yaitu 75% dari siswa kelas X telah memperoleh nilai minimal ≥75. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, hal ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, pada siklus I dengan hasil sebanyak 12 siswa tuntas belajar dengan presentasi keberhasilan adalah 52% sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 21 siswa tuntas belajar dengan presentasi keberhasilan adalah 91% berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pemebelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X MAK Madani Manado.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has a way of working, namely, using an argument from programming language algorithms that have been made and well structured. Each argument that has been formed will display an interaction that will make the tool move according to the inputted argument, so that the tool no longer needs assistance from humans and how to operate automatically or use the internet network for remote control. The implementation of IoT (Internet of Things) tools can also be carried out in the livestock sector, especially chicken farming, to control the situation in chickens in the form of: ammonia gas levels, water pH, temperature and humidity. In this study using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic algorithm method which is implemented on the IoT device to be made, the use of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic algorithm is very suitable for applying reasoning and the many rules that often change on the variables above

Abstract

This study designed and implemented a web-based queuing system at the Pangolombian Health Center. The method applied is the waiting line method with the waterfall system development method. This system uses PHP and MySQL as the programming language and database. Key features include patient registration, scheduling, calling, and real-time queue status display. After implementation, functionality and performance testing is carried out. The results show that this web-based queuing system improves efficiency and patient experience. Patients can register and schedule queues online, reducing waiting times. Automatic queue calling makes it easier for puskesmas staff. Staff and schedule management features help manage queues more efficiently. This research produces an efficient and convenient web-based queuing system. This system has the potential to provide a better experience for patients by reducing waiting times and long queues. This system also assists puskesmas staff in managing queues efficiently. The results of this study can contribute to developing a web-based queuing system at puskesmas and other health institutions

Abstract

The soil moisture regulation system in mustard plants is an important part of ensuring optimal plant growth. In this study, we tested a soil moisture regulation system using fuzzy logic over a 7-day period. The test was carried out by watering in the morning and evening, according to the needs of mustard plants which require soil moisture to be maintained in the range of 50-70%. Soil moisture data was taken at 6:00 am and 4:30 pm using a soil moisture sensor. Tests were also conducted using Blynk software to visually monitor soil moisture. The test results show that the system is able to adjust the watering duration based on the measured soil moisture, in accordance with the rules set in fuzzy logic. Although there are variations in soil moisture every day, the system can still function well in maintaining soil moisture in the desired range

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed people's life patterns by enabling easy access to information via smart devices such as smartphones. One of the pressing needs is easy access to information on nearby health services, especially in emergency situations or to get timely treatment. This research aims to develop an Android-based health service search application by utilizing the Haversine algorithm and Google Maps API. The Google Maps API was chosen because of its ability to provide accurate location data and various visualization features that help users navigate. The result of this research is a health service search application that utilizes the Haversine algorithm to calculate the distance between users and the nearest health facility to easily find health services that suit their needs based on the closest location. Application testing shows satisfactory results, with a high level of accuracy in determining the location of the nearest health facility. This application is expected to be an effective solution in making it easier for people to find the nearest health services quickly and efficiently via their smart devices.

Abstract

The Internet of Things is a dynamic and rapidly evolving technology concept in which physical objects and electronic devices are connected to the internet, enabling data exchange and control between devices. In an effort to increase the efficiency of irrigation systems in rice fields, Internet of Things technology can be a very potential solution. IoT enables real-time data collection from various sensors installed in the field, enabling smarter and more timely decisions. However, to optimize management of rice fields, a method is needed that is able to manage sensor data well, and the Tsukamoto fuzzy method is one method that is able to provide this solution. The aim of this research is to increase the efficiency of water use in irrigation systems, reduce costs associated with irrigation systems, to develop a system that can make automatic decisions based on IoT sensors and the Tsukamoto Method. This research was carried out in Remboken sub-district, North Sulawesi on irrigated rice fields. The method used is the Tsukamoto method in controlling and solving existing problems. With a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities, it is possible to create Internet of Things solutions that are useful and safe.
