Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang minat belajar siswa dan manajemen pembelajaran matematika di SMAN 1 Kualuh Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Siswa-siswi di SMAN 1 Kuauh Selatan memiliki minat belajar pada mata pelajaran matematika yang beragam, diperlukan peran guru dalam membangkitkan sikap positif dan merancang pembelajaran matematika dibutuhkan agar perlahan-lahan dapat menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa terhadap matematika; 2) Untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa guru lebih mengoptimalkan dalam merencanakan komponen komponen yang ada dalam RPP yaitu tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, sumber belajar, dan penilaian pembelajaran; 3) Pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar matematika diantaranya yaitu pengorganisasian kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, guru, serta pengorganisasian siswa; 4) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dilakukan dalam tiga kegiatan yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup dengan tetap menjaga perhatian siswa agar fokus dalam pembelajaran; 5) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan jenis evaluasi formatif dan sumatif.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see how strategic management planning is carried out by teachers in improving the quality of education in schools. whether in this strategic management planning there is an increase in the quality of education or not. Therefore, we want to interview one or several teachers to get data or results from what they feel while in school at this time whether the planning has improved the quality of education effectively or there is no improvement in the quality of education. And this time we will see it in the research we will do at the 115509 Simpang Marbau Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture in public high schools in Medan, to determine the performance of public high school teachers and to find out whether there is an influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in state high schools in Medan. . This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kuala Selatan, Labura which consisted of 7 respondents. This type of research used is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that communication and teacher content had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how mathematics teachers' learning management works. The research methodology uses qualitative research methods, the approach used in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation. The informant in this research was a mathematics teacher. This research data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this research uses source triangulation, method triangulation, theory triangulation. The research results show that mathematics teachers who implement good learning management, such as careful planning, use of appropriate learning media, and continuous evaluation, are able to increase student participation in the learning process. In addition, strategies such as problem-based learning, cooperative learning, and the use of educational technology have also proven effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.

This article aims to evaluate the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program at SMAN 1 Kualuh Selatan Labuhan Batu Utara. This type of research is descriptive evaluation research where data is collected mainly through surveys, namely interviews, observation and distribution of questionnaires to research subjects.
