Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru bagi siswa siswi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Cara pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian mendapatkan hasil bahwa dalam strategi pembelajaran guru B.Inggris di MAN 2 MODEL melakukan strateginya dengan matang agar tumbuh kembang siswa sesuai dan terarah dan juga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini sesuai dengan strategi yang telah dibuat dan juga dapat sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran itu sendiri. Penialaian pembelajaran sudah mencapaitujuan yang sudah dibuat oleh guru Bahasa Inggris di MAN 2 MODEL MEDAN.

Abstract

The principal in his position as a supervisor is obliged to foster teachers to become good educators and teachers. For teachers who are good, the quality can be maintained and for teachers who are not good, it can be developed to be better. Meanwhile, all good and competent teachers as well as those who are still weak must be sought so that they are not outdated in the learning process and the materials used as teaching materials. The principal as a supervisor must be realized in the ability to compose and implement educational supervision programs and take advantage of the results. In order for the implementation of these tasks to be carried out properly, the principal is required to have various methods and techniques of supervision, especially those relating to the implementation of the duties of teachers and employees, and job growth. Because the principal as the main leader and mover in the implementation of education and learning. Therefore, the principal has a very important role in the supervision of education. On that basis, this research is addressed to the principal. The research method is used with qualitative methods and also a descriptive approach. The study used interviews regarding the role in educational supervision.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in the world of education, especially in the implementation of technology-based policies to support the learning process. Technology-based education policies aim to improve the quality of learning through the integration of digital tools such as learning software, e-learning platforms and internet-based applications. In addition, student motivation is an important factor in the successful implementation of this technology. This research discusses the role of technology-based education policies in increasing learning effectiveness and how student motivation influences learning outcomes in the digital era. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach in educational institutions at various levels. The research results show that policies that support adequate technological infrastructure, training for teaching staff, and technology-based curriculum development can increase student engagement and achievement. On the other hand, students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is greatly influenced by digital environments that are interactive and support personal learning. Therefore, integration between technology-based education policies and efforts to increase student motivation is the key to educational success in the digital era.
