Abstract

This study aims to focus on the application of the drill method in forming students' imitation patterns in prayer practice. This research uses qualitative approach with Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were class III students MI Durrun Nafis. Validation of the research data was carried out through data triangulation, namely by using various data obtained through questionnaires, test results, and observation results. That from the drill method used by the teacher for the imitation pattern of prayer practice in class III MI Durrun Nafis students can significantly improve student skills. It is evident from movement accuracy that it experienced a increase from cycle I which obtained 76 to 97 in cycle II. While on the aspect of reading accuracy, I got 75 increased to 93 in cycle II. Furthermore, in cycle II, for student activity in praying in congregation, it became 95, which previously obtained 92. So, with this drilling method, students are trained to be actively involved in listening, responding, and demonstrating the correct movements.

Abstract

Inkontinensia urin ialah kehilangan kontrol berkemih yang bersifat sementara atau menetap. Inkontinensia urin bukan merupakan penyakit, tetapi keluhan yang mempunyai dampak medik, psikososial dan ekonomi serta dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup lansia sehingga membutuhkan terapi non farmakologis seperti senam kegel. Tujuan penelitian ini, menganilisa adanya pengaruh senam kegel yang di awali do’a terhadap inkontinensia urine pada lansia elderly di UPT pelayanan sosial tresna werdha bondowoso. Metode penelitian menggunakan Pra Eksperiment dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pra post test design, dengan populasi 90 responden dan banyak sampel berjumlah 20 responden dengan teknik non probabillity sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, dan menggunakan analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik wilcoxon Signed Rank test. Menunjukkan nilai Sig 2 tailed 0,000. Kesimpulan berarti senam kegel yang diawali do’a memiliki pengaruh yang efektif dalam terapi inkontinensia urin.

Abstract

AbstrakBayi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) rendah merupakan berat badan bayi yang lahir kurang dari 2500 gram tanpa memandang masa gestasi atau usia kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu merawat bayi BBLR sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perawatan dasar BBLR. mengetahui tingkat keterampilan ibu dalam memberikan perawatan terhadap bayi BBLR sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perawatan dasar bayi BBLR. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan rancangan one-group pra-post test design dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dalam merawat bayi BBLR. populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi BBLR yang pernah melahirkan dan dirawat di RSUD dr.H. Koesnadi Bondowoso dengan total sampel 42 responden. Uji variabel menggunakan uji paired T test. Hasil penelitian dengan uji paired T test (α=0.05) sebanyak 42 responden menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat keterampilan ibu terhadap perawatan bayi BBLR memiliki nilai signifikan 0.000, P.Value kedua kelompok penelitian ini adalah ρ=0.000, pada tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan (α= <0.05). Ada peningkatan yang signifikan dari tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat keterampilan ibu setelah diberikan edukasi perawatan dasar bayi BBLR. Kata kunci : Perawatan Dasar Bayi BBLR, Pengetahuan, keterampilan.The Effectiveness Of  Babies Basic Care Towards Knowledge and Maternal Skills Of LBW Babies  AbstractLow Birth Weight (LBW) is the weight of baby born less 2500 grams regardless of gestation or gestational age. The purpose of this research is to know the level of knowledge of mothers caring for LBW babies before and after giving basic care of  LBW babies. Knowing the level of maternal skills in providing care for LBW before and after giving basic care. This research method use sampling total with one-group pre-post test design with the aim of identifying the level of  knowledge and mothers skills in caring for LBW babies. The study population was the mother who had LBW babies who had given birth and treated at the RSUD Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso with a total sample 42 respondents. This variable test using paired T test. The result of this research with a paired T test (α = 0.05) 42 respondents indicated that the level of knowledge and the level of maternal skills towards LBW babies care had a significant value 0.000, P.Value of these two research groups was ρ = 0.000, at the level of knowledge and skills ( α = <0.05). There is a significant increase from the level of knowledge and the level of maternal skills after giving the basic caring education for LBW babies.Key words: the basic care of LBW babies, knowledge, Abilty

Abstract

In a reality, there is a gap between madrasah and school oh the quality achievement. It might be caused eitber by a high-load-curriculum in madrasah or the lack of government’s attention in service fulfillment. This condition brings upon some demands to bring back madrasah to the authority of department of national education (Depdiknas). Some perceive that madrasah are being marginalized under the autbority of department of religious affairs (Departemen Agama)- that its duty does not only bandle educationed problems. However, the department of religious affairs assures, the bringing back madrasah to depdiknas’ authority will be withering up most madrasahs- which generally are private madrasah- with its long history of  their existence. This paper will elaborate the madrasah’s management and its implementation.
