Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is pain during menstruation caused by muscle contraction and imbalance of the hormone progesterone in the blood. One of the non-pharmacological treatments is Hatha yoga therapy, which is a type of relaxation technique that can reduce pain intensity by relaxing skeletal muscles. This study was purposed to determine the effect of Hatha Yoga Therapy on Dysmenorrhoea Pain in Adolescents at Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. The design of this study was the "Quasy experiment" study using "group non-equivalent controls" which were divided into experimental groups and control groups. The study was conducted at Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School, the number of 76 adolescents was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the observation sheet. Hatha yoga intervention is carried out for 1 month with a frequency of 2 times for 40 minutes. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using Mann Whitney and Wilcoxon. This study found a decrease in the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain in the experimental group after being given hatha yoga (p-value 0,000 <α 0,05) whereas in the control group P-value = 0,102 (p> 0,05). The conclusion is that there is the influence of Hatha Yoga on the pain of dysmenorrhea in young women.Keywords: Dysmenorrhea, hatha yoga.

Abstract

Low back pain is pain that occurs in the lumbosacral region and would get worse with increasing the gestational age. The purpose of this study was to determine the decrease of the low back pain before and after doing antenatal yoga. The design of this study was quasy experiment study using unequal control groups, the group divided into experimental and control groups. The study was conducted at BPM Hj. Suharni Cermee Bondowoso, the number of respondent was 50 pregnant women that chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used an observation sheet. In this study yoga was performed 4 times in 2 weeks with a duration of 1 hour per session. Data analysis using the Paired T-Test. Statistical results showed the value of p = 0,000 <0.05. There is a significant effect of antenatal yoga to the low back pain scale in the third trimester of pregnant women.Keywords: Low back pain, pregnant women, antenatal yoga.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimed to analyze and examine the MSH (Memorize-Speak Up-Habituation) method on foreign language mastery skills, especially English. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with case study research at the LIPs (Language Intensive Program of Boarding Junior High School of Nurul Jadid) Paiton, Probolinggo. The instruments used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to support the completeness of the data. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion of research results. The findings indicated that the MSH method was applied with the stages of Memorizing new vocabulary and pronunciation, Speak Up, or integrating the use of new vocabulary in speaking activities, and habituation of foreign language activities. This study shows the implication that with the MSH method, LIPs members can master 4 English skills (listening, writing, reading, and speaking) correctly even though it requires high discipline.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengkaji penggunaan metode MSH (Memorize-Speak Up-Habituation) terhadap keterampilan penguasaan berbahasa asing, khususnya bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus di lembaga LIPs (Language Intensive Program of SMP Nurul Jadid) Paiton, Probolinggo. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini mengunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi untuk mendukung kelengkapan data. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MSH diterapkan dengan tahapan Memorize (mengingat) kosakata baru serta pelafalannya; Speak Up (berbicara) atau mengintegrasikan penggunaan kosakata baru dalam kegiatan speaking (berbicara); dan Habituation (pembiasaan) kegiatan berbahasa asing. Penelitian ini menunjukkan implikasi bahwa dengan metode MSH, anggota LIPs dapat menguasai 4 kompetensi bahasa Inggris (listening, writing, reading, speaking) dengan tepat walau membutuhkan kedisiplinan tinggi.

Abstract

This research means that teachers should help to prevent the decline of teenager’s characters, if we see from the increasing sophisticated era, education character is often eroded gradually. The teacher’s strategy to instill the character of student by interpolating the values of human behavior associated with God Almighty and humanity. The Division: (1) The hearts consisting of: Religious, honest, responsible, social care and environment care, (2) The thinking consists of: intelligent, creative, likes to read and curiosity, (3) The Body consists of: keep health of the body and the environment, (4) Exercise and initiative consists of: Caring and helping. From several of behavioral the teenager delinquency rate will decrease. Synchronized with the theory of dramaturgy, teacher is becoming an actor in the front stage area as a driving force and guide who not only transfers science but also character educators to be good generations of the nation. From back stage, teacher role as friends to be well received by students and exemplary.

Abstract

Anak prasekolah masih belum benar cara mencuci tangan yang berakibat fatal dan bisa terserang berbagai penyakit yang mengakibatkan kematian.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektifitas Metode Emo Demo dan Metode Bermain Puzzle terhadap cara mencuci tangan pada anak prasekolah di RA Raisul Anwar Kedung Rejoso Kecamatan Kotaanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo, penelitian ini di lakukan pada bulan januari dari tanggal 21-2 februari 2019. Desain penelitian ini yaitu rancangan penelitian Quasy Eksperimen dengan pendekatan two group pre-post test design dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 56 orang, di bagi dua kelompok 28 anak memakai metode Emo Demo dan 28 anak metode Bermain Puzzle dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan SAP dengan pemberian metode emo demo dan metode bermain puzzle. Analisa data dengan hasil Uji Wilcoxon pada kelompok metode emo demo didapatkan (Z = -4,644) dengan nilai P value = 0,000 dan hasilnya lebih kecil dari P ?= 0,05 p < ?, sedangkan pada kelompok metode bermain puzzle didapatkan (Z = -4,648) dengan nilai P value = 0,000 dan hasilnya lebih kecil dari P ?= 0,05 p < ?. Dan untuk membandingkan kelompok emo demo dan kelompok bermain puzzle menggunakan Uji Mann-Whitney dengan hasil(Z = -2,171) dengan nilai p = 0,030 dan ? = 0,05, jadi metode emo demo dan metode bermain puzzle dapat meningkat pengetahuan, keterampilan anak dengan cara mencuci tangan. Kata kunci : mencuci tangan, emo demo dan bermain puzzle ABSTRACT Washing an improper will be attacked by various diseases ranging from flu viruses to deadly pandemic viruses. The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness method of Emo Demo and the method of Playing Puzzles on how wash hands in preschoolers RA Raisul Anwar Kedung Rejoso, Kotaanyar sub-district, Probolinggo district, the research was conducted in january 21-2 february 2019. The design of this research is a quantitative and the design used is a Quasy Experiment with a two-group pre-post design test approach with a total sample 56 people, for a Emo Demo method of 28 respondents and for a Puzzle method of 28 people by using a purposive sampling. Data collection technique used the SAPmethod of Emo Demo and the method of Playing Puzzles. The data analysis used was the wilcoxon test on the Emo Demo group got an (Z = -2,171) with value P value = 0,000 and vield smaller than P ?= 0,05 p < ?, while in group Playing Puzzles obtained (Z = -4,648 with value P value = 0,000 and vield smaller than P ?= 0,05 p < ?. And to compare the Emo Demo Groups of Puzzle games used the mann-whitney test got an (Z = -2,171) with resultp = 0,030 and ? = 0,05 so the emo demo method and puzzle playing method can improve the knowledge of the behavior and habits of children washing their hands. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is as a study that is very important to understand, especially for Qur'an memorizers. This article discusses the class of Qur'an memorizers contained in the al-Qur'an surah Fatir verse 32, especially according to Adi Hidayat. With his educational background and life since he was a child, he was educated to love Qur'an, the preaching he conveyed could not be separated from the study of memorizing the Qur'an. Qur'an memorizers are Allah's chosen people who have been given the gift to be closer to Qur'an and the mandate to protect it. The final result of this discussion is that Adi Hidayat states that in the Qur'an there are three groups of Qur'an memorizers, namely Dzalimun Li Nafsih, Muqtashid, and Sabiqun Bil Khairat. And the fact that at this time is that memorizing the Qur'an is more focused on the number of memorization and forgetting to understand and memorize the verses that are memorized, so that memorization does not benefit him. This study uses a type of media text research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation and documentation.

Abstract

Guardianship in pesantren functions to solve the decrease of effectiveness of santri’s activities along with the increase of new santri in number within modern and semi-modern pesantren. The core values of guardianship here is an innovation in pesantren to increase impact of activities and to make ease individual monitoring towards santri’s psychological and life aspects. This research implements case study approach to Pesantren Nurul Jadid located in Probolinggo Regency. Results show several strategies in the guardianship implementation in order to substitute parental roles. First, guardians act as listeners to santri in order to collect their life-aspect information. Second, guardians are individually different from those acting as pesantren daily committee member in order to provide more private approach to santri rather than a collective one. Third, guardians act as motivators, counselors, and parents for santri during their study in pesantren.

Abstract

This paper presents a description of moral education in the view of Al-Ghazali. Includes in it about his biography and his thoughts on moral education. Moral is not just an act, not just the ability to do, and also not knowledge. However, morals are an effort to integrate itself with a situation of the soul that is ready to bring up the actions, and the situation must be inherent in such a way that the actions that emerge from it are not a moment, but become a habit in everyday life. It's just that today many challenges that can lead to moral destruction of Muslims. Therefore, Muslims should understand correctly and apply the essence of moral education in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The relationship between education and morals is very intimate, because the most perfect human is the best human morality, Al-Ghazali said morality is not a knowledge of good and evil nor nature for good and bad, nor good practice and ugly, but a state of the soul that is steady. Therefore, Muslims should understand correctly and apply the essence of moral education in accordance with the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

Objective:   Hypertension  is one of the main problems of public health, and if still a big challenge in indonesia with a high prevelention amounting to 34,1% (percent). Uncontrolled hypertension will cause  complication and death. One of the factors that can cause hypertension is a bad self management. To improve self management on hypertensive dilent is health education needs to be done.Methods:   The kind of quantitative research with Quasi Experiment design in the form of a Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group sampale selection with Simple Random Samping as many as 40 respondets 20 intervention groups, 20 control graups data collection techniaques with self management questioner (H-SCALE).Results:   Paired T-test results of the intervention group obtained a P-value of 0,000, and in the control group a P-value of 0.106 was obtained. While the results of the Independent T-test in the intervention group and the control group obtained a value of 0,000. So it can be said that there are effects and differences before and after health education is given to hypertension client self management. Conclusion:   Expected by health education obout hypertension can improve self management on hypertension drent.

Abstract

Pesantren education essentially grows and develops based on religious motivation. The purpose is to streamline broadcasting efforts (da’wah) and practice of Islamic teaching. In its implementation, it undertook the processn of fostering knowledge, attitudes and skills thatbconcern the religious aspect. So the formation of a virtuous man (al akhlaqul karimah)is in line with a consistent religious practice or istiqomah. Therefore , pondok pesantren has to print the true human expert in the field of religion (tafaqquh fiddin, transfer knowledge to society and create good person. From there embedded the formation of good morality is the power of the soul from within that encourages people to do good and prevent bad deeds, enjoin the ma’ruf and prevent the evil. From here the behavior of good behavior (akhlaq al-karimah) which will become the character of his personality. Related to the formationof personality, there is the problem of students who become measurement of success or not about the coaching personality of santri.
