Abstract

Various changes in learning methods have been made so that learning objectives can be achieved during this pandemic, one of which is by doing bold learning, so that some e-learning platforms become part that cannot be used, one of which is using the Zoom meeting application. Through zoom meetings, teachers will not only deliver material through power points or lectures, but will also demonstrate by directly interacting with students even though they are not face-to-face, one of which is nursing care material with catheter insertion. The purpose of this study was to find out about the standard procedure (SOP) for catheter insertion before and before the demonstration through a zoom meeting. This research was conducted in a nursing laboratory involving as many as 102 students from the D3 Nursing program. The method used is quantitative to see how big the difference in scores is before and after the demonstration using zoom meetings. The results of the study show that there is an increase in the average score from 30.09 to 70.11 so that it can be seen that the launch of the installation SPO through Zoom meeting can increase student scores

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between the concept of Kepler's Law in physics with Islamic teachings and the Qur'an as the main reference source used as study material that conveys the views of the Islamic religion. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this study analyzes several excerpts of verses in the letters in the Qur'an, including: Q.S. Fushshilat: 33, Q.S. Ar-Rahman: 5, Q.S. Yasin: 40 and Q.S. Al-Anbiya: 33. Physics literature as a supporter of in-depth theoretical studies. Allah states that the sun and moon, which are among the largest celestial bodies, move in their respective orbits very regularly. This movement causes changes in the seasons. By paying attention to these changes, humans can regulate various aspects of life, such as agriculture, trade, and education, and use these movements to calculate prayer times, calendars, eclipses, and so on. Kepler's Law explains the movement of planets in elliptical orbits around the sun, with Kepler's First Law stating that each planet moves in an elliptical path with the sun at one of its focuses. Kepler's second law states that an imaginary line connecting the sun and a planet sweeps out equal areas in equal times. The primary data source is the Qur'an, especially the verses, which are studied together with physics literature. The results of the study indicate that interpreting Kepler's laws in the context of the verses of the Qur'an provides a deeper understanding of the relationship between science and faith. The order of the universe described by Kepler's laws can be seen as a manifestation of the greatness and power of Allah.

Abstract

The problem with this research is the poor student learning outcomes and the lack of teachers using visual aids. This study seeks to improve the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Pinang 5 Tangerang City studying mathematics using teaching aids that focus on concrete objects. This study includes an action study in class, conducted on students at SDN Pinang 5 class III. Research II was carried out in two cycles. Planning, explaining, practicing, and reflecting on action are the four steps in each cycle. After this research was conducted, the following findings were produced. Student learning outcomes are getting better. after the teacher uses concrete object props; This was proven in the first cycle with 32 students who had a score below 70 and 20 students with a score of more than 70 in the 12th completion and the level of students who achieved a score of more than 70 increased in the second cycle to 31 students with a score of more than 70 (96.875) . In conclusion, the use of a method that uses concrete object props can improve the mathematical abilities of class III students at SDN Pinang 5 on the subject of fractions.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pinjaman online atau Pinjol semakin populer di Indonesia. Layanan ini dipromosikan sebagai solusi finansial cepat dan praktis karena dapat diakses tanpa agunan melalui platform digital. Namun, di balik kemudahan tersebut terdapat berbagai risiko, terutama dari Pinjol ilegal yang beroperasi tanpa izin resmi dari pemerintah. Data OJK tahun 2024 mencatat lebih dari 18,33 juta peminjam dengan total pinjaman mencapai Rp 66,99 triliun, yang menunjukkan tingginya ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap layanan ini. Banyak masyarakat, khususnya di pedesaan, tergiur karena kebutuhan mendesak serta minimnya pemahaman tentang syarat dan risiko. Pinjol ilegal kerap menggunakan taktik manipulatif, bunga tinggi, serta intimidasi, sehingga menjerat peminjam dalam utang berkepanjangan dan bahkan menyebabkan tekanan psikologis serius. Artikel ini membahas kegiatan penyuluhan hukum di Desa Sukadamai, Kecamatan Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang, yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai perbedaan Pinjol legal dan ilegal. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan hukum berbasis literasi keuangan, diskusi interaktif, serta studi kasus terkait praktik fintech ilegal untuk memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat mengenai perlindungan konsumen. Materi penyuluhan menekankan pentingnya mengenali perusahaan fintech yang terdaftar di OJK, membaca syarat pinjaman dengan cermat, serta melaporkan penawaran mencurigakan. Selain itu, dibahas pula fenomena praktik lokal “bank Emok” yang memiliki pola serupa dengan Pinjol ilegal melalui bunga tinggi dan tenor pendek. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Pinjol dapat menjadi alternatif pembiayaan, rendahnya literasi keuangan membuat masyarakat rentan terhadap praktik eksploitasi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kesadaran hukum dan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat sangat penting untuk mencegah korban baru. Pada akhirnya, literasi, kewaspadaan, dan edukasi hukum menjadi kunci untuk memberdayakan masyarakat agar dapat memanfaatkan teknologi finansial secara bijak sekaligus menghindari jeratan praktik ilegal.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Diorama Media to improve motivation and science learning outcomes for grade III students of UPTD SDN 1 Kedokanbunder Wetan. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted through three cycles, each consisting of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection, with research subjects being third-grade students of UPTD SDN 1 Kedokanbunder Wetan, Kedokanbunder District, Indramayu Regency. With a total of 40 students, data collection methods used were questionnaires, tests, and observations. Observations of the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model in cycle I reached 83%, observations in cycle II reached 85%, and observations in cycle III reached 87%. Students' learning motivation in cycle I reached 79%, in cycle II 82%, and in cycle III 85%. Analysis of students' learning outcomes after the action in cycle I showed an average score of 62%, after the action in cycle II the average score was 75%, after the action in cycle III the average score was 85%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model assisted by diorama media can improve learning motivation and science learning outcomes for grade III students of UPTD SDN 1 Kedokanbunder Wetan.

Abstract

Stroke merupakan suatu gangguan pada pembuluh darah otak, yang menjadi penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di seluruh dunia. Kondisi tekanan darah yang meningkat dalam waktu yang lama memicu terjadinya kerusakan lapisan pembuluh darah menjadi tidak elastis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara tekanan darah systole dan diastole terhadap kejadian stroke pada pasien yang masuk di unit gawat darurat Rumah Sakit A. Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 65 responden yang berusia 17 hinga 65 tahun, dengan analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tekanan darah systole dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan p-value 0,020, dan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tekanan darah diastolee dengan kejadian stroke dengan p-value 0,015. Simpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah tekanan darah tinggi berkontribusi sebagai penyebab kejadian stroke. Peneliti menyarankan agar pasien hipertensi melakukan daya dan upaya mengkontrol tekanan agar terhindar dari penyakit stroke
