Abstract

Education is a very important thing and will continue to grow as time goes by, in Indonesia it is rather difficult to keep up with that development. In an effort to provide quality education in a school institution, it is necessary to attract students in choosing the best department in the school. The purpose of this student's specialization in the selection of majors is very important in supporting the knowledge of higher education and the enthusiasm of these students in developing knowledge in the chosen field, such as problems that have occurred in Lolowa'u N 1 Vocational School where students choose majors in accordance with people's encouragement others without any interest in the department, resulting in a decrease in enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, the grouping of students 'data in each department is done and grouped by value, because from this value can be seen the students' enthusiasm for learning. . Data mining is one way to convert data into useful information and can produce new knowledge. The method used is clustering, this clustering method is a method of grouping data. The results obtained in this study are the results of grouping data based on values and can be determined by interested students.

Abstract

Utilization of data in the information system to support decision-making activities, is not enough to rely on operational data alone, data analysis is needed to explore the potential of existing information. Decision makers try to utilize the existing data warehouse to explore useful information to help make decisions, This encourages the emergence of the Library is to have a fairly large collection of books ranging from textbooks to encyclopedias. Library visitors are also quite a lot. The Association Rule method is one technique for searching for data that is simultaneous in one transaction, where the book loan data in the database will be formed into one item set of up to 3 items. This library has a fairly large collection of books ranging from textbooks to encyclopedias. Library visitors are also quite a lot. Visitors who in this case are students often borrow books when there are assignments from lecturers and when they want to compile a final assignment or thesis.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru di Sekolah Multi Karya dalam mengelola berkas digital secara efisien dan aman melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan Google Drive. Permasalahan mitra yang diidentifikasi meliputi ketergantungan pada penyimpanan lokal (hard disk komputer) yang rentan terhadap kehilangan data dan virus, serta kurangnya pemahaman tentang solusi penyimpanan dan manajemen berkas secara online. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari persiapan, koordinasi, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan langsung yang diikuti oleh 36 orang guru. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Komputer sekolah dengan fokus pada pengenalan fitur-fitur inti Google Drive, seperti penyimpanan cloud, pembuatan folder, berbagi dokumen, dan akses luring. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan antusiasme dan respon positif yang tinggi dari peserta. Mereka berhasil memahami dan mempraktikkan langkah-langkah dasar manajemen berkas digital menggunakan platform tersebut. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah Google Drive terbukti menjadi solusi yang efektif dan mudah diadopsi untuk mengoptimalkan tata kelola arsip digital guru, meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data, dan meningkatkan efisiensi akses dokumen. Untuk keberlanjutan, disarankan perbaikan infrastruktur internet di sekolah dan diadakannya pelatihan lanjutan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran.
