Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the strategic implementation process, and the results of recruitment by KBIHU Al-Magfiroh in order to increase the quantity of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. With a qualitative approach, this research is organized descriptively to describe the data related to the problems to be discussed. Strategic management theory in this study aims to be able to design effective and efficient implementation. The results of this study, The process of registering prospective pilgrims at KBIHU Al-Magfiroh implements a good recruitment strategy program. The implementation of the management strategy used by KBIHU Al- Magfiroh in recruiting its pilgrims uses internal and external strategies in achieving maximum results. The results of the pilgrimage recruitment strategy at KBIHU Al-Magfiroh are effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perencanaan, pemahaman staf, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi pelayanan prima di Kementerian Agama Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Cimahi pada Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelayanan prima dalam penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah di Kementerian Agama Kota Cimahi telah terealisasi melalui perencanaan yang mencakup ability, attitude, attention, action, dan accountability. Staf memahami elemen pelayanan prima seperti reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible. Faktor pendukungnya adalah kedisiplinan staf dan komitmen kerja. Faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan tim dalam memahami IT. Beberapa kebijakan juga belum terealisasi secara efektif.

Abstract

The study examines the phenomenon of a significant increase in female migrant workers in Karawang Regency, an area with the highest Regency/City Minimum Wage (MSW) in West Java. The research aims to identify the factors that drive women in Karawang to become migrant workers and analyze the impact of such migration on family welfare from the perspective of Islamic law. Using a qualitative approach, the study found that several factors, such as education level, family economic condition, social status, job competitiveness, and divorce rate, play a significant role in encouraging women to become migrant workers. The results show that women's migration has multiple positive and negative impacts on family welfare. In the context of Islamic law, the research concludes that the activities of female migrant workers are permissible.

Abstract

Purpose — The paper highlights two different opinions among scholars regarding the permissibility of cryptocurrency and explores the factors that contribute to these opinions. Additionally, the article discusses the potential risks associated with cryptocurrency, such as the lack of intrinsic value and the potential for use in illegal activities. Overall, the article seeks to provide insights into the Shariah perspective on cryptocurrency and its potential impact on the financial industry.Method — In conducting a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis on cryptocurrency, the author gathered data from previous studies, literature in English, Indonesian, and Arabic. Then, the data collected through the SWOT analysis was analyzed using the principles of mashlahah and mafsadah and the principles of maqasid al-shariah. The appropriate method for analyzing data in this study is secondary data analysis.Result — Cryptocurrency is an innovation that has never happened before, especially in the financial world. Cryptocurrency brings many benefits but also brings losses, as evidenced by the weakness of the system and external activities. Based on the SWOT analysis, it appears that the losses or mafsadah tend to be more than the mashlahah, meaning that problems and conflicts will arise if cryptocurrency is used as the official currency of a country.Contribution — The paper makes an important academic contribution by using the Islamic concept of Maqashid al-Sharia, specifically the analysis of mashlahah (benefits) and mafsadah (harms), to evaluate the potential use of cryptocurrencies as national currencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan komunikasi digital terhadap pemahaman jemaah dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji di KBIHU Maqdis Bandung. Komunikasi dilakukan melalui earphone yang terhubung ke aplikasi Telegram untuk menyampaikan arahan secara langsung di tanah suci. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan nilai t hitung 6,990 > t tabel 2,007. Persamaan regresi diperoleh Y = 45,687 + 0,315X. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,696 menunjukkan hubungan kuat, dan koefisien determinasi 0,484 menunjukkan bahwa 48,4% variasi pemahaman dijelaskan oleh komunikasi digital, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
