Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the local water company (PDAM) in Probolinggo. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive approaches and associative analysis. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), observation, documentation and literature study. The data sources used are primary data in the form of a general description of the company and the results of distributing questionnaires and secondary data in the form of explanatory quotes of variables obtained from books on related variables. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the current number of customers as many as 20,000. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed that (1) simultaneously (together) service quality, company image and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty in the municipal water company (PDAM) of probolinggo, (2) partially (separately) service quality, image company and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty in the municipal water company (PDAM) of probolinggo, (3) the most dominant customer satisfaction variable affects the variable customer loyalty in the local water company (PDAM) in Probolinggo.

Abstract

The satisfaction felt by the patient is an indicator of the quality of service in a hospital. The quality of services provided to patients will be compared between expectations and perceived reality so that they arise feeling satisfied or dissatisfied. One important factor in the effort to create satisfaction is to provide good quality service. Quality hospital services means not only felt by patients but also felt by their families, so that patients feel satisfaction and will ultimately be able to increase the confidence of both patients and the patient's family to the hospital.Based on the results of the analysis of influence, both collectively and separately, the dimensions of quality and trust in satisfaction indicate the value of the coefficient Fcount is greater than the value of F table with a significance level smaller than alpha 0.05, indicating that the dimensions of service quality and trust together affect satisfaction patients, while the calculated t coefficient value of each independent variable shows a coefficient that is greater than the value of the t table coefficient with a significance of less than alpha0.05, this means that trust and quality dimensions affect patient satisfaction in Tongas Hospital Probolinggo. Based on the t value of each independent variable shows that direct evidence which has a dominant influence on patient satisfaction. Keywords:Quality Dimensions, Patient Trust and Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of forecasting calculations using the moving average and trend projection methods as a means measuring tool in production planning at UD. Jaya Abadi Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Population and sample in this research is UD production data. Jaya Abadi Probolinggo Regerency from 2018 to March 2021. Data  analysis using the moving average and trend projection methods which aim to predict future production or the next period. The results showed that the value of  MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation)  and the MSE (Mean Square Error) moving average values are  higher than  the MAD  and the MSE trend projection, so the company you should use trend projection because when viewed  from the results of the comparision of  MAD and MSE, this method has a smaller error rate than the moving average method. So it can be concluded that the trend projection method can be used in planning bread production  at UD. Jaya Abadi Probolinggo Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UD. Kharisma di Kabupaten Probolinggo, yang ber tujuan untuk mengetahui atau mengungkap bagaimana pengaruh dari kualitas produk dan harga, serta promosi pada keputusan membeli suatu produk. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner untuk 40 orang responden, dengan pendekatan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data meliputi uji atau tes terhadap kevaliditasan, reliabilitas, linieritas, uji kenormalan data, multikolenieritas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, dan untuk dapat mengungkap faktor yang berpengaruh pada keputusan untuk membeli dilakukan uji parsial ,simultan (Uji t dan F) serta membandingkan standardized Coeffcient Beta untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh dominan. Dari hasil pengujian semua instrumen data menunjukkan dalam kondisi valid dan reliabel serta memenuhi uji-uji instrumen yang lain. Hasil pengujian mengungkap tentang produk berkualitas, penetapan harga, dan kegiatan promosi pengaruhnya signifikan kepada keputusan untuk membeli, secara bersama ataupun sendiri-sendiri. Sekaligus diketahui bahwa harga yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar kepada keputusan untuk pembelian.

Abstract

This study was conducted aiming to determine the effect of Style Leadership and Effectiveness Against Work Discipline Teachers Working in SMK Islam Hidayatul Clarak Leces District of Probolinggo. The population in this study was a teacher in SMK Islam Hidayatul Clarak Leces District of Probolinggo, amounting to 18 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population. The independent variables namely Leadership Style (X1) and discipline (X2), while the dependent variable is the effectiveness of the work (Y). While the data collection methods used are questionnaires. This type of research is associative research. The results were obtained 1) The equation Y = 8.337 + 0,559X1 + 0,147X2 on multiple linear re- gression analysis, this means the Leadership Style (X1) and discipline (X2) have an influence on the effec- tiveness of (Y). 2) The calculation coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.385. This suggests that the effect of variable X (Style of Leadership and discipline) to variation (up and down) variable Y (the effec- tiveness of) by 38.5%, while the remaining 61.5% came from other factors apart from Leadership Style and work discipline. 3) F test results showed a value of 4.689 with a significance level of 0.026. Thus Fhitung = 4.689> F table = 3.682, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This indicates that the variable leadership style and work discipline has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the effectiveness of the work of teachers in vocational Hidayatul Islam Clarak District of Leces Probolinggo. 4) Value thitung X1 = 2,952> t table = 2.131, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that no partial significant influence among the leadership style of the effectiveness of the work. Tcount X2 = 0,829 <table = 2.131, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that no partial significant influence between work discipline on the effectiveness of the work. 5) Value thitung X1 = 2,952> Value thitung X2 = 0.829, meaning that leadership style variable (X1) has dominant influence (most) of the effectiveness of the work (Y) in SMK Islam Hidayatul Clarak Leces District of Probolinggo.

Abstract

The number of factors that can affect satisfaction, researchers try to see from the aspects of competence possessed by lecturers, educational staff, prices or costs to be borne by students and service quality. This research was conducted in the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, University of Panca Marga Probolinggo with a sample of 100 management students from a total number of management students of 1000. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant influence between competence, price and quality of service on student satisfaction. Based on the results of research analysis shows that competence, price and service quality together have a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the magnitude of F is 19,060 with a sig level of 0,000. Whereas the results of the research analysis partially showed that the coefficient t of the competency variable, -0.201, proved that competence had no partial effect on student satisfaction with a sig value of 0.841. The coefficient t of the price variable, 2.609, proves that prices affect student satisfaction. If the price is raised and followed by an increase in service it will increase student satisfaction. So partially the price has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The coefficient of service quality t arithmetic which is 5,531 with sig 0,000 means that partially the quality of service has a significant influence on student satisfaction, while the quality of service provides the greatest influence on student satisfaction.

Abstract

It is very important to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance, such as work stress experienced by employees or occupational safety and health. This research was conducted at PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera Probolinggo with the objectives (1) To determine the simultaneous effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (2) To determine the partial effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (3) To determine the dominant influence between work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera City of Probolinggo, amounting to 90 people. The sample taken by the Slovin method is as many as 73 people, with the criteria of employees who work as drivers, kondiktur, kernet and workshops with incidental data collection techniques. The approach used is quantitative with analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Assets on Corporate Values in Registered Pharmaceutical Companies in the Year 2013-2017. Firm value is an assessment or view of a company that is often assumed to be the value of shares so that the company seeks to max. the value of shares to increase the firm value. This research aims to find proof of the effect of Financial Performance (ROA), Capital Structure (DER) and Company Size (Total Assets) on firm value (PBV). This study uses a sample of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 with a total of 7 companies, using the purposive sampling method. The results showed with a significance level of α = 0.05, it was found that financial performance, capital structure, and company size simultaneously had an effect on the firm value with Fount ˃ Ftable, financial performance variables and capital structure partially had a sig. effect on firm value with count ˃ t table, firm size partially doesn’t have an influence on the firm value. The capital structure variable that has the most dominant influence on firm value, is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta 0.897 with count (4.422) greater than the other.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Jasa, Harga, dan Citra Perusahaan baik secara simultan maupun parsial Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Jasa Pengiriman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan menunjukkan bahwanilai Fhitung lebih besar daripada Ftabeldengan tingkat signifikansi alpha lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya variabel Kualitas Jasa, Harga, Citra Perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultasn terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil uji secara parsialmembuktikan bahwa pengaruh Kualitas Jasa, Harga dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel dengan signifikansi alpha lebih kecil dari 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel tidak bebasnya, sedangkan hasil perbandingan koefisien B hasil uji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Jasa Pelayanan mempunyai koefisien yang paling besar, hal ini membuktikan bahwa Kualitas Jasa Pelayanan memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Satpol PP Probolinggo city with the aim of knowing how the impact of career development and compensation on performance. This study is a causal associative type, with a purposive sampling approach. Samples were taken as many as 57 employees from a population of 172 Satpol PP employees of Probolinggo city. The results of this study indicate that the Fcount 59.827 >Ftable 3.17 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that career development and compensation together affect performance. Likewise, partially, career development and compensation have a value of thit>ttab with a value of sig < 0.05, meaning that separately career development and compensation have an influence on performance. The contribution of career development and compensation to performance is 68.9%, and 31.1% the influence of other variables outside the study. While the biggest influence on performance is career development with a beta coefficient of 0.700.
