Abstract

RSUD Wonosari made an innovative WhatsApp-based online registration to overcome the problem of long waiting at the registration counter. This innovation was launched in January 2020 but in 2022 the user coverage has not yet reached the target. So a study was conducted on factors related to patient acceptance of online registration services. This research was conducted quantitatively using the cross-sectional method with 376 respondents in March - May 2023 who used the online outpatient registration service at Wonosari Hospital. The data analysis used is the Chi square test. The results showed that performance expectations (p=0.001) and effort expectations, social influence, supporting conditions, motivation, price values, and habits (p=0.000) were factors that had a relationship with patient acceptance of the online registration system with a correlation coefficient between 0.176 -0.577. There is a very weak relationship between effort expectancy and performance expectancy, a weak relationship between social influence and facilitating conditions, and a relatively strong relationship between motivation; price value; and habits with online registration system patient acceptance at Wonosari Hospital.

The data processing method used content analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the specific nutrition intervention program for young women and toddlers are not optimal. Obstacles in the activities of young women are caused by unclear communication, limited and inadequate support facilities and fragmentation that is not in accordance with policy. Obstacles in toddler activities are caused by limited quality of posyandu cadres, limited budget and inadequate supporting facilities. It can be concluded that the implementation of specific nutrition intervention programs for girls and toddlers at the Patean Public Health Center is not optimal because it is influenced by communication factors, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structures

Abstract

Nowadays, mental health is still an unfinished problem in Indonesia. Telemental health (TMH) exists as a form of adaptation toward technological developments that are expected to help address challenges in mental health services. There is a continuous increase in the number of Generation Z who suffer mental health problems. Meanwhile, the coverage of mental health services is still low even though the convenience of TMH has supported it. This study aims to analyse the factors that influence the utilisation of TMH among Generation Z based on Andersen's theory. This quantitative research collected 180 respondents and then analysed them using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Results showed a relationship between the needs factor, access to TMH, health worker support, and residence on the use of TMH. While the variables that aren't related are gender, education, occupation, marital status, and knowledge. The needs factor dominates the effect of using TMH among Generation Z in Indonesia, where a change in it can affect 15 times the utilisation of TMH. To develop TMH into sustainable services, providers can create the right strategy. It’s recommended to Generation Z to avoid self-diagnosis accompanied by enriching knowledge about maintaining mental health.
