Abstract

ABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah respon tanaman kedelai terhadap pemberian pupuk organikkotoran kambing dan Rhizobium sp pada tanah gambut, serta menentukan dosis pupuk kotorankambing dan Rhizobium sp yang memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai terbaik padatanah gambut. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 (dua) faktorperlakuan dan 3 (tiga) ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk kandang (K) yang terdiri dari 3 tarafyaitu : 0, 10 dan 20 t ha-1dan faktor kedua adalah Rhizobium yang terdiri dari 5 taraf, yaitu : 0, 4, 8, 12dan 16 g kg-1 benih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah bintil akar efektif tertinggidiperoleh pada tanaman kedelai yang diberi pupuk kotoran kambing dosis 20 t ha-1 dan 12 g kg-1benihRhizobium sp yaitu 63,3 buah. Pemberian kotoran kambingpada tanah gambut dengan dosis 10 tha-1, tanaman kedelai cenderung tumbuh lebih tinggi, daun lebih luas, bobot bintil akar efektif, bobotpolong, bobot biji per tanaman dan bobot 1000 butir nyata lebih tinggi serta jumlah polong pertanaman nyata lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan tanpa diberi pupuk kotoran kambing. PemberianRhizobium sp pada tanah gambut dengan dosis 12 g kg-1 benih, mampu secara nyata meningkatkantinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah bintil akar efektif, bobot bintil akat per tanaman bobot polong pertanaman, berat biji per tanaman dan bobot 1000. biji dibandingkan dengan tanpa diberi Rhizobium sp(kontrol)Kata kunci : Pupuk kandang kambing, Rhizobium sp, tanah gambut.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Program Keterampilan (Vokasi) bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di SLBN-1 Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu pada Perencanaan program Vokasi dimulai dari struktur kurikulum, kebutuhan dasar yang disusun oleh guru-guru dalam Silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Pelaksanaan program Vokasi sudah sangat baik dengan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai perencanaan dan guru selalu mendampingi dan membimbing peserta didik dalam pelaksanaannya sampai  memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan suatu produk yang berkualitas. Peserta didik yang dianggap mampu akan melaksanakan praktik magang selama satu bulan pada dunia usaha/dunia industri ataupun di instansi pemerintah/swasta melalui MoU yang sudah terjalin. Hal lain yang mendukung pelaksanaan program  ini yaitu dukungan dari berbagai pihak baik pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat. Evaluasi program sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan adanya evaluasi dan pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah serta guru-guru telah melaksanakan evaluasi dari praktik mandiri di kelas sampai praktik magang. Abstract: TThis study aims to describe the Management Skills (Vocational) Program for Children with Special Needs in SLBN-1 Palangka Raya. The research method used qualitative descriptive from primary and secondary data sources. Data collection used techniques: interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis using interactive data analysis, including: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that: (1) Vocational program planning starts from the curriculum structure, the basic needs compiled by the teachers in the syllabus and lesson plans (RPP); (2) The implementation of the Vocational program has been very good with learning activities according to planning and the teacher always accompanies and guides students in its implementation until they have the ability to produce a quality product; (3) Program evaluation is good, as evidenced by the existence of evaluation and supervision by the principal and teachers who have carried out evaluations from independent classroom practice to apprenticeship practice.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the response of soybean plants to organic fertilizer goat manure and Rhizobium sp on peat soil, and determine the goat manure fertilizer and Rhizobium sp which gives the growth and yield of soybean best in peat soil. This experiment used a block randomized factorial design with two factors treatments and 3 replications. The first factor is the goat manure consists of three levels ie 0 , 10 and 20 t ha-1 and the second factor is the Rhizobium sp consists of five levels ie 0 , 4 , 8 , 12 and 16 g kg-1 seed.The results showed that the highest number of root nodules on soybean obtained by goat manure dose of 20 t ha-1 and 12 g kg-1 seed Rhizobium sp. Fertilization goat manure at a dose of 10 t ha-1 on peat, soybean plants tend to grow taller, wider leaves, root nodule weight effectively, the weight of pods, seed weight per plant and 1000 grain weight was significantly higher and the real number of pods per plant more than in the controls. GivingRhizobiumspon peat soilwitha dose of12gkg-1seed, is capable of significantly increased plant height, leaf area, number of root nodules effectively, the weightof nodulesperplant, weightof pods perplant, seed weight perplant and weight of 1000 seeds of soybean compared with nogiven Rhizobiumsp (control)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of teachers and students about school-based management in the State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya. The study involved 56 teachers and 248 students as research samples. The technique of collecting data in this study is by spreading the questionnaire, interviews, and documenting the necessary data. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that teachers and students at State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya has had an understanding of school-based management which is proven by the answer of the questionnaire. Teacher understanding is in good category with a percentage yield of 71.63% and student understanding is in category enough with a percentage yield of 59.87%. In the future State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya to make more efforts to improve the quality of teachers and students through workshops, trainings, and education seminars on school-based management, so that teachers and students better understand the understanding and implementation of school-based management, so that it is created a sense of having each other in school to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah strategi bisnis untuk mengembangkan produk layanan rental yang masih jarang terlibat dan memiliki peluang besar, memiliki nilai kontinuitas tinggi untuk masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Sewa Adinda Palangka Raya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan bisnis untuk mengembangkan sektor usaha mikro / UKM yang ditinjau dari tantangan di dalam dan di luar bisnis / lingkungan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian: 1) persiapan; 2) implementasi; dan 3) pelaporan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan analisis studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Rental Adinda Palangka Raya telah menjalankan analisis SWOT dalam bisnisnya, meskipun manajemen belum berjalan secara optimal. Kekuatan (S): item / alat permainan selalu beragam dan diperbarui, banyak unit dari satu item, mengikuti anggaran pelanggan. Kelemahan (W): barang hilang / dibawa pergi, sulit untuk mengontrol barang yang ada di pelanggan, barang tidak selalu tersedia. Peluang (O): mampu bersaing dengan harga murah, metode pemasaran online, dan pesaing minimal dari jenis bisnis yang sama telah sangat membantu bisnis ini berkembang pesat di Kota Palangka Raya. Ancaman (T): Pesaing, barang yang mudah rusak. Diharapkan bahwa hasil penelitian akan digunakan dalam mengembangkan bisnis ini ke tingkat yang lebih besar sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat menciptakan pekerjaan baru dan menambah nilai dalam belajar tentang bisnis yang harus dimiliki pengusaha untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

The background of this research at the time of the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic which required stakeholders to implement an online learning activity system policy or distance learning (PJJ). This study aims to describe the implementation of Learning Innovation Based on Technology Applications in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning From Home in the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR. The benefit of this research is to contribute thoughts, knowledge, information as well as a form of implementation of Technology Application-Based Learning Innovations in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning From Home in the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation and document study analysis. The results showed a form of online learning innovation developed by lecturers for students of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR, namely that several lecturers stated that online learning made it easier for students to study from home or anywhere using Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp Group, Google Meet and Youtube. During online learning, several obstacles were found, such as students having different levels of material absorption, unstable internet networks, limited internet quota, power outages, inadequate computer and mobile devices.

Abstract

Creating an ideal learning environment requires a perception between the family and the community. In the home environment in particular, parents are one of the factors that can affect children's learning motivation. The more children are given motivation, the children will be eager to carry out their learning activities in order to achieve learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative research type. This study involved 25 informants. The data collected in this research is by conducting observations first, then conducting interviews, and documenting the necessary data, both primary data and secondary data, then analyzed qualitatively and a conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the role of parents in improving student achievement at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Teweh, North Barito Regency is still low. Parents are still less active and motivating, and pay attention to their children's learning achievements at school. This is because he is busy at work, so he doesn't have much time to pay attention to the learning achievements of his children every day. Parents believe that their children will be able to overcome all kinds of difficulties faced at school. Because, the facilities provided by parents to their children have been fulfilled. For example, transportation facilities and learning facilities, where children are included in tutoring at home, even with learning at school

Abstract

The world of education is currently experiencing significant changes, especially these changes in the field of information technology. This has an impact on the shifting of the learning process that is applied to the world of education which was originally manual in nature but is now slowly developing towards digital. The aim of national education is to improve the quality of quality human resources. Utilization of ICT is needed to carry out interactive and innovative teaching and learning activities. The problem faced by SDN-1 Sabaru Palangka Raya City is that teachers are expected to be able to adapt to existing technological developments in the current digital era by continuing to update their competencies so that they can keep abreast of current technological developments in the industrial era 4.0 towards Towards an Era of Society 5.0. But there are still many teachers who have not utilized ICT media in teaching. Solutions to overcome the problems faced by partners are (1) Carry out mentoring activities in order to increase knowledge and skills in making digital learning media utilizing technology with visual displays and images that attract students' interest in taking lessons and helping teachers to support teaching and learning activities. (2) Carry out training and practice for teachers on the management of ICT-based learning, and developing the use of ICT and being able to design practical and innovative ICT-Based Teaching Materials.

Abstract

Android phones or better known as smartphones are one of the products that are in great demand by the public today, especially among students. Because for students android smsrtphone is a necessity. The wide variety of product choices, brand choices, design choices, and price options offered by each company will of course trigger differences in consumer reasons for choosing which android phone best suits their individual tastes. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors influence the decisions of economic education students FKIP Palangka Raya University in buying an android phone. To determine the research subject, the researcher selected Economic Education Students at the FKIP Univercity of Palangka Raya, class of 2017 and class of 2018 who bought and used Vivo, Oppo, and Xioami android phones. This research uses qualitative methods, for the data collection procedure is carried out by distributing questions according to interview guidelines via google forms, then further interviews are carried out through zoom meetings with informants and then documented for data analysis that has been obtained. The data thet has been collected will be checked for the validity of the data by means of a credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and cinfirmability test. The results of this study indicate thet cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors as a whole affet the Decisions of Economic Edication Student FKIP Palangka Raya University in making decisions to buy Vivo, Oppo, and Xioami android mabile phones. However each variable has a different level of significance. If sorted from dominating, personal factors are in the highest position, then social factors, cultural factors and finally psychological factors
