Abstract

In the 21st-century education era, technology integration has become an essential need in mathematics learning. Although the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework has become a popular conceptual standard, there remains a research gap regarding how the interaction between technical knowledge (TPACK) and Self-Efficacy simultaneously influences student teachers' motivation to adopt technology. The phenomenon in the field shows that mastery of technology is often not directly proportional to teachers' willingness to implement it in the classroom. This study aims to analyse the impact of TPACK and Self-Efficacy on the motivation of student mathematics teachers in integrating technology into their learning practices. This study uses a quantitative approach with a multivariable regression design. The research subjects consisted of 58 students in mathematics education programs from three universities in Indonesia who were selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS 4.0. The main findings indicate that Self-Efficacy has a positive and statistically significant influence on prospective teachers' motivation in using technology (t = 6.27; P < 0.05). In contrast, TPACK did not show a significant direct influence on motivation (P = 0.827). Simultaneously, both variables influenced motivation, with an R2 value of 0.422, indicating that this model explained 42.2% of the variance in motivation to use technology in the moderate category. The results of this study confirm that technical-pedagogical knowledge (TPACK) alone is insufficient to encourage technology adoption without being grounded in an individual's belief in their own abilities. Therefore, teacher education programs should prioritise strengthening Self-Efficacy through structured practice, technology-based teaching simulations, and providing constructive feedback to ensure prospective teachers are not only theoretically competent but also practically motivated.

Abstract

This community service is focused on the formation of business independence through youth mosque business partnerships in Ngronggot District. This mentoring uses a participatory action research (PAR) approach. The results of the mentoring show that, the formation of business independence begins with increasing business administration skills, as a basic satisfaction that needs to be mastered by youth mosques in starting a business, increasing the economic business of youth mosques can be developed through several ways, including by providing motivation and joint coaching and providing facilities and cooperation in managing economic businesses, increasing the business independence of youth mosques through MSMEs business partnerships can be done by mutually understanding mutual agreements, so that there will be mutual synergy and benefit from both parties

Abstract

Curriculum is a fundamental component of every educational institution, yet determining an appropriate curriculum remains a significant challenge. Pondok Modern Darul Ihsan Nganjuk addresses this issue by integrating multiple curricula into its educational system. This study examines the institution’s curriculum integration through Robin Fogarty’s framework of curriculum integration models. Using a qualitative approach, the research identifies the integration model applied and evaluates its implications for curriculum implementation. The findings indicate that the Arabic language curriculum primarily reflects the Integrated Model, which connects Arabic instruction with various fields of Islamic studies at the junior and senior secondary levels. In addition, the curriculum incorporates elements of the Nested Model by integrating multiple skills, concepts, and learning standards within individual lessons. These findings demonstrate that the institution adopts a comprehensive curriculum integration approach to enhance the effectiveness of Arabic language learning.

Abstract

Background. Inclusive character development in pesantren education is increasingly important amid concerns over declining social tolerance and diversity awareness among students. Limited scholarly attention has addressed how informal kiai teachings are systematically integrated into formal educational structures to shape santri values. Purpose. This study analyzes the values embedded in kiai's teachings and examines the patterns through which these values are incorporated into formal pesantren education to strengthen inclusive character formation among santri at Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Kamal Blitar. Method. A qualitative case study approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with kiai, teachers, and santri, participatory observations over three months, and analysis of curriculum documents, religious study materials, and institutional regulations. Data were analyzed through reduction, categorization, interpretation, and triangulation to ensure validity. Results. Kiai’s teachings emphasize religious moderation, tolerance, social justice, empathy, exemplary conduct, and concern for others. These values are integrated into formal education through several patterns: curriculum contextualization, open tafsir study sessions, exemplary leadership, inclusive pesantren culture, and value habituation in daily activities, shaping santri who are moderate, socially aware, and open to diversity. Conclusion. The study positions kiai's teachings not merely as informal moral guidance but as a systematic framework for curriculum development, pedagogy, institutional culture, and inclusive character formation
