Abstract

Korean Wave is very popular in Indonesia so it is not surprising that it has many fans in Indonesia. The popularity of the Korean Wave has had an impact on the further development of South Korean culinary products. This is also supported by various reviews by several food vloggers which ultimately encourage consumer buying interest. This research aims to examine the influence of the Korean wave on interest in purchasing South Korean culinary products, and food vloggers as a moderating variable on the influence of the Korean wave on interest in purchasing South Korean culinary products. To obtain data, a sample of 100 respondents was taken representing Generation Y or millennials and Z in Salatiga City using the Purposive Sampling technique. The analytical tools used are simple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. The research results show that the Korean Wave has a positive effect on interest in buying South Korean culinary products. Apart from that, Food Vlogger strengthens the positive influence of the Korean Wave on interest in buying South Korean culinary products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation, forms of implementation and problems encountered in implementing diversity management in relation to human resource management (HRM) practices at SWCU. This qualitative research conducted through case studies. Key persons in this study were four university leaders and one staff member. Data obtained through in-depth interview process and then analyzed in three descriptive techniques. The results showed that the practice of implementing HR management diversity management was carried out well based on performance, fair and there was no discrimination. The implementation problems encountered at SWCU are divided into two parts, namely practice inside and outside the HRM. Practical problems in HRM occur at the training and promotion stages; and, problems that occur outside the HRM practice such as communication problems and different perspectives.

Abstract

Generation Z is a generation that has IT skills with good mastery of technology. This certainly affects digital literacy in generation Z which is better than the previous generation. Digital literacy is the ability to utilize innovation and data from communication tools in a real and effective way, including for entrepreneurship. Perceptions of IoT and AI can also foster interest in entrepreneurship in generation Z. IoT and AI provide convenience in everyday life, one of which is in entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine the relationship between digital literacy and perceptions of IoT and AI on entrepreneurial interest in generation Z. This study uses a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study is generation Z with birth years 1996 to 2006. The number of samples in this study was 126 respondents which was determined based on the number of question indicators used in the survey. The data analysis technique used was quantitative with SPSS software. The data analysis tests carried out consisted of instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that digital literacy (sig. 0.00<0.05) and perceptions of IoT and AI (sig 0.00<0.05) have a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest in generation Z. Digital literacy and perceptions of IoT and AI jointly influence entrepreneurial interest in generation Z. Digital literacy and perceptions of IoT and AI provide generation Z with the ability to use information and communication technology and have facilities for technology services for business activities.

Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini adalah terjadinya perubahan terhadap aktifitas kehidupan manusia yang mengarah pada hal-hal yang serba digital. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel media sosial instagram dan website terhadap minat kunjung wisatawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif data primer berupa kuesioner yang didistribusikan menggunakan google form. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 150 responden yang memiliki niat untuk melakukan kunjungan ke wisata Malioboro. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan program software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi masing-masing variabel adalah sama sebesar 0.000 < 0.05.  Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.366, artinya variabel independent penelitian mampu menjelaskan hubungan terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 36.6% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media sosial instagram dan website berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjung wisatawan.

Abstract

UMK di Indonesia memiliki ketahanan yang baik di setiap masa krisis. Namun krisis COVID-19 telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat dan dinyatakan belum bisa mengatasi kesulitan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak pandemi COVID-19 pada Usaha Rumah Tangga dan strategi bertahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan data responden sebanyak 54 orang pelaku usaha produksi olahan makanan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analasis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya dampak krisis pandemi COVID-19 pada operasional usaha, strategi untuk bertahan di masa krisis, dan kendala dalam penerapan strategi, serta manfaat bantuan sosial dari pemerintah untuk pelaku usaha.
