Abstract

The current state of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the face-to-face learning process, changing all activities to being fully online. Online learning is a new learning method used by students and educators in the teaching and learning process. Nursing students face various challenges related to the implementation of online learning policies. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. This study aims to find out more about the experiences of nursing students regarding online learning in the COVID-19 pandemic situation in 2021. The sample in this study was taken using the Purposive Sampling method. With the data collection process, namely semi-structured interviews using interview guidelines that have been prepared according to research objectives. Participants consisted of 1 male and 6 female. The results of this study obtained thema namely the meaning of online learningIt can be concluded that the nursing student experience regarding online learning is how students interpret online learning.Keywords: COVID-19;online learning; phenomenological study

Abstract

Many Muslim communities still consider business ethics to be unimportant in business activities, because business is nothing more than just seeking profit. This study will discuss how business ethics are in the perspective of the Qur'an. This study includes library research, namely research that examines data sourced from library materials, using the thematic interpretation method. This study is based on the interpretation of verses of the Qur'an that directly discuss business morality and verses that do not directly discuss business morality. Business in the Qur'an is both material and immaterial. Where business in the Qur'an does not only prioritize material profit but also spiritual profit. The existence of business morality cannot be separated from the business itself. The business morality of the Qur'an contains basic business values ​​such as the values ​​of unity, balance, free will, accountability, and ihsan. Then it gives birth to business morality which is free from elements of falsehood, damage and injustice such as usury, fraud, reducing the measure or fraud, corruption, bribery, gambling, gharar and hoarding and so on. Then business in the Qur'an highly prioritizes hasanah values ​​such as honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, social responsibility, istiqomah, tolerance and friendliness in business life. Thus, business ethics in the Qur'an are not only oriented towards fulfilling the needs and welfare of life in the world, but also business as a means of goodness for safety in the hereafter.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi merupakan pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan belajar yang setara bagi semua peserta didik, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dalam konteks ini, peran guru sangat penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung keberagaman di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pendidikan inklusi di SDN Margorejo 1 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang inklusif melalui berbagai strategi, seperti diferensiasi pembelajaran, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang beragam, serta penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif. Selain itu, guru juga berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan mediator dalam mengelola interaksi sosial di kelas agar setiap siswa merasa diterima dan dihargai. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan bagi guru, serta hambatan dalam menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan peserta didik yang beragam. Dengan demikian, diperlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk sekolah dan pemerintah, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan inklusi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa guru memiliki peran kunci dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi pendidikan inklusi, sehingga diperlukan strategi dan kebijakan yang mendukung keberlanjutan praktik inklusif di sekolah dasar.
