Abstract

The medical record document sorting system is now developed using information technology. One of the software that can be utilized in the process of selecting medical record documents is Microsoft Access 2016. In the medical record unit, Dinoyo Public Health Center still uses manual recording especially for the retention of active and inactive medical record documents. Therefore the author’s took the initiative to make a medical record application based on Ms. Access 2016. To that end, this study was conducted to see the efficiency of the application of this medical record application at Dinoyo Public Health Center. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, because author’s want to describe the application of Ms. based medical record applications, Access 2016. The instruments used were observation sheets, closed questionnaires, and brief interview guidelines. In addition, author tabulated simple statistical data to sharpen research results. Based on the results of the study, there was enhance in efficiency in the performance of officers in sorting active and inactive medical records documents. This increase shows that the use of the medical record application can improve the efficiency of sorting active and inactive medical record documents at Dinoyo Public Health Center

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai institusi yang bergerak di bidang jasa dimana pelayanannya merupakan tolok ukur penilaian kinerja. Salah satu tolok ukurnya adalah kualitas pelayanan yang diterima oleh pasien dari sebuah rumah sakit, oleh sebab itu sudah menjadi kewajiban pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan pasien untuk menciptakan sebuah nilai kepuasan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh variable independent yaitu Citra Rumah  Sakit  dan  Kualitas  pelayanan  terhadap variabel independen yaitu kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima, yakni 1) Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Rawat Inap Di RSUD X. 2) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Rawat Inap Di RSUD X. 3) Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien BPJS Rawat Inap Di RSUD X. 4) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien BPJS Rawat Inap Di RSUD X. 5) Kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien BPJS Rawat Inap Di RSUD X. 6) Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pasien BPJS Rawat Inap Di RSUD X.7) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pasien BPJS Rawat Inap Di RSUD X.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in this modern era has resulted in a digital transformation, including in the realm of health services. This effort is strengthened by the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022, which regulates legal certainty in the management andadministration of Electronic Medical Records (RME). This regulation must be implemented by all health service facilities no later than the end of 2023. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the EPuskesmas Application System at the Tajinan Health Center, Malang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through observations and interviews with health workers using the HOT-Fit information system evaluation model, which includes Human, Organizational, Technology and Benefit aspects. The research results show that the E-Puskesmas application has a variety of menus and features that are considered very profitable and useful, able to help lighten the workload of health workers. Community health center management also supports the implementation of this application by providing adequate hardware. However, there are stillshortcomings, namely the absence of official Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the implementation of E-Puskesmas, as well as a lack of special training for officers to operate the application. The implications of these findings indicate the importance of preparing official SOPs and appropriatetraining to optimize the implementation of the E-Puskesmas Application System at the Tajinan Health Center, Malang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peran komunikasi efektif perekam medis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di tempat pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di UPT Puskesmas Karangploso. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah prinsip-prinsip komunikasi efektif seperti respect, empathy, audible, clarity, dan humble dari perspektif petugas pendaftaran dan pasien.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antara petugas pendaftaran dan pasien belum optimal, terutama dalam penerapan prinsip empati dan rendah hati. Banyak pasien merasa informasi yang diberikan oleh petugas tidak jelas dan harus dijelaskan ulang. Kekurangan dalam komunikasi ini berdampak negatif pada kepuasan pasien dan efisiensi layanan.Penelitian ini menyarankan agar petugas pendaftaran meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan komunikasi mereka, khususnya dalam hal empati dan kejelasan informasi. Pelatihan dan pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi efektif bagi petugas pendaftaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien di UPT Puskesmas Karangploso.

Abstract

Online health consultations via telemedicine, conducted through websites or digital platforms, have become a trend with the advancement of communication technology. However, data privacy is a major concern, especially when it involves patients' personal health information. This study analyzes the factors influencing public trust in telemedicine services. The aim is to examine the impact of economic, educational, environmental, usefulness, ease of use, and information quality factors on public trust in telemedicine. The research method involves path analysis using a quantitative approach, followed by qualitative analysis. The study involved 90 participants, with a 2:1 ratio between the user group and the control group. The results indicate a significant influence of economic status, education level, environment, system ease of use, and information quality on public trust in data privacy within telemedicine, with a total trust score reaching +0.545. These findings underscore the need for the public, as telemedicine users, to be more cautious about the security and confidentiality of their personal data. Additionally, service providers must make efforts to ensure patient data security and privacy, while establishing clear terms in every privacy policy and providing legal guarantees regarding data protection.

Abstract

Hospitals, as healthcare service institutions, bear a significant responsibility in ensuring patient data security, particularly through the implementation of electronic medical records (EMRs). Electronic medical records, as regulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No. 24 of 2022, are electronic documents that record patient identity, examinations, treatments, and other medical services. The implementation of EMRs requires management aligned with information security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013, encompassingconfidentiality, integrity, and availability. This study aims to evaluate the security and privacy of the electronic medical records system at Wava Husada Hospital, Malang. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to understand the application of security principles, including confidentiality, authentication, access control, and data integrity. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed in-depth. The findings indicate that Wava Husada Hospital has implemented security mechanisms such as authentication, access rights restrictions, and data backup systems. Additionally, the aspects of confidentiality and data integrity have been well-managed through policies like the use of unique passwords and supervised data deletion by authorized personnel. These findings provide valuable insights into the efforts of healthcare facilities to safeguard patient privacy and comply with applicable regulations, while also serving as a reference for enhancing information security systems in other healthcare services.

Abstract

The completeness of the inpatient medical record file is one of the requirements of BPJS claims that will affect BPJS claim settlement process. This study aims to determine the relation of the completeness of the medical record file to the settlement of BPJS hospitalization claim at Baptist Hospital Batu City. The research method used the type of Descriptive Analytic and Random Sampling data collection with sampling technique that is Random Sampling and obtained sample of 191 data of Inpatient Patient. By using the Co-efficient Controvency test. The results of the study showed that the level of completeness of the medical records records were 161 (84.3%) and 30 (15.7%) incomplete medical record files, the claimed claims level of 161 (84.3%) and 30 (15,7%) file has pending claims. Based on the result of statistical test of coefficient of contigency there is influence of file beam to settlement of claim = 0,000 <α (0,05)), then reject H0. It is necessary to have the policy of the doctor in charge of each installation, it is necessary to socialize to the doctor of DPJP to better understand the importance of medical record usage and improve the coordination and communication between the nurse and doctor DPJP.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran pasien di rumah sakit merupakan tahap awal yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam sistem pendaftaran adalah Register ganda, yaitu pendaftaran ganda pasien dengan identitas yang sama, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidakakuratan data inefisiensi operasional, serta risiko kesalahan medis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyusun Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pencegahan Register ganda dalam Sistem Pendaftaran Rumah Sakit guna meningkatkan akurasi data dan efisiensi layanan di RS Islam A. Yani Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan difusi ipteks, yang mencakup identifikasi permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dokumen SOP, serta validasi dan revisi dengan tenaga rekam medis dan petugas pendaftaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah SOP yang disusun secara sistematis untuk mencegah pendaftaran ganda melalui prosedur verifikasi identitas pasien, pencarian data dalam sistem informasi rumah sakit, serta mekanisme penanganan Register ganda. Meskipun SOP telah disusun dan dikonsultasikan dengan pihak terkait, kegiatan ini tidak mencakup implementasi dan evaluasi penerapan di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengukur efektivitas SOP dalam praktik rumah sakit.
