Abstract

Masyarakat harus tetap melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari sambil menjalankan pola hidup sehat dengan cara memakai masker, menjaga jarak dan senantiasa menjaga kesehatan. Selain itu, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dusun Gondang Suko memiliki potensi sebagai destinasi wisata yang mampu mengundang para wisatawan. Saat ini, kondisi tempat mandi, cuci dan kakus (MCK) di Dusun Gondang Suko kurang terawat karena sedikitnya warga yang peduli dengan kebersihan MCK umum. Maka dari itu, kelompok 1 KPM berinisiatif untuk merenovasi sehingga layak digunakan oleh masyarakat umum dan warga Dusun Gondang Suko dapat kembali memiliki rasa peduli kebersihan di sekitar mereka.

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) sangat bermanfaat memberikan peran membantu aktivitas rumah tangga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan kecanggihan yang disajikan oleh Internet of Things (IoT), memungkinkan IoT untuk melakukan pengontrolan dan pemantauan penggunaan listrik pada suatu lokasi dari jarak jauh tanpa menggunakan kabel yang dikontrol melalui smart phone yang kita miliki. Korsleting listrik banyak ditemukan di kota-kota besar yang dimana penggunaan listrik berlebih tanpa ada pengontrolan sehingga menimbulkan panas pada suatu perlengkapan elektronik yang mengakibatkan percikan api dan kebakaran rumah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan teknologi smart home dalam mengendalikan dengan memanfaatkan smartphone android dan teknologi wifi. Hal ini juga membantu pengguna untuk mengendalikan perangkat smart home hanya dengan smartphone dan memanfaatkan teknologi wifi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu 223 volt ampere meter dengan arus 1 sebesar 0,03 dan arus 2 sebesar 3,29. Rata-rata waktu dalam penyusutan tegangan sebesar 1,66 detik. Dengan Smart Electric Terminal berbasis Internet of Things kita dapat melakukan pemantauan dan pengendalian penggunaan listrik di rumah kita. Microcontroller NodeMCU dan Arduino Nano dilengkapi dengan dua Sensor Arus ACS712 dan Sensor SCT013 dengan tambahan satu Sensor Tegangan ZMPT1018 memudahkan pengguna untuk mengatur dan memantau pergerakan aktivitas listrik di rumah. Tidak hanya itu Smart Electric Terminal dilengkapi dengan Modul Relay yang dimana dapat memutus arus listrik yang berlebih.

Abstract

Many vibration isolators, such as passive vehicle mounting devices, have an inflexible stiffness. This article presents the development of a smart material vibration isolator based on magnetorheological elastomer (MRE), which has adjustable stiffness to minimize unwanted vibrations. The objective of this research is to first create a design for the vibration isolator, and then simulate a magnetic circuit. The Finite Element Method Magnetics (FEMM) software was employed to simulate the effectiveness of the electromagnetic circuit in generating a magnetic field through the vibration isolator by employing MRE samples. Pure iron was chosen as the material for the housing of the vibration isolator test rig. To attain an optimal magnetic field, an inventive design of the magnetic circuit, including examination of the wire type, size, and coil turn number, along with the housing material of the test rig, was performed. The study analyzed the performance of the MRE vibration isolator concerning different current inputs in the coil. The results indicate that the stiffness value of the MRE-based isolator system can be more effectively modified by increasing the current inputs. Therefore, a larger current input leads to a greater change in stiffness.

Abstract

Durian is a tropical plant native to Southeast Asia known as the famous fruit. The leaves that have their respective characteristics are different from the others. In previous studies, the percepton method (MLP) was used to identify the type of durian leaf. The study used the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method to classify durian leaf varieties. The research phases include preparation, library study, planning, data collection, implementation, and testing. The data collection involved images of durian leaves from the garden, and has four types of dorian leaves. The training, accuracy, and confusion matrix graphs showed a good model performance, especially in the 10th epoch. The model evaluation results showed an 80%, with adequate precision, recall, and F1 scores. The prediction table displays the prediction results for data samples, especially in the Old Monthong class, with a high degree of confidence (91.55%).

Abstract

In the current era, green energy systems like solar PV, wind energy, and battery storage critically rely on DC-DC converters to manage power flow and voltage conversion efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Nevertheless, converters face multiple challenges, including efficiency losses, thermal management concerns, and electromagnetic interference, which can impact these green energy systems' overall performance and reliability. To overcome these challenges, it is necessary to utilize advanced control mechanisms, enhance heat management approaches, and optimize component design. Implementing these improvements will improve the effectiveness and durability of DC-DC converters in renewable energy applications. This research aims to analyze the performance characteristics of a three-phase interleaved half-bridge bidirectional (TPHB-Bi) converter. The research objective involves investigating the effectiveness of the proposed controller by rigorously assessing voltage tracking. This is done through comprehensive assessments of start-up procedures and reference voltage variations using MATLAB/Simulink. The study utilizes a neural network controller with an online learning algorithm based on backpropagation to enhance the converter's operational capabilities, ensuring a stable output voltage and improved transient response. The simulation results highlight the significant advantages of the proposed controller over a conventional PID controller. It exhibits a remarkable reduction in overshoot by 5.29%, considerably shorter rise times ranging from 0.01ms to 0.1ms, and faster settling times of 0.025s. The findings have great importance in promoting sustainable energy development and environmental protection. They demonstrate that implementing advanced control strategies for DC-DC converters can result in more efficient and reliable green energy systems.

Abstract

Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional di sektor akuakultur, termasuk budidaya lobster. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi IoT guna meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya lobster di CV. RAJ Organik, Kota Malang. Implementasi teknologi dilakukan melalui empat tahapan utama, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Tahap sosialisasi bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang teknologi IoT kepada 20 peserta yang terlibat. Pada tahap pelatihan, peserta dilatih untuk mengoperasikan perangkat IoT, seperti sensor suhu, pH, dan oksigen terlarut, yang dipasang di kolam budidaya lobster. Penerapan teknologi dilakukan dengan memasang perangkat IoT di kolam, yang memungkinkan pemantauan kualitas air secara real-time. Tahap pendampingan dilaksanakan untuk memastikan bahwa para peserta mampu mengoperasikan teknologi ini secara mandiri, serta untuk menyelesaikan masalah teknis yang mungkin muncul selama penggunaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas lobster sebesar 20% dan pengurangan biaya operasional sebesar 10%. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait teknologi IoT, dari 50% sebelum kegiatan sosialisasi menjadi 85% setelahnya. Sebanyak 87% peserta berhasil mengoperasikan perangkat IoT dengan baik dan mandiri. Kesimpulannya, teknologi IoT terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional budidaya lobster di CV. RAJ Organik, serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut di sektor akuakultur lainnya

Abstract

Sistem kontrol optimal untuk road feeling pada sistem SbW bertujuan untuk meningkatkan respon pengemudi dengan memberikan umpan balik torsi yang akurat. Hal ini diperlukan untuk memberikan efek rasa yang ditimbulkan oleh kondisi jalan dan memberi torsi lawan sebagai umpan balik ke tangan pengemudi tentang pergerakan kendaraan dan informasi permukaan jalan. Sistem kontrol Fuzzy Logic dibangun untuk mengendalikan sistem umpan balik road feeling pada sebuah sistem SbW. Input pada Fuzzy Logic Control terdiri dari kecepatan kendaraan, sudut kemudi, rasio kemudi, serta torsi inersia dan gesekan dalam menghasilkan torsi kemudi. Parameter FLC dioptimalkan menggunakan MQPSO untuk mencapai respon torsi road feeling yang optimal. Model Simulink dikembangkan untuk mensimulasikan sistem ini, dan hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja FLC yang optimal dalam mengontrol umpan balik torsi motor kemudi. Paper ini berkontribusi pada bidang teknologi steer-by-wire dengan mengusulkan model kontrol torsi yang optimal, serta memberikan wawasan tentang peran FLC dan MQPSO dalam meningkatkan dinamika road feeling.

Abstract

Generator set (Genset) is a backup power generation system that uses kinetic energy. Generators are usually used when the PLN shutdown. To back up the electricity supply when the PLN shutdown, having a generator is very important in various industry, offices, companies and factories. Because of the importance of the need for Genset, a Genset monitoring system is needed so that generators will always ready to operation at anytime when needed. Telegram is an application that provide services to users to send messages safely and quickly. Telegram can send messages in the form of text, photos, videos and documents. Telegram is available on smartphones, tablets, and even computers, beside of being able to be used on many platforms. Based on the problems above, this research was conducted to design a Genset monitoring system that is urgently needed to support Genset operations based on the Internet of Things, there is monitoring of fuel capacity, battery voltage capacity, temperature around the Genset area which is integrated with Telegram notifications. This monitoring system can make sure that the Genset is ready to operate, and the Telegram notification will appear if one or several systems have problem, so we can take action immediately to solve the problem.

Abstract

Motorized vehicles are currently circulating a lot on the streets. Every motor vehicle produces what is called exhaust gas or what we often call motor vehicle emissions. By monitoring the exhaust gases produced by the vehicle, it means that the vehicle owner is much more concerned about the pollutants that can be produced by the vehicle itself, so that the vehicle owner can minimize the pollutants produced by the vehicle. This tool for monitoring the emission of wifi-based motor vehicles uses several components including Arduino uno, nodemcu esp8266, mq2 sensor, mq7 sensor with applications as program support, namely Arduino Ide, Firebase. The testing of this motor vehicle emission monitoring device is carried out by placing the mq2 and mq7 sensors right in front of the exhaust as the place where the vehicle's emissions come out. The comparison of the vehicle test results was carried out to see how much carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide levels were produced in each vehicle after being tested using the tool where the average carbon monoxide content for avansa vehicles was 13.56 ppm, ignis vehicles was 12.84 ppm, and innova vehicles were 175.02 ppm. While the recommended carbon monoxide level < 25 ppm, vehicles that have carbon monoxide levels above (Threshold Value) do not pass the emission test. And for the average carbon dioxide level testing in avanza vehicles of 385.7 ppm, ignis vehicles of 302.6 ppm, innova vehicles of 956.4 ppm. While the recommended carbon dioxide level < 450 ppm, vehicles that have a carbon dioxide content value above (Threshold Value) do not pass the emission test. Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the new trends in the world of technology. IoT is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of continuously connected internet connectivity. The access capabilities of IoT can be unlimited thanks to IoT devices that are always connected to the internet, so they can be accessed and used anytime and anywhere. KWH (Kilo Watt Hour) meter is an instrument that has the main function of measuring electrical energy. The KWH meters that are widely known by the general public are conventional KWH meters which have limitations. This IoT technology makes it possible to monitor electrical quantities. In the final project research, an electrical quantity monitoring system was created which can provide information on monitoring results via a web page so that it can be observed in real time. Based on the problems above, research was carried out to design equipment using the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) with the aim of providing information about the amount of electrical power used and conveyed to boarding room users via a website containing digital KWH meter counts in each boarding room. This information is power usage and the number of electricity credits in each boarding room. By creating this tool, it is hoped that it can provide time efficiency and make it easier for boarding house residents and boarding house owners to monitor and find out the costs incurred.
