Abstract

Dalam FJFT II yang mengawali era tinggal landas,fokusnya adalah Sumberdaya Manusia. Ditinjau dad sudutkualitas fisik yang dilihat dad tinggi dan besar tubuh sertaderajat kesehatan yang diukur dari panjang harapan hidup,bangsa Indonesia relatif rnasih rendah. Ditinjau dari sudutnonfisik, . seperti tingkat pendidikan, sekitar 78 % angkatankerja hanya merniliki pendidikan Sekolah Dasar atau kurang.Sasaran ·utama daJam tuJisan ini ialah senam dan kesegaranjasmani, sebagai upaya pengernbangan sumberdaya rnanusiaIndonesia.Ada beberapa batasan tentang kesegaran jasmani berdasarkanbatasan umurn, batasan menttrut Urnu faa}-· danbatasan menurut olahraga. Berdasarkan tingkat kesegaranjasmani ada kesegaran statik, kesegaran dinamik, dankesegaran keterampilan. Sehat menurut WHO, dan sehat faaliada sehat statik dan sehat dinamik. Olahraga mempunyaiperanan penting dalam memelihara kesehatan dan kesegaranjasmani. Pengertian senam dan macam-macam senam. Metodikmengajar senam. Hubungan oJahraga (senam), kesehatandan kesegaran jasmani.Optimalisasi gerakan-gerakan senam untuk meningkatkankesegaran jasmani, tergantung dari tiga faktor, ialahlamanya latihan (duration), intensitas latihan (intensity) danu)angan latihan (repetition).

Abstract

Education is a connector of two sides, one individual side is being growing and on the other hand, social value, intellectual, and moral becoming educator responsibility to push the individual. Individual was grew from the day of born and always grows, this development is causality. But, there is normative component, also because educator claims value, this value is functioning of norm as indicator in identifying what obliged, enabled, and prohibited. So, education is the relation of normative between individuals and value. Education is effort of consciousness and planned to realize situation of teaching and learning process that educative participant actively develops self potency to have the power of religious spiritual, self control, personality, intelligence, glory behavior, and skill required by himself, community, nation, and state. One of our educational problems is the teaching and learning process which still weakly. In teaching and learning process, child is unable to be pushed to develop thinking ability. This reality applies to all subjects, therefore is studied about instructional model especially about innovation of physical education to be continued in Classroom Action Research (CAR). Abstract

The gymnastic teaching at Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program, UNY had been dominated by command and tasking approach. As a result, the expected goals were not effective so that there was a need to inovate learning model. This research aimed at improving advanced gymnastic learning process using resiprocal and inclusion approach. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR). A number of 62 students taking gymnastic class in 2001/2002 were participated in this research. It employed observation sheets resiprocal and inklusion teaching style and questionaire to investigate students voice. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics. This research concluded that inclusion and resiprocal approaches were very effective for teaching gymnastic and students voice was also positive. Kata-kata kunci: Gaya mengajar, senam

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan Senam Angguk di Kabupaten Kulonprogo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode atau jenis penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan mengobservasi langsung ke lapangan kemudian melakukan wawancara ringan tentang Senam Angguk dan mengambil film sebagai dokumentasi. Kemudian menganalisis Senam Angguk yang ada di Kabupaten Kulonprogo dengan melibatkan pakar senam sebagai Expert Jusment. Setelah dianalisis apakah Senam Angguk termasuk dalam karakteristik senam, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Senam Angguk cenderung masuk dalam senam aerobik ringan, dengan intensitas waktu yang relatif pendek (15 menit), dengan tujuan untuk rekreatif, dan dapat untuk menjaga kebugaran lansia muda kurang lebih usia 50 tahun. Namun secara sistematika, gerakan masih banyak yang tidak berurutan. Analyzing the Angguk Exercise in the Regency of Kulonprogo  AbstractThe study aims at describing, analysing and interpreting Angguk Exercise in the Regency of Kulonprogo, the Province of Yogyakarta Special Region. The study is a qualitative research using direct observation, small interview and film documentation with regards to the exercise. While the study was conducted, the analysis toward the exercise involved the experts of Gymnastics as part of Expert Judgment. After Angguk exercise has been analysed, the following characteristics are found: (1) Angguk exercise is inclined to be part of light aerobic exercise with relative short time intensity (15 minutes); (2) the objective of performing Angguk exercise is recreational; and (3) the exercise is suitable for the people who has just entered the beginning of their elderhood. Despite these characteristics most of the movements in Angguk exercise are not in a good sequence.

Abstract

AbstrakSenam Angguk merupakan aktiftas gerak senam yang dilakukan masyarakat baik dalam lingkungan sekolah maupunmasyarakat secara umum di Kabupaten Kulonprogo, namun apakah dapat dikategorikan dalam kelompok senamatau belum sehingga harus dikaji terlebih dahulu. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan, menganalisis,dan menginterpretasikan Senam Angguk di Kabupaten Kulonprogo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This research was aimed to describe, analyze and interpret an Angguk Gymnasticsin Kulonprogo Regency Yogyakarta Special Region. This was a qualitative research include by observing directly tothe feld, furthermore conducted a light interview on an Angguk Gymnastics and take flm as a documentation. Thenanalyzed an Angguk Gymnastics available in Kulonprogo Regency by involving a Gymnastics expert as an ExpertJudgment. After analyzed whether an Angguk Gymnastics was categorized in Gymnastics characteristics so thatobtained the following results: Angguk Gymnastics tended to be categorized in a light Gymnastics with a relativelyshort term (15 minutes) aimed to be recreative and could keep the younger-elderly ftness aged about 50 years old.However, systematically the movements were still not in order.Keywords: Analysis, Angguk Gymnastics

Abstract

Senam merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang gerakannya sangat komplek dan memiliki manfaat untuk mengembangkan komponen fisik serta kemampuan gerak, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran senam dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang menjadi permasalahan dalam pembelajaran senam di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Populasi penelitian adalah Guru Penjasorkes se-Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dalam pembelajaran senam berdasarkan lima aspek, yaitu aspek guru sebesar 16,86%, murid sebesar 42,15%, sarana dan prasarana sebesar 30,39%, kurikulum sebesar 6,53% dan lingkungan sebesar 17,64%. BARRIERS IN GYMNASTICS LEARNINGAbstractsGymnastics is a sport whose movements are very complex and have benefits for developing physical components and mobility, especially for elementary school-aged children. Gymnastics learning at every level of education has different levels of difficulty. This study aims to determine what barriers are the problems in learning gymnastics in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using survey methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The study population was Physical Education Teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis as stated in the percentage. The results of this study indicate that the barriers in gymnastics learning are based on five aspects, namely the teacher aspect of 16.86%, the student's 42.15%, the facilities and infrastructure of 30.39%, the curriculum of 6.53% and the environment of 17. 64%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kebugaran jasmani, (2) mengetahui hubungan antara pola hidup sehat dengan kebugaran jasmani, dan (3) mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan pola hidup sehat dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMP Negeri 2 Mlati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 68 peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMP Negeri 2 Mlati. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, yang memenuhi berjumlah 35 peserta ekstrakurikuler. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur aktivitas fisik yaitu kuesioner, pola hidup sehat diukur menggunakan instrumen angket. Instrumen untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani yaitu TKJI untuk usia 13-15 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel aktivitas fisik dengan kebugaran jasmani, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,029 0,05; (2) ada hubungan yang signifikansi antara variabel pola hidup sehat dengan kebugaran jasmani, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,011 0,05; dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikansi antara aktivitas fisik dan pola hidup sehat dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMP Negeri 2 Mlati dengan rx1.x2.y = 0,467 r(0,05)(35)= 0,333 dan nilai signifikansi p 0,019 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat belajar senam lantai materi guling depan peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 160 peserta didik. Pengambilan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis data mengunakan analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan belajar senam lantai materi guling depan peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 4 Yogyakarta.  Faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam belajar senam lantai materi guling depan adalah faktor internal yang terdiri dari fisik dengan hasil persentase 29,4%, dan psikologis dengan hasil persentase 24,3%, sedangkan pada faktor eksternal terdapat guru dengan hasil persentase 13,4%, sarana dan prasarana dengan persentase16,8%, serta lingkungan sekolah dengan persentase 16,1%. OBSTRUCTING FACTORS IN GYMNASTICS LEARNING IN THE FORWARD ROLL MATERIAL FOR THE SEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 4 YOGYAKARTA AbstractThis research aims to determine the obstructing factors in gymnastics learning in the forward roll material for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta 4 Junior High School). The type of this research was a descriptive quantitative study with a survey method. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. The research population was seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Yogyakarta totaling 160 students. The number of samples was taken by using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative statistical analysis with a percentage. The research findings indicate  that there are obstructing factors in the implementation of gymnastics learning in the forward roll material for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. The obstructing factors in the gymnastics learning in forward roll material are internal factors consisting of physical obstruction with a percentage of 29.4%, and psychological obstruction with a percentage of 24.3%, while external factors include teachers with a percentage of 13.4%, facilities and infrastructure with a percentage of 16.8%, and the school environment with a percentage of 16.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of junior high school physical education teachers in West Java regarding dominant movement patterns (PGD) in gymnastics and the level of student participation in learning with floor exercise material. The research was conducted through a quantitative descriptive approach. Participants in this research consisted of 45 physical education teachers who were respondents from 15 schools throughout West Java and 287 students of SMPN 10 Cirebon City in grades VII and VIII. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The technical data analysis used is descriptive quantitative, with the results of assessments of all teachers and students carried out using the same tool. The results are divided into five categories: high, high, medium, low, and low. Based on the research results, the level of knowledge of Physical Education Teachers regarding Dominant Movement Patterns (PGD) in gymnastics is high, with a total of 22 teachers (42.3%). In comparison, the lowest are teachers with very low knowledge, with four teachers (7.7%). For student participation in the floor exercise material, most students had low participation, with a total of 136 students (47.4%). In comparison, 60 students (20.9%) were students with the highest involvement, and the fewest were students with very low participation, with a total of 19 students (6.6%). Abstract

Olahraga atletik merupakan ladang medali dalam kejuaraan multievent nasional maupun internasional. Sedangkan pembinaan di Indonesia masih menjadi perhatian besar oleh pecinta olahraga atletik di seluruh Indonesia, dengan melihat prestasi atletik tidak bisa bersaing di kancah regional dan dunia. Dalam naskah narasi ilmiah ini akan dibahas tentang bagaimana analisis perbandingan dan SWOT terhadap pembinaan prestasi olahraga atletik di Indonesia. Data diambil data analisis kebutuhan secara subjektif atau kualitatif, serta literature review terhadap hasil-hasil kejuaraan serta artikel pribadi dari para pemerhati olahraga atletik di Indonesia dan beberapa Negara Maju seperti Jepang dan Amerika. Hasil dari pembahasan dan Analisa Perbandingan serta analisis SWOT terhadap olahraga atletik di Negara Maju dan di Indonesia, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pembinaan Olahraga atletik di Indonesia masih sangat perlu mengadopsi berbagai sistem pembinaan secara terstruktur dan tetap melihat kondisi SDM dan geografis di Indonesia. Perlu adanya kebijakan baru yang inovatif dan tepat sasaran dari KONI, Menpora, PASI Pusat dimulai dari sistem pencarian bakat, pembinaan prestasi di lingkungan terbawah sampai pusat yang teorganisir, serta sistem kompetisi yang berkelanjutan. OVERVIEW OF ATHLETIC SPORTS ACHIEVEMENT DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA (QUALITATIVE: COMPARING AND SWOT ANALYZE) AbstractsAthletics is a medal field in national and international multi-event championships. Meanwhile, coaching in Indonesia is still a big concern for athletic sports lovers throughout Indonesia, seeing that athletic achievements cannot compete in the regional and world arenas. In this scientific narrative text, a comparison and SWOT analysis will be discussed on the development of athletic sports achievements in Indonesia. The data is taken from subjective or qualitative needs analysis data, as well as literature reviews of championship results as well as personal articles from observers of athletic sports in Indonesia and several developed countries such as Japan and America. The results of the discussion and Comparative Analysis and SWOT analysis of athletic sports in developed countries and in Indonesia, it can be concluded that the development of athletic sports in Indonesia still needs to adopt various structured coaching systems and keep in view the condition of human resources and geography in Indonesia. There is a need for innovative and targeted new policies from KONI, Menpora, PASI Center starting from the talent search system, fostering achievement in the lowest environment to an organized center, and a sustainable competition system.
