Abstract

Function if  is said to be k total rainbows in , for each pair of vertex  there is a path called  with each edge and each vertex on the path will have a different color. The total connection number is denoted by trc  defined as the minimum number of colors needed to make graph  to be total rainbow connected. Total rainbow connection numbers can also be applied to graphs that are the result of operations. The denoted shackle graph  is a graph resulting from the denoted graph  where t is number of copies of G. This research discusses rainbow connection numbers rc and total rainbow connection trc(G) using the shackle operation, where  is the antiprism graph . Based on this research, rainbow connection numbers rc shack , and total rainbow connection trc shack for .

Abstract

Employee scheduling is an activity plan for time sharing that contains a schedule for carrying out planned activities in the form of a table. This study aims to create an employee schedule model using a Genetic Algorithm, which is a heuristic method inspired by the process of natural selection, the strong will survive and reproduce, the stages of the Genetic Algorithm are population initialization, fitness value, selection, crossover, and mutation. The study results show an optimal model consisting of at most two shifts with a maximum of two holidays a week and not consecutively.

Abstract

The issue of delayed graduation is often encountered in various universities, including in the Statistics Study Program at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, for graduates between 2018 and 2023. Among them, 162 students (76.5%) experienced delayed graduation, and 5 students (2.35%) dropped out. This delay in graduation is caused by various factors, necessitating a classification method capable of identifying the most dominant factors. The classification method used in this research is Improved Chi-Square Automatic Interaction Detection (I-CHAID) with the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) approach. SMOTE is employed to address imbalanced data. Based on the I-CHAID classification tree with the SMOTE approach, the significant factors influencing the duration of study completion are the GPA in the fifth semester (67.2%) and the mentoring method (87.5%). As for the classification performance from the 40% testing data, the accuracy achieved was 40.6%, meaning that out of 32 samples, 13 were correctly classified. The sensitivity value was 6.25%, indicating the success rate of classifying data for students who graduated on time. The specificity value was 75%, showing the success rate in classifying data for students who did not graduate on time. The precision value was 20%, reflecting the accuracy of predicting students who actually graduated on time, and the F-measure was 9.52%, indicating the balance between precision and sensitivity.

Abstract

Queues are often found in public service providers, including port services. Therefore, the InaPortNet scheme was developed to facilitate and minimize queues in and out of ships. Also, service performance was optimized through behavior analysis and queuing system stability. This study focused on designing the max-plus algebra model and time estimation on the incoming ship service scheme. The results showed that the InaPortNet system is useful for modeling. Furthermore, the max-plus algebra matrix is used to obtain an estimated service time from registration to the ship docking process at the port. However, further study needs to be carried out by scheduling the max-plus algebraic matrix in order to analyze the behavior and stability of the queuing system

Abstract

Padengo Village in West Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency, is rich in natural resources and cultural heritage, but faces challenges in human resource development. Most residents work in the agriculture and livestock sectors with low levels of education, with many having only completed primary education or no schooling at all. To address this issue, the INTEGRALO (Internalization of Local Values) program was introduced, combining digital-based English learning with local wisdom to improve language skills and strengthen cultural identity. This program encourages active community participation by utilizing technology to make learning more engaging and contextual. As a result, residents are able to process corn into chips with simple packaging, compile a Local Wisdom Pocket Book as a cultural archive, and manage a village website, which is now run by youth and officials after training. In the area of social education, teenagers learned about the dangers of early marriage, while children learned about bullying. Student involvement also strengthened academic relationships with the community. Overall, the Thematic KKN II Program has had a tangible impact on Padengo Village, from improving the local economy, cultural preservation, digital literacy, and educating the younger generation.

Abstract

which attacks the skin, peripheral nerves, and other body organs except the central nervous system. New leprosy cases with visible disabilities are classified as Grade 2 disabled leprosy. The number of Grade 2 disabled leprosy cases is an indicator used to show success in early detection of new leprosy cases. However, the leprosy data in Indonesia for 2023 contains outliers that can affect the results of linear regression analysis. To address this issue, this study utilizes the robust regression method of generalized-M estimation, which is an extension of M-estimation. The objectives of this study are to obtain a robust regression model using generalized-M estimation and to identify significantly influential variables. The research findings indicate that these factors have a significant simultaneous impact on the number of leprosy cases with grade 2 disability, and partially, the factor of access to basic sanitation facilities has an influence on the number of leprosy cases with grade 2 disability with an R^2 value of 73%, which can be explained by the predictor variables in this study. Meanwhile, 27% is explained by other predictor variables not included in this study. From these results, it is hoped that the efforts of the government and relevant agencies can improve access to basic sanitation facilities for the prevention and control of leprosy cases in Indonesia.
