Abstract

Abstrak Agar dapat berproduksi sesuai dengan kapasitas dan dapat bertahan di era global dengan tingkat persaingan yang lebih kompetitif, perusahaan harus meningkatkan kinerja di lini produksi yang tidak terlepas dari kemampuan manajemen perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya perusahaan. Kinerja dan daya saing tergantung pada ketersediaan, keandalan, dan produktivitas fasilitas produksinya sendiri. Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat efektifitas pemakaian suatu peralatan atau sistem dengan mengikutsertakan beberapa sudut pandang dalam proses perhitungan tersebut. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dan Lean Manufacturing (LM) meruapakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan nilai OEE. TPM merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja kegiatan pemeliharaan atau perawatan peralatan agar tetap dalam kondisi prima dan meminialisir kerusakan. Tujuan penerapan LM adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan menurunkan biaya dengan menghilangkan pemborosan atau aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh TPM dan LM terhadap OEE di PT. Semen Tonasa. Desain penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode regresi berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Jumlah sampel 98 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TPM dan LM berpengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap OEE. Kata Kunci: Total Productive Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of social media, customer experience and servicespae on revisit intention in marine tourism Akkarena Beach, Makassar. Research data was gathered via conducting interviews and disseminating questionnaires. The approach for sample selection was based on the Slovin formula, which resulted in a sample of 96 respondents who had frequented Akkarena Beach as a marine tourism destination and were active on social media platforms. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression to prove the research hypothesis. The results show that the T test (partial) on the social media, customer experience and servicescape each have a positive and significant impact on revisit intention. By F test (silmultaneous) on social media, customer experience and servicescape variables have a positive and significant impact on revisit intention. Abstract

The ultimate goal of this research is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention partially. 68 employees were sampled in this study. Quantitative research, with collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires that have been tested using validity and reliability tests and data analysis using multiple regression. This observation results in job satisfaction at PT Hadji Kalla Toyota Palopo Branch having an (-) and significant effect on turnover intention, so that organizational commitment has an effect on (+) but not too strong on turnover intention. Then job satisfaction and organizational commitment together have a significant influence on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of technology acceptance of the outage reporting feature in the "New PLN Mobile" application. This research will be conducted at PT PLN UP03 South Makassar working area. Where the sample in this study were users of the New PLN Mobile application who live in the work area of the object under study. Furthermore, this research is a quantitative descriptive study with the aim of analyzing in depth the technological acceptance of the outage reporting feature in the "New PLN Mobile" application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. The results showed that there are four measurement dimensionsused in this study, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use and actual use. The majority of measurement indicators are categorized as excellent. However, there is one measurement indicator that is not appropriate when applied to the object of this research, namely the number of reports that have been successfully sent as one of the measurement indicators of actual use is not appropriate to use on the object of research if it is based on how often someone sends a complaint (this is suitable for high- frequency transactions such as the banking service sector).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted at the hall. A quantitative approach is used for the study, focusing on the population of 103 training alumni from Balai Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Makassar. Data is collected through a survey in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the training organized by Balai Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Makassar is highly effective. Among the three effectiveness indicators used, one indicator shows effective results, specifically related to the assessment of training facilities and amenities. The other two indicators show highly effective results, particularly concerning the evaluation of training materials and the assessment of training trainers.
